The hotel is great for budget tourists. Very clean, all the necessary supplies are available, a teapot with a set of teas, a hairdryer, only a small room, but we were approached for two as only came to spend the night. Breakfast.

Nice staff, great location, good restaurant, but smaaaaaaaaaall rooms. And the A/C is not working properly (room 308) …

Nothing special but good enough to just sleep. We came to visit Tokyo and Disney, then this is a perfect spot at a good price.

Enough for a few days stay, but no complementary bottled waters and the breakfast buffet options are standard everyday, I advice to buy some snacks or cup noodles from nearby convenient store if you want to have variations in your breakfast especially if you'd be staying for almost a week. Easy access to convenient stores and some shops as well as the train station. Aside from bottled water there's no safe and an iron and ironing board available in the room.

Nice room with everything you could want. Attentive staff, we booked one room too few but they were so kind as to put an extra bed in one of the rooms.

Tiny bedroom with a 4ft rather hard bed for 2 people & tiny pillows. Great power shower over very small bath. Efficient toilet with electrical integral bidet. Good supply of decent toiletries, hair brush/comb, slippers & shoe maintenance facilities hanging on wall. Air-conditioning functional. The room wouldn't be comfortable for tall & "large" people. Helpful reception staff with fairly good grip of English language. Hotel close to subway. Weather end of April perfect, warm/sunny with nice breeze approx 24'C. Would recommend for no more than 2-3 nights maximum.

This hotel is situated in the Tokyo suburbs and although we thought it would be inconvenient it turned out to have a couple of advantages. It is near to Nishi-Kasai metro station from which you can get to the centre easily and it has a nice quiet shopping area around it. We got a good coffee from "Mr Donut" there lol. One stop away is Kasai station where you can catch the Luxury Airport coach to Narita. The hotel reception can give you a timetable but to book the coach you have to go to a Family Mart. We walked to Kasai and found the bus stop. Then we spotted a Family Mart over the road where we had some noodles and sushi and bought a bus ticket. Airport journey sorted for y1550 each. From there we rode the metro into Shibuya and bought 48 hour metro passes from Bic Camera for y1200 each which gives you rapid stress free travel all over. You need your passport to buy the ticket but they didn't look at it. Why only 3 stars for the hotel? The bed and bedroom is tiny and we had to squeeze past each other to move around and we didn't sleep particularly well. The electric toilet is fun though. Gents, don't set it to lady mode. You have been warned!

Great for those who want to go to Tokyo Disney.

I was expecting cozy when I saw the picture of the double-sized bed room but the reality was ridiculous. The room was so small it did not fit our 2 carry-on luggages. We had to line them by the wall. To get dressed one person had to open their luggage on the floor and the other near the bed. There were no drawers or closets. There was not enough room to even pass each other. The bathroom had a cable feeding water to the sink and the shower, so you had to chose your setting meaning the other person had no access to water while you shower. The restroom only fit one person anyway. We had to check if the other was behind the door when exiting the bathroom so we wouldnt hit them with the door. The room was clean but we chose not to have the cleaning staff come in for the week because there was no room to store our stuff so they kept leaving bags of towels by the door which accumulated and we returned. There's a folding table in the room with no real use due to space. There's a chair tucked into the desk which if we did use the other person would have to climb the bed to cross. Breakfast was not complimentary and overpriced. There's a better place around the corner to the right of the family mart which sells delicious affordable breakfast. Overall the room size issue was exacerbated as we purchased souvenirs or when we were in a hurry to get ready. The day we went to Disney they booked our shuttle. It fills up so book a few days before.

Beds were pleasant and shower and room generally also, somewhat cramped, but that's to be expected. Heating was only unfortunately not adjustable and Windows could not be opened at our room, so it was very stuffy and especially after showering not exactly tolerable.
Room service is good and breakfast is okay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Tokyo Nishikasai is very close to the railway. But in the vicinity of the Nishikasai, the northern exit is Y's.
Mart mast, a very wicked subordinated cake 蜂糕 service attitude, gives us a sense of cake and impression in this region. It is close to Tokyo Nishikasai subway station. However, the very poor and very poor service attitude of the fat male cashier on the second floor of the nearby Y's.
Mart Supermarket at the north exit of Nishikasai Station left us with a terrible feeling and impression on the region. Close to Tokyo West station. But the nearby, upstairs shape fat male cashier station Kasai Y's. Located at the north exit of Mart supermarket is a very bad, very bad attitude, let us leave a terrible feeling and impression on this area.

