Good hotel for business travelers. Breakfast spread is Okayish. Charges extra for breakfast as well as for using gym etc. Check in process is smooth, but staff too rigid on times and you may have to pay around USD 100 even for a few hours early check-in.

The photo is quite misleading at those promotional website. It is quite old, although location is good. I was disappointed base I don’t like the smell of the old leather massage chair. Very disappointed. I would have found a much newer business hotel in this price range.

Good business-class hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Big room with comfy bed and pillows. Wide desk for those working nights. Delicious breakfast buffet and lunch. Good option for business trip.

It's a decent hotel. Somewhat outdated and requires renovation. The service is good and staff is friendly. The breakfast is ok, but not that great either. The location of the hotel is very convinient, very close to Shimbashi train station with dozen of lines. Restaurants and bars are within the walking distance.

The transportation is very convenient, the hotel provides the equipment can satisfy the business person's use! Breakfast is also a lot of choice, (different dining environment and meals)!

Lovely hotel experience! Room was cleaned each day thoroughly, terrific complimentary breakfast that come with options for lunch and dinner per day. It was our first time to Japan from America and I'm so glad we had a good place to retreat to after each excursion.

The rooms are dated but the staff is very friendly and attentive. Great location.

The hotel is very close to Ginza shopping, the internationally renowned Tokyo fish market, the Imperial Palace complex, a wide range of restaurants and excellent transportation connections. People at the hotel were very welcoming, helpful with directions and full of good suggestions. We had a great stay.

Very intresting econom hotel in Tokyo.

A nice hotel, a good reception, the room is not big but well furnished, the bathroom is good, great accessories. Breakfast and plenty and varied, MO was not included in the price. The location is good it is a few steps from the center, Metro and train station, behind it is the park with the Imperial Palace.

It's a nice hotel in an excellent place. Located near Shimbashi railway and metro stations, with lots of inexpensive restaurants in the vicinity and many convenience stores nearby, Dai Ichi Hotel Annex turned out to be en excellent choice for our family of 3. The beds are comfortable and large enough for sleeping with a child. The staff service is impeccable. For example, they immediately noticed that we are preparing to go out on a rainy day and offered us an umbrella, without our request. The welcome package package for children (slippers, toothbrush etc. ) is a great idea. Next time in Tokyo we will certainly pick this hotel again.

Hotel service attitude is very good, and environmental good, clean health, it is worth recommending.

Got a really good price for expedia hotel stuff was wonder sleep like a nice the rooms were wonderful it was a great location to start exploring tokyo.

For a stay of 7 days (2 rooms, one twin and one double but in fact twin is probably best). The beds are good and the Wi-Fi is fluid. Ginza is really close (and "la pompadour" = some bakeries) as well as 3 Starbucks and many restaurants. The tube station is really close to the hotel, which means that its position is very interesting to explore Tokyo. Many stars as the price was very good with an early reservation.

Very reasonable prices, considering the neighborhood — great deal! Close to the train, shopping & bars (it's Ginza! ), and attractions (walking distance to fish market).
