Hotel for the night. 10 minutes from the Arena.
Old. Not some noise insulation. If it is full, and as a rule it is full when there are concerts in the Arena. Parking will be clogged with cars. But you can always leave a couple of cars nearby. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Riga. There is no 24-hour check-in desk. After booking, the Hotel sends an email on how to get to the hotel in case of late arrival. We got a room on the top floor, in the attic. The bed was in a stuffy enclosure, where it was unbearably stuffy! Even the fan in the room did not save from the heat. Breakfast is regular, without frills.

The hotel is located in an apartment building, a five-minute drive from the centre of the old town. A supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are within minutes. In a place with that quiet quiet place. A big plus is its own parking as there is no parking around. Good enough internet. On the ground floor is a cafe serving breakfast (buffet) from 8.00 to 10. Breakfast is very diverse. Enjoyed the staff at the cafe and reception.

Interior was horrible, pictures of the rooms are taken in the best rooms and probably photoshopped. Everything was clean though and bedlinen was super soft. Breakfast wasnt the best but was okay enough to eat.

What annoyed me as a man of age: 1. No soundproofing. I heard the shower and toilet in the neighborhood.
2. About the shower and sink in the room. Bad Plum. And it's probably not clog.

3*hotel with small private yard for about a dozen cars (there are free public car parking places not far), reception closes at 18, but it is possible to check in later informing them before and they will leave keys in a safe and give you the relative codes. Continental breakfast is enough good and staff is friendly, Wi-Fi has repeaters on all floors and connection is good. The hotel is in an old building which has been renovated, keeping an old look. The lift brings from the yard until the last floor, but it is on the half floors, so always you need to climb or descend a ramp of stairs.

Very affordable and great for it's price. Rooms are little bit shabby, but clean. Good breakfast was also included in the price. Thia hotel is located in a place with quite good transportation and not so far away from the city center (about 25 minutes by foot). My overall experience is very positive.

The services through AirBnB are great, the room was clean, but the furnishings looked bit too ahed for me.

Pros: -Room is relatively big and cheap -Room was clean -You can open the windows -You have a fridge, the bed was comfortable -Friendly cleaning ladies -There is breakfast Cons: -Water didn't work one night (not their fault) -Room, furniture and walls/floors are very old and should be renewed soon -Relatively bad neighborhood (it is safe, but homeless people are constantly looking for food in the trash cans close to the windows) -It is very loud and you can hear neighbors showering, talking etc.

Reasonable price for the services you get. Clean but small room. A bathroom patched with numerous glue-on solutions. Breakfest generous. However, you might find mixed-in in one of the dishes something you have seen at the breakfest offer yesterday.

Lived at fifth floor. Floor squeaks. Service is ok. People are fine. Breakfasts almost the same all the time, but they are fine if u aren't very picky. At night u can hear as ur neighbours having sex. Good hotel, not the best.

It is the worse hotel I had seen for the last 20 years or so! Cheap room. Complete absence of any administrator and no help / emergency line whatsoever! The whole building is shaking once heavy transport is passing by. I was told to deposit key in the box by administrator door once I exiting hotel but nobody to bother to give me it back or put it in the safe-box, nobody bother to think what will happen to me after 18.00 once administrator has gone home. Just horrible experience overall!

Stayed in December first apartments then just in the room. Good value hotel, always cleaned.

All evening and all night yelled ohmelevšie neighbors from adjacent rooms. It was not possible to sleep. Duty is not revoked for calls. Had to go down and wake up the duty, the proposed number at 6 floor away from drunken guests of the hotel. And don't get enough sleep last night.

Very basic place, not in a very good condition, 25 min walk from the center. On a positive side: good breakfast and free parking.

I am not sure how two people gave a rating of 1 star. The rate per night is a great deal and the staff was very friendly. I would have given five stars but people were smoking outside and it drifted up to my open window on the fifth floor and made me feel yucky. I can't wait for breakfast in the morning.
