It's a very nice hotel. The location is quiet, staff are helpful accomodating. Food is great also. We will return to this place once we visit again Tokyo.

Great staff and make you feel right at home. Also very good with suggestions for restaurants and places to go will comeback here when heading to Tokyo.

An unexpected enjoyable experience. We were a group of 16 and needed 4 rooms at the very last minute as our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra night in Tokyo. Hotel Asia Center of Japan offered available clean rooms and complimentary toiletries as all of our belongings were stuck in our checked luggages at the airport. This hotel really made a positive lasting impression of our time in Japan. Thank you!

The hotel is clean even though the room not spacious. But they have family room for 4 pax. But remember they charge you per pax. If u register for 4 pax but actually its for 5 pax even though small kids, they will charge you for the additional 1 pax.

Absolutely good value for money. Staff are friendly and helful. Rooms are small but clean and convenient. Easy access from subway and quite central location.

The hotel is quite new. Rooms are relatively spacious compared to other business hotels in Japan. Near Aoyama Icchome station from where you can go to many popular areas in Tokyo by taking Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line etc.

Cheap especially with the discount we found on their website. Located at the center of all of the popular districts and in walking distance to Roppongi. We easily reserved a spot and paid there even though we did not know Japanese. Free bottled water (for guests only) make it easier to handle hot weather. Includes a great breakfast buffet with standard stuff like scrambled eggs, sausages and a little fish. There are also washing machines and dryers in the hotel. The room itself (for two people) is a bit small for my tastes, but that's how it is in Japan. Surprisingly, there are 3 prong outlets and a USB one, so no adapter was needed and the view is decent for the price. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hotel. Moderately priced, fairly convenient location in quiet residential neighborhood, unlike the rest of the city.

We've been 13 days. The room was very clean, small but cosy. Very full bathroom. Very good location as you have Metro to 200m and taking a 10 minute walk you get to Shinanomachi station and in it you have lines to go wherever you want and more if you are wearing JR train pass.
I don't put five stars on the buffet breakfast. A lot of variety but Japanese food, little variety of Western, fruit in those days only put banana 2 days, the other oranges, nothing more fruit. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel, Ahhh and I forgot, free water at reception, that we found fantastic. If we ever go back again we'll repeat hotel.

Very good location, close to Metro station. It's not close to JR Pass, you have to go by Metro. Super clean. Small room but only was to sleep and you are comfortable. I stayed 5 days with breakfast and very good value for money.

This Hotel is hands down the best Hotel in Japan. The rooms are very tidy. The Staff are excellent, and handle themselves in a very professional manner. I will definitely stay with them again in future!

Very clean hotel in a quiet, central location, with functional rooms. There is also a bathtub. The breakfast was good, only the coffee was a bit weak…

The location is great since it is a few minutes from Roppongi and a 4 minute walk from the Aoyama Itchome subway station which is in my opinion very helpful. The rooms are small but I think it is so in most hotels. But The fact that the staff knows English is very helpful since in Japan it is difficult to find one who understands it. So a great +, the rooms are always clean and all the staff are friendly. What more can you want from life?

While the rooms in this hotel are super tiny (albeit fairly normal by Japanese standards) the prices were very good (as compared to other Tokyo hotels). The staff and service was top notch and incredibly helpful with the added boon of fantastic Wi-Fi (50Mbps symmetrical which I’ve never witnessed in a hotel before — regardless of fanciness). All in all you may wanna practice your gymnastics to get around in the room but the bang for buck is really good so despite it’s meh name I’d definitely recommend this place :) PS Make sure to grab a couple of the free water bottles at reception when going for a walk.

The hotel itself is clean and modern with small rooms — just what any traveller would need. But it’s the staff that are truly amazing! Their English was great and they tried their very best to help our every enquiry… Very helpful and lovely people would recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo.

Requested a non-smoking room and got stuck in a smoking room. The entire hall stank like cigarettes and the hotel did not do anything to fix it. Was a clean hotel but very dissappointed that we got to breath other peoples smoke all night.

Stayed here 2 separate times now. The rooms are standard Japanese size, so don't expect a ton of space. But the price is great for what you get. The staff is always friendly and helpful and handle English speakers very well. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is buffet style and they typically have plenty of variety for everyone. The hotel is minutes away from the metro and slightly off the main road, so it is perfect to get around but still nice and quiet.

Loved the service in this hotel. Free bottled water and breakfast and some of the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. The room wasn't very large but we only spent enough time in the room to sleep and shower. The shower was a rather nice size, not as small as the others I've dealt with in many hotels even in the states. I recommend staying here and it's not very far from Aoyama Ichome station.

The hotel is a little under half a mile from the nearest train station — a livable distance for a night or two, but not as convenient for exploring Tokyo for a more extended period of time. The rooms are a bit cramped for two adults (at least, the two rooms assigned to our group were), and there is a large step up (several inches) into the bathroom.

First of all the location of this hotel is very prime, at the Centre of Tokyo. One can easily have a walk up to Roppongi area and also visit the beautiful Tokyo tower. Then, the hospitality of the staff is quite satisfactory. They are ready to help you in any way with every possible means.

Very convenient location with different metro lines, two family markets and various restaurants around, but placed in a very quiet side street. Japanese and Western breakfast with plenty of choice. Very clean and well organized rooms although of course small as standard Japanese. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms, and available to guests free bottles of water. Recommended.

Perfect location. Delicious complete breakfast. Very easy and accommodating staff. Rooms were simple and clean. Robes and slippers included with room were perfect for relaxing. Free water was a huge plus.

Yes! this was my first time in this amazing hotel with a group of Japanese friends I was amaze of course wonderful experience for me but for them it was just a casual moment aside from that the hotel was so fabulous from the room up to the food that where served excellent the services was fully well done all the staff was so friendly and easy to approach as well they are all great, I don't talk too much I let the Japanese groups will take the rest but all in all they are so nice and very gorgeous so well, I just observe them very carefully so far so good they are all intelligent enough so impressive too, thank you so much for the wonderful welcoming to all of us with your beautiful heart people, hoping someday, somehow we will meet again once more, good day everyone and more power to all of you nice people.

One of the best hotels budget from Tokyo, room comfortable although small, template very helpful. Located to ones few meters of the stop of AoyamaItchome, next to the residence of the first Minister in the center of Tokyo, an of them areas more quiet of the city, and to only 15 minutes walk of the neighborhood of Roppongi, full of local, restaurants and Japanese and tourists with desire of fun.

Rooms enough if you spend most of these time out and you need it just for bathroom and bed and are alone. Otherwise they're small. Very good service and a great tactical place for have a fast access to the metro (Ginza line Aoyama itchome station). Near Midtown and Roppongi.

We're still here, but so far I have no complaints. It has everything needed, and is quite comfortable. It's location is also quite convenient.

I went to Tokyo in 2008, and I stayed with my partner at this hotel. We loved it. Your location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the well-made traditional free breakfast… I recommend It to everyone!

I stayed here back in 08 for a little over a month while doing study abroad. This is a great hotel. While not a Ritz Carlton or anything it's clean, fresh, and the staff are extremely friendly (for English speakers they speak fluent English! a big +). It's in a great location close to a local train station. I also had no problem finding restaurants near by and the free bottled water in the lobby was a wonderful. Especially during the hot Tokyo summer. I would definitely frequent this hotel again and plan on it in the near future.
