I have mixed impressions of this hotel. On one hand, I liked the big twin room with much space to put your belongings to, with a big desk, drawers, wardrobe, shelves, table and chairs, and many appliances including not only the usual TV, tea-pot and fridge, but even microwave oven, cooker and washing machine. I also liked the spacious clean bathroom. However, the walls were all in black stains, wallpaper was torn down, the outer layer of the hangers came off, and the whole room was visibly old. It was generally clean, though when I looked under the bed and behind the TV to check if nothing had fallen there, I spotted enough dust. The staff were polite and friendly, but not very helpful when I asked them about booking of bus tickets to the airport. They suggested I make the booking myself using the operator's website, phone service or a self-service machine in a nearby convenience store. All of this require a decent knowledge of Japanese and much research of the bus routes. Breakfast is the same everyday, which I didn't think of as a problem until day 5 or 6. In the end, we only ate there half of our stay and I wish the breakfast were an additional option for a separate price rather than included. Or at least I would enjoy it if the choice were bigger and included at least some plainest, cheapest vegetables and greens.

Just a nice hotel. Small prices, daily housekeeping, rooms are spacious, the interior is pleasant, employees are polite, the price includes breakfasts. Fault can be only that to the fact that the menu of these breakfasts did not change once in 5 days, spent there, even if it was tasty.

It is a very comfortable hotel, located a few meters from the station NISHIKASAI, its people very friendly, comfortable rooms and very clean has safes, has exquisite breakfast.

The service was great and the room met our needs, considering that we were out most of the day. It was a bit small, but again that was no issue. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay. It's close to the Nishi-Kasai metro station which was a huge bonus.

Nice sized rooms (for Japan). Room (2 twin, 1 double beds) also has a washer (dryers are on the 2nd floor) induction stove, microwave, safe, and larger sized bathroom. Station is close (3 to 5 min walk) with convenience stores and restaurants along the way.

The room was very clean. We first refused to give a room for non-smokers, citing the fact that it is not (as it turned out later-they are), a broken wall-all for 22000 for 5 nights. This is a tin.

When Zaseljattsja came to the hotel we were given a dirty room. The room had a broken wall, the carpet had rubbish, gave a smoking room, although ordered a non-smoking room.

First night, nice size room for 3 people. Used the Washer/dryer in our room already. Came with pajamas and slippers. Gorgeous open air lobby in centre of building. Breakfast was a lot of carbs, bring fruit!

For the price we paid it was a good hotel. We had a small room with a double bed and little space for suitcases but we could manage it. Microwave, tea maker and a small fridge were in the room. A western style breakfast was included and it was ok but thats all. 4 stars for the price-performance ratio.

Good prices, pretty fair free breakfast and good service (had a couple of accidents of my fault and they helped me very fast) recommended.

The staff is growing, start to speak a little English.

— The included breakfast was good, nice selection of breads. They had a granola bowl that you could add yogurt to, both were pretty tasty. Other breakfast items included sausage, eggs, coffee, orange juice, water/ice, and soup. — The room was clean, had nice amenities to accommodate our stay. — Not very far from the train station at all. — Located close to restaurants and a cafè.

Small rooms but clean. Friendly hotel staff. Not many employees speak english but they try their best. Cleaning staff is efficient and thorough. Safe in the room did not work.

Everyone was very kind. The room was all we needed. Small but affordable and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the shower toilet and the water pressure in the shower was strong and hot. I will also add that this hotel is American friendly and many writings have an English translation next to them which was very helpful. Great service. Clean space. Thank you!

Really nice hotel. Each room is pretty small but it is standard for any hotel in Tokyo. The service staff are really friendly and the rooms are decorated nicely. I for one however, would like a bit more standardisation. Some rooms come with a washing machine/dryer while others do not have it. This is the only gripe I have with the hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is really nice and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Absolute bargain — super cheap with everything you need. Very comfortable and lots of eateries and supermarkets in the vicinity.

Yes it's a great budget hotel and for my experience, it's better than it's branch on Kasai.

One of the best hotels in the price range. Close an easily assessable to the transit as well as a variety of restaurant from Japanese sushi ramen and udon to Indian cuisine Korean cuisine and many more. Since this is more of a residential area is much more quieter and calm but yet you can see the daily lives of the people on bikes to school and work or as a visit to the area. Pros: FREE BREAKFAST 6 TO 10 AM Laundry either in room or in hotel Nice bathroom and service Nice people that could speak a variety of languages. Nice view of the residential area. Free comb, toothbrush, pajamas and other utensils. Cons: Since in Nishikasai, there is more of a residential as said so the train you might need to plan for your trips to places like Shinjuku an Poke Center. Watch for the express lines on the trains since on the blue line, the express train skips Nishikasai. Seriously nothing about the hotel. P. S. There's huge parking lot like HUGE. Yep I really enjoyed my 1 week stay here and when I come back to Japan I am coming back here again!

It is a hotel that offers a basic service of lodging but quite efficient, very close to the train station Nishi-Kasai.

Good hotel. Continental breakfast, pretty view… Free laundry machines. Fantastic hotel that I would visit again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nishi Kasai station in a quiet neigbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice and clean. On the top floors you get a nice view of Tokyo. The corner rooms have balconies. The free breakfast is alright but a bit indecisive: it's neither Japanese with rice and soup nor Western style with toast. The breakfast staff could be friendlier.

Great place, surprise there was a washing machine in the room. The washing machine is amazing it washes and drys all in one load. Don't expect much for the complimentary breakfast, not much of a variety. Fairly clean and close walking distance to the train station.

Quiet place, close to Metro station to visit other areas.

A small hotel business of high quality. It has close to the station Nishikasahi that connects to the Tokyo station. Impeccable service to travelers.

Room was always very clean. It had a decent sized bathroom and balcony, and the staff were always very polite and professional. For what we paid it was definitely worth it.

Every thing is best Mini-kitchen, washing machine, mini-refrigerator, microwave Breakfast (sp: chocolate marble bread with honey & butter) is so delicious.

Fair price for a simple and clean place. Location is far from the centre.
