Forget about customer service. It’s far from 5 star hotel with terrible food, expensive drinks of low quality, untrained staff, poor management. Reminds old Soviet type of resorts. The only difference is a new building.

It is a very nice hotel, it has very cozy rooms, restaurants that make a very varied delicious meal and a splendid service, a very large lake that has different activities, also has casinos, in short a very cozy 5-star hotel.

Celebrated birthday with 26 to 28 January 2017. The room is good, kitchen, too. Don't let the birthday of your bottle of wine (a fine of 5000 tenge). But congratulated the cake away. Nice. They were cold, place in covered garage provided. 5000 Tg per day. The staff is polite. Gym is excellent. Hamam is also quite. Very hot in the room and on the street minus 37… was a repair and therefore vil not everywhere in hotel pleasant. But it's passing…

A place of comfortable family rest. The staff is very polite and friendly. Everything is clean and tidy.

Kitchen. Wonderful Kazakh-Turkish cuisine. Very tasty kebabs, kebab shaurma, Samsa, dishes in Kazan. Baking is better.

Excellent place to spend vacation. Hotel amenities and hospitality is simply great. Good number of indoor activities and outdoor activities within walkable distance will keep everyone engaged throughout the day. It would be really helpful if the hotel staff are a bit comfortable with communicating in English. It's slightly difficult for people who aren't good with Russian to manage.

Enjoyed the weekend at Rixos Borovoe Hotel. We booked two rooms with meals per day included. Delicious meals both for vegetarians and non — vegetarians, plenty of side dishes, spacious rooms and the swimming pool. Spa and wellness is very relaxing: two saunas with 50°C and 90°C, hamam, steam bath, relaxing sleeping rooms, massage is available from 8am to 11pm. Massage should be booked in advance though. We didn't : ( Highly recommend it if you want a weekend get-away from Astana.

Food is four stars, but the rest is five.

Amazing hotel and staff. Room was tidy and spacious. We've enjoyed our stay there.

Nice place, clean and glamourous. But the price is too expensive. Pies and desserts at the bar are not fresh. Italian Espresso is good.

Very cozy features a swimming pool, sauna, clen, children's room, cosy holidays large rooms!

Worth the money, comfortable.

On may went in Borovoe, stopped in Риксосе. Was being renovated inside and outside of the hotel, you walk past the builders, who have something drill, dust, dirt, pieces of construction materials. The price of a double room — 90.000 Tg/day. Eat for lunch fail, restaurants are closed to 7. Menu on offer. You can eat in the bar, very long time to prepare, and not particularly talented. Manty dry test kaurdak small and масенький 5.000. Type a high level. But only in the prices. The lake has not come up. But we come to the hill of sand and unfinished tracks. Outside of the hotel nightmare. I don't know how they presented it to the President?! Although in the winter and not noticeable that there are no tracks.
