Nice budget hotel in Tokyo. I particularly loved the 'girls only' floor where I was at. Staff was really friendly too.

A no frills hotel, but clean and casual. The ladies running/working the place are adorable and extremely helpful. The rooms are bunk beds (a little tricky after a few drinks), the mattresses a little hard and thin, and the pillows filled with beans, but the air con was great and well needed in the heat wave. It’s not a hotel you’ll scream about but for the price it’s great value and well connected to the city.

The hotel is near a JR station, so there is easy access to Tokyo. The staff were fantastic and even let me have a shower late in the day long after I checked out, since I had a night flight. The single room is very small, but the bathroom and showers are very close to the rooms. I would stay here again.

Staff is super friendly. Receptionist can speak English, so good for tourists from the West. Rooms are compact, but cozy. Hotel is also in a good location, with lots of great local food nearby as well as a Subway stop only a few minutes walk away. Would absolutely recommend!

This is not a hotel, it is a hostel with individual rooms. The rooms are absolutely tiny with no bathrooms. Literally just a bed (futon) to sleep on with nothing else.

Fantastic hostel, the lady at the counter was very friendly and pointed us to both touristy and local places. As we're here around the sakura blossom time, she spent quite a while giving us suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Facilities are nice and clean, very accessible and welcoming. The main, or only, issue I encountered was the hard beds and pillows, but perhaps that's more standard than not. Either way or stay was very pleasant, and if I was back in the region I'd most likely stay again.

One of the better hostels I've been in. Having a private room was wonderful, even if it was quite small. The main drawback was that it's quite a hike from the train station. Minami Senju is a cute sleepy neighborhood mostly comprised of locals, and the train ride from downtown Tokyo was so fast that it didn't feel like I was very far outside the main city. Added bonus is that the trains are always on time.

The rooms are somewhat small, but they are ok to be in Tokyo. The individual bedrooms have a small closet, fridge, TV and air conditioning. In addition to that they are on the top floor have a new and electronic single bathroom, but there are also the bathrooms for everyone on that same floor.
Everyone is very friendly, they give you a key in case you arrive late enter the part of the mini terrace, as they close the doors of the hotel at night.
Inside the hotel you have a vending machine with alcoholic drinks and on the terrace there are soft drinks and juices, this area is for smoking.

I made the trip to Tokyo for two weeks, and this hotel is perfect, for its personal, cleanliness, in a quiet part of Tokyo. The staff gives good advice for everything. I was very happy. ありがとうございます

I had the opportunity to stay 10 days in this Hotel, the service is excellent, the lady who receives you speaks very good English. The price is muh good, the bathroom is shared, but it is very clean. In the kitchen there is always water to make coffee or tea, there is also laundry for 200 yen and 100 yen to use the dryer. Lo Super Recomiemdo.

Hotel low cost a poca distanza da una stazione che in due fermate collega alla JR Yamanote, quindi abbastanza comodo. Pulitissimo, bagni e docce in comune, ma presenti ad ogni piano. Grande area comune al pianterreno, con una piccola cucina liberamente utilizzabile. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, ma se come me non passate molto tempo in hotel, direi che non sarà un problema. Low cost hotel at a short walking distance from a train station that is two stops away from the JR Yamanote Line. Very clean, bathrooms and showers are in common with the other tenants, but are present at every floor. Big communal area on the first floor, with a freely accessibile small kitchen. The rooms are small, but you're like me and don't spend much time inside the hotel it won't be an issue.

The rooms are really small but cheap and the toilets are very clean. I would stay again. Close to asakusa, 25 min walk.

Everything is very clean. Everyone is very polite, especially the older lady and the girl. The rooms are indeed very small, but well furnished and you are anyway going to spend very little time in the hotel. The mattraces are quite thin. The pillows are "eastern styled". The prices are excellent!

Good location near both metro and jr. Only downside is the pillows, please bring your own!

Its clean and low price, but in my opinion its too far from all the Tokyo Action and youll likely have to take 2 subway lines to get where you need to. There is litteraly nothing to see in that neighborhood. That said the staff are super friendly and helpful. I'm also not a fan of the "Bean Pillows"

Awesome place to stay. Small rooms but that's to be expected. Everything else is great. Kitchen on 1F for cooking. Bathrooms are spacious. Showers were nice.

This was one remarkable budget hotel. It was very clean and in a very convenient spot. A grocery store is across the street, a convenience store (7-11) is on a nearby street corner. Easily accessible mass transit nearby. The staff is friendly and courteous, offering ideas on places to go either for meals or for tourism. I do speak some Japanese, but I would have some difficulty communicating exclusively in Japanese. So, the English speaking staff was an added benefit. At times I felt like I was at home with a kitchen I could use as well as a common area to sit and drink my morning tea. I was there for 7 nights and enjoyed my time there. When I return to Japan, I plan on returning to Hotel Palace Japan.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Been staying here two times so far and have one more stay booked. Near both a subway and JR line and very easy to find since you only need to walk straight down the big street. Good place to meet new friends in the for-all-to-use kitchen and dining area.

Good location at unbeatable prices. Who is simply seeking an accommodation, is right here. There is no breakfast, but a fully equipped communal kitchen to the prepare to be used with food. Water and coffee is free of charge. The beds are typically Japanese and very hard… like not everyone.

Stayed here for a week with my sister. We shared a room (bunk bed) furnished with a window, closet and tv. We loved the place. It was soooo clean. The neighbourhood was fine (7/11 and subway stop within a five minute walk). People working there was so nice, too. Highly recommendable place to stay.

Great Hotel, great Price. Just 5 blocks from Minami-Senju JR Station. 20 Min Walk to Asakusa. Also 25 min walt to Ueno Park/Station Private rooms. Wi Fi is Hi Speed. Kitchen available for cocking. Great Option to stay in Tokio.

Come to this hotel you feel most lucky to the front Desk Tianjin, China, sister. Because of delays in aircraft transfer of new routes too tired for a whole day, got to the hotel to see the Chinese sister close to their hearts yeeha! Also keen for us to introduce the surrounding environment. Off work or help, we booked a bus ticket out! This is Tokyo, the first day of the luckiest! No one! Room small but very clean. Wi-Fi is very good! Sufficient. 서비스언니, 너무너무 친절해서 좋아해요 it!

This hotel is the best. They make me feel like home. The staff is so friendly and warm hearted. I highly recommend to stay at this place. If you are traveling low budget this hotel is your best choice.

Very clean, friendly check in. Good value just the double private is small but all we do is sleep in the room. So for us it was great.