Great price, rooms in line with the average, located a little bit outside the central areas but in a neighborhood full of restaurants and very quiet.

Great hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff is exceptional. One minor problem is that the room is small and we have no drawers to store our clothes. We are here for 3 weeks and are living out of our suitcases. Happy Trails.

Very good hotel has about 20 min by metro from Central Tokyo so the night very quiet no noise surrounding. The staff were nice and friendly.
The room clean and big enough for two. Breakfast with everything you need in sufficient quantity. The hotel is very close to the metro station. In the vicinity several small shops are found of everything including food. There's even a Mc Donald & another ensign of the kind not too far away either.
For me this hotel is to recommend by the way I go back soon…

Very good hotel Pegadito to the metro station the rooms are small but remember that these in Japan.

A Strong track. Everything is quite dignified. Good location, near the station, the mass of trade and food to late. Even Strawberry for amateurs. The Staff tries to speak English. There's a free shuttle to Disney land. Breakfasts are rather Japanese than Oriental, but also a country as if not Europe.

Chose this place as there was a free shuttle service to Disneyland and Disney Sea. The rooms are typically small like most Japan and Hong Kong hotel. Our rooms had a queen size bed and a single bed. Excellent for budget friendly travel. There is also a coin laundry and many restaurants nearby.

The hotel a bit far from Tokyo. If you go with the JR Pass, you'll have to take a subway ticket. The rooms are just the size of a double bed with little masr space and a cubicle attached in the bedroom which is the bathroom, which looks like you are on a plane or a boat, rather than a hotel. Good thing, you're close to Nishi-Kasai station, a minute's walk. The check-in that you can not do before 3pm after having hit me almost 16 hours of flight… at least have Wi-Fi.

Very small rooms, the good is that this to v one block from the subway station, if you are going to be in Disney most of the time and only travel one person or two to the sumo this well, always ask for two beds.

Restaurant closed, so breakfast in a small room, but efficient service. Don't forget his breakfast ticket. (a bit old as a method). No luck, lots of noisy and invasive Chinese at breakfast.
Good location in relation to the subway, — 2 mins walk — and a bunch of small restaurants, when you get tired of Tokyo at night.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Cool neighborhood. 5 min walk from the station. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast isn't complimentary.

Thank goodness I only stayed here one night. This room was so small! Like I could barely turn around in the bathroom. Not to mention there was this huge step up into the bathroom. You could really hurt yourself going to the restroom in the middle of the night. I got there early because checkout at the prior hotel was 10am. They were adamant about check-in being at 3. No biggie. I’ll go spend the day as Disneyland. That’s why I moved to this hotel anyway because they supposedly had a shuttle. Well the shuttle only went twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I took the metro with no problem. The metro was only a couple of blocks away. The cleanliness in this hotel wasn’t as good as I had seen in so many other places in Tokyo. The plus was that they did have a microwave and a laundry facility but I didn't use it since I was only there one night and checkout was so early.

Very good retirement, good breakfast and comfortable beds as well as bathrooms and very well equipped room, the Wi-Fi is great. The standard room that if a little bit small.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have 3 suitcases and have Q be stacked.

Make sure you specify a non smoking room. The smokers rooms smell awefull. Staff could be more nice, we had an issue with the booking and it was a struggle.

Small rooms but pretty comfortable. Despite being a little out of the city it's close to the Nishi-kasai station. Free Disney shuttle is a nice touch.

Breakfast not included. Rooms very small, but comfortable enough to stay in the night while going around the city during the day. Location is pretty good in terms of connectivity to other places.

Great service, the hotel is couple of minutes walk from the station. But further then the other Best Western, so location wise is second best ☺. However staff is very helpful and attentive and speaks good level of English which makes live easier. Also there are lots of nice restaurants nearby and very large grocery shop with very reasonable prices. We are in small double bed room and the place is not large and there is no wardrobe to arrange clothes. But the furniture is good quality and has good feel to it and the room is nicely organised. Although bed needs to be bit larger for 2 people is very comfortable and gives good night sleep.

