A nice place for a meal and stretching your legs between Tallinn and Riga. Tried the salmon ceviche, which was excellent. For the main course, I took the lamb shank. The meat was good but the sides (boiled veggies) could have been better.

This is not your run of the mill road side cafe. This is a proper fine dining place. Everything is done well, taste and look of the food, interrior, exterior, service all five stars. The creme brulee (as mentioned above) is beyond praise or description, do yourself a favor and try it if you have an opportunity.

Very good food, super tender lamb shank, nice and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and good selection of drinks. Definitely recommended if you're in the area and looking for a decent restaurant.

NOTE this review is of the restaurant only. A quiet and cozy resto near the Latvian-Estonian border; its name, which is translated as "meadows", speaks a lot about the spirit of the place. The food is well-cooked and the service is friendly and attentive. Good for a proper dinner or a coffee stop-by on your way across the border.

We have been to the restaurant only but that was perfect experience! We arrived very hungry but pretty late. Despite it was about 15 min before closing, the kind lady offered us a hot soup and served it incredibly fast. Please treat her well, she deserves it!

I’m in love with this hotel. We stayed there to celebrate the New Year. The room was very nice and warm. We had a New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious for good money. I would recommend it for couples. It is a nice place for a romantic stay.

We stopped here for a quick dinner as the place was already closing. We were welcomed by a lovely girl Džeina. It was obvious she's not in the job for money. We felt at home immediately partly thanks to the interior but mainly because of her pure personality. Cutting the rest short we didn't continue on our way but instead booked a room and stayed in. While having a few drinks in residents bar, we were greeted by the owner Jānis who is a pure gentleman and a very bright character too. The place, the staff the owners have worked together to create something magical. Will make sure to come back soon. Thank you!

Just a perfect place to eat. What a shame I don't live in Latvia. Definetly would go again.
