Rooms are clean and in general very cozy, the toilets could be cleaner. You can hear neighbours talking if they are loud but all in all a nice hotel.

Unadhered to the description, shared bathrooms as opposed to what we were told. It is located in the art nuveau district.

Very clean, but it doesn't have a private wc like the booking says.

A great hotel in the heart of the city. With your free parking. The old town is a 10-minute walk.

There are no private bathrooms or toilets in this hotel. The information about it is provided in a way it is easy to miss.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Breakfasts are also normal, yogurts, muesli, bread sausage, tea, coffee. Of the pros, there is a shared kitchen, with a microwave, you can buy food, warm up and eat with tea or coffee.

We didn't stay a night, but we were planning to. Unfortunatelly there wasn't enough space in the secured parking. But there was really cool and helpful reception worker. He did a great work, thank you!

Friendly staff, just the bed was quite narrow. Decent breakfast.

I was in this "hotel" for 3 days and was very disgusting. Shared dirty bathrooms (and just a few of them). We had no hot water for 2 days!. I complained and the manager of the hotel offered me one chocolate bar because of the inconveniences caused… not serious. Europe, 2017… no hotel can afford to not have hot water supply regardless of the stars.

Spent here a couple of days and I can say it is really a great place for the price! Nice and cozy room, very clean. And breakfast! Breakfast is good, which is not that common. Stuff is friendly and very helpful, they answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is not as they advertise. They don t have free parking, also some rooms are without private bathroom and it is not mentioned in room description or your booking. Hotel employees are rude and not welcoming. Dont go there.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff, decent size of room, really good showers (v. Clean, b=nice 'n hot). 24hr reception is good. We had bikes and they were more than accommodating with storing our bikes. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Would stay again!

Outstanding hotel in Riga! For this price, you are getting everything you need: — Modern, eclectic and CLEAN interior — Good location. You can literally walk to anywhere you need to go within 10-30mins from the hotel — A complete breakfast with homemade salmon sandwich! What stands out the most is the entire staff of Mosaic. They are all very courteous, polite and helpful. Whether its giving us pointers on the map or lending us umbrellas when it rains, they know how to run a great hotel.
