Quiet area, nice hotel for the right price. Nice view from window. Majority of staff can speak English. Oh and the train is super close. About one small block away!

The Pointe scenery outside the window is pleasant if you can live to the side of the Eiffel Tower, the night is even more beautiful. About 5 min. Walk from Subway Hanzomon station, to take the elevator, from Exit 6th, the most convenient nearby 焼 Earpick Bird string Bazhen is a string of average 100~160 low price skewers quite delicious also recommended.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near imperial palace. Good breakfast, nice people. Lounge bar closes too early. (23:00)

Room was small but comfy. Shower had flashes of cold but everything else was good.

(From my Yelp review, abandoned in favour of Google Guides) 4 stars! Stars for Service, Food, Ambience and "Will I come back? ", no star for Price. I edited to 5 stars on hindsight. It is a very good hotel. Service is polite and efficient. Check-in was painless, and the counter was manned by staff speaking very good english. Food at the Japanese restaurant in basement 1 is fantastic. I had 5 dinners there in a row. (I tend to go back to tried and tested places). The service staff were extremely pleasant and the hostess was very polite. Food — Feel free to drool over the pics I am going to post. Ambiance — The room is large (compared to Japanese standard sized rooms). There's a bed, an automated toilet, shower (with that strangely deep bath-tub), TV and free internet. That's enough for me! Price — Expensive. "Will I come back? " — In a heartbeat.

The hotel is very formal, but wuuaa that views from my room looked excellent the city and at the bottom the Tokyo Tower, the breakfast round between 1000 and 2000 yen.

Big, nice, modern hotel in the with great view to Chioda park. Room was traditional Japan, pretty comfort with modern touch. Nearby is good shop with lot of food, so bring it to room and enjoy it eating Japan traditional way.

A little secluded but with amazing views.

If you don't smoke make sure specify that you want a non smoking room. I didn't and got stuck in a smoking room, and because of availability the staff could not move me. The view is great!

Good location, comfortable hotel but at reception not all attendants spoke or understood English. Close to the metro of Hanzomon, the neighborhood is anonymous but pleasant, 15/20 minutes walk from the Imperial Palace. We paid about €450 for 5 nights, no breakfast: a great price. Beautiful view from the room! Unfortunately there were problems with the cleaners, beware of where you leave your clothes… they manage the luggage service well for other hotels.

Great location and views. Price was ok, even that breakfast was not included and didn't look attractive for the price, so I didn't took it. But very happy with the election.

Great location, great value and service.

The rooms are super tiny but the view is spectacular. We were on the 13th floor and could see some of the imperial palace, cherry blossoms and the Tokyo tower. Service is very good and the hotel feels clean and refreshing. It's 5 min walk to the nearest purple line Hanzomon exit 1. We enjoyed staying in this area.

We found the size of the Grand Arc's rooms to be comparable in size of rooms found in London at the same price, but with so much more on offer. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful, offering continental, American or Japanese breakfast options — the latter being our first experience at such a breakfast. The concierge staff are friendly and welcoming, and even gave us an umbrella to use on a rainy day. There are vending machines just around the corner from our room, and inside there were slippers and dressing gowns, and absolutely stunning views of the Imperial gardens. We'd stay again!

The staff were polite and courteous and spoke good English. The 17th Floor Suite was excellent and had a great view of Tokyo Tower.

The service at check-in was great. Very polite and friendly. We were given a room with a view of the Tokyo Tower. Rooms are spotless but a little small.

Great location and spectacular view to the city.

Nice staff, clean room, good size for Japan, amazing views over Tokyo. Even found an English newspaper under our door in the morning (all others got a Japanese paper). Restaurant Mon: nice food & staff at dinner, but a little expensive. Overall happy with hotel and would stay here again.

Staff service attitude is good, facilities are quite new, the coffee machine is very good, clean, sanitary, worth recommending.

The room was very clean and quite big for Tokyo. Bathroom was OK. We had just a tremendous view of Tokio Skyline, the Tokyo Imperial Palace and the governmental district. The whole area was save and clean. The hotel is central and you just need a few minutes by subway to the Central Station. All in all it was a very nice stay. I can highly recommend it.

Nice and clean, not far from the subway, and easy to get to everywhere from there!

Good hotel, located in the neighborhood of the imperial palace, to highlight especially the rooms with tatami mats, the breakfast is very poor, you always offer the same thing. The staff is super friendly as in the whole of Japan, and the facilities impeccable. You have the metro Hanzomon within 5 min walking distance.

Very good hotel as well on the quality of the service, as cleanliness. The restaurants inside are all very good. We had a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower and the imperial park.
The rooms were redone every day. The toiletries are provided (even given during the cleaning of the room).
The "Yukata" on the other hand looked more like shirts of hospital.

Great view, nice room (even if really small), and very clean! Good position close to hanzamon station (purple) even if not allowed to use with JRP.

Suuuper friendly staff, very helpful and informing you 24/7 about whatever you want. Good roomservice and very clean. The food is excellent if you're choosing english, american or japanese breakfast. The view from the upper floors are also very nice. Definetly the place too stay, if you're willing to pay the price.
