Opposite to Keisei Ueno station exit, just 40 minutes to Narita Airport, very convenient. The only drawback is the room is very small.

The service is quite nice. Compact rooms, but doable for travel purposes.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. The only drawback (but I think is common in Japan) the size, really too small. There's no room to open the suitcase either.

From the capital city of Ueno near Jr will be around the capital is very suitable for shopping shortcomings: Air conditioning can not control, outdoor 1 degrees air-conditioning set 20 degrees, but the interior has soared to 28 degrees … The windows are still open …

Although the space is not big, high-rise window view is very good, TV is very big, the only disadvantage is no washing machine, long live clothes washing more trouble, the other is not bad, bath is comfortable, the shower water pressure is big enough.

A pretty standard Japanese business hotel, small room without many extra amenities. Great location however especially with access to Narita Airport. Staff are friendly and speak passable English, will allow you to store bags for the day before check in/after check out.

Location the best, Room is Good, Transfer is fine, Price acceptable with uper reason. I stay at here for 5nights. Train station just cross the street you will arrive Keisei Line, Hibiki Line, Ginza line and JR line. have coin locker, combiny shop, shopping area, food around here. VERY vry GOOd!

The rooms are a little small but quite modern. The cleanliness in general is very good and the staff of the hotel very attentive. The location is perfect. I've been able to visit several sites in no time.

From Narita Airport take Skyliner to Keisei Ueno Station, you can see from the opposite, Jr Ueno Station is also near, to travel around is very convenient, is Tokyo accommodation CP value the highest location! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room Super fine, well can open two Worcestershire at the same time, the most strength of a toilet board has excrement stains, a bathtub has a hair, the biggest wok of the department he can put luggage overnight, if you go to two days a night short trip, you will push buried pieces of luggage to go. If you have negative points, you should compare negative points.

Perfectly helpful staff. Definitely needed a bit more storage options in the room. A minor inconvenience amidst a sea of positive things!

Shoebox size room, but fully equipped with all the practical stuff. Very convenient location just across the road from Ueno Station. Plenty of shopping and restauration possibilities, in walking distance (Ameya Yokocho). But the microscopic size of the room can be a problem if you stay more than a few days with big luggage.

Good hotel in a convenient area. Staff are delightful, rooms are clean though very cramped for two people. Allowed us to store luggage until very late so very helpful. Not too cheap but we booked last minute so no complaints.

It was a great location if you are traveling to Tokyo for few days. Breakfast is 1300¥ per person, limited choice but it's tasty and healthy. Be aware that come to breakfast as early as you can, because the restaurant it's very small and when crowded it's even hard to walk around, staffs are very nice. For the room, everything is good except the pillow, I don't understand how come the pillow is so flat and thin… and When I go down ask for another pillow, the reception said they ran out of it and gave me a towel instead lol If you are reading my review and had the same problem of sleeping because of the pillow, speak it out before you check out. All in all, it's was a nice experience!

The hotel is beautiful. Very classy looking. The staff have been super nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards. The location is great especially if you are visiting the zoo. The local Subway is right outside the front door and the train station is just on the other side of a nice park. The only issue I had is that the Wi-Fi is terrible. By far the worst of any hotel we've stayed at thus far. It just hangs and then you get dropped especially during peak usage times. Good news is that the Ethernet works.

Perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants, train station, museums and park. This hotel is very clean and nice. Rooms are very small, but good enough for small stays. Not too many amenities.

First time in Japan. The room meets my expectations of an efficient (yes, read small), quiet, comfortable room. My wife and I slept quite comfortably on the bed, though we did bring our pillows on a recommendation from another reviewer and I strongly second that. The provided pillows are nice and as thick as a deck of cards. We sleep on queen size at home and are fit. The hotel is next to a very nice park with a zoo, museums, and temples. Also, close to a JR station and plenty of restaurants and a few bakeries.

Well located and very close to subway stations. There is a park nearby and lots of places to eat. Room is small but well you know, you're in Tokyo!

Extremely small room, dirty toilet with stains on the wall. Bed is too soft with no support. Not worth for the price you are paying in Japan, at this price can get better hotel.

It is a business hotel, Small space. But room is very clean and hotel is located nearby train and subway stations. It rained today but I didn't buy umbrella because I could just run little and be able to come to my hotel. There are tons of restaurants and markets. Despite of busy streets I was amazed how quiet the room was. I would have given five stars if this was five star hotel. I recommend business travelers who would like to stay one or two nights.

Cheap, fairly new, and clean. Great view of Ueno lake. Great location. But rooms are small. Hotel design is a bit strange. Building is a "ring" shape, with a hole through the middle. The hallways connecting the rooms are therefore basically outside. This means that you experience the weather as soon as you leave your room.