Hotel is pretty near to the Tokyo Disneyland and they even provide a free shuttle to Disneyland forth and back. Although this needs to be reserved due to the large number of travellers taking this service. Another thing is that the hotel is pretty near to Kansai Station where you can easily travel by public. Good interactive hotel staffs whom even explained how to get around the city. Thanks for the services and highly recommend.

Hotel really clean, a little decentralized but 30 seconds from the Metro and with many local (restaurants, cafes, market) near. Shuttle service to Disneyland.

Comfortable and functional Hotel.

Staff is friendly and English-speaking. The rooms are very small for a double occupancy, but thats common for some places in Japan. Plus for us the hotel was just a place for us to keep our stuff while we explore during the day lol. Theres a shuttle to and from Disney, which is a plus. You just have to reserve your spot on the bus ahead of time. Overall I give it 3 stars.

Great location, extremely clean, the receptionists tried their best to communicate in English. The rooms are very small but sufficient, since we were out and about most of the time. The nearest metro station is only a few minutes away (Tozai Line) and takes you into downtown Tokyo in about 15 minutes. Trains run every 5-10 minutes. The area around Nishikasai is also a nice residential and commercial area, with plenty of restaurants, shops and services, some are 24 hour. Overall, 5/5 stars!

Do not stay here if you are going to Disneyland! Because: 1, the shuttle doesn't actually pick you up from Disney resort after a tiring day, it picks up from 1 station away, so you have to take the monorail, then the train, then meet the bus. 2, the bus is extremely limited, running only 4 times a day, you miss it, you get back on your own. We came here on the last 4 days of our trip and it was utterly disappointing. 1. Hotel staff were extremely rude — — they talked about my family as we checked in because we questioned them about shuttle service (mentioned next) in Japanese since we spoke English to them, but some of us do understand Japanese and were very surprised about what happened. 2. Shuttle is a Useless! Only 4 times a day (2 there and 2 back). Shuttle space is very limited, if you don't reserve a spot beforehand, sorry, you'll have to pay and take the train yourself. Also, the times for the shuttle are 7:30/8:30 and 21:30/22:30. Also, the shuttle meeting point is at the train station (LOL), so you have to actually buy a monorail ticket and get to the train station instead of getting picked up directly at the park. 3. Rooms are poorly-maintained (chipped paint all over the walls) and extremely tiny. Hallways are dark. In summary; 1. Poor service; 2. Useless Shuttle; 3. Bad rooms You pay for what you get? No, this hotel was by no means worth it.

The room was clean and reasonable price. It is bit far from downtown but not very far.

Rooms are expectedly cramped by Western standards but cozy and furnished. Heating is unfortunately centralized and there is no thermostat for individual rooms. Figuring out how to crack open the window and then close it again took me several hours. Communicating with front desk staff in English was no problem, and the hot and cold breakfast buffet had all the common staples. This suburban location is centrally located near a subway station, a few convenience stores, a grocery store, and a ton of restaurants.

Website Introduction is very close to Disney, in fact, I feel not close, near is because there is a free hotel bus transfer, driving past 20 minutes or so, two shifts in the morning and evening, one hours apart, need to be booked in advance at the front desk, in the Dragon in advance, Maple leaf season more than 300 one night double room is very cheap, Only 11 square meters, put a piece of 1.4 meters Double bed is almost no location, luggage is tightly attached to the implantation, but considering that if there is no direct to Disney, need to sit on the waterfront and then walk or bus, the cost is also high, so it is very recommended to go to Disney live here, very close to Tokyo West GE Metro station, only three minutes away from the subway mouth out a lot Is quite a lively place, the left side of the hotel there is a big supermarket, things are very cheap, the hotel side of the road has a medicine shop, more expensive than May, but most of the region prices are similar.

The location is good. Very close to the subway. The room however is very small. Picture on their website is a little misleading. Convenience store and other food places are very close as well. If you chose to not have your room cleaned they will leave a bag of towels, linens etc in a bag at your door.

Location was good as it was close to a subway station, not too far out from the city of Tokyo. Room was a very good size for the Tokyo area, as was the bed. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast buffet has standard fare for this part of the world.

Simple but perfect, just what I needed after a long day.

A Really nice hotel, the bathroom is so small but kinda cute, The Receptionist should learn english a little bit more. But beside that the Hotel is so nice and I recommend it to everyone.
