The geography is convenient, but it's in the red light district. There is a little trouble getting in and out at night. Best of all, the room has hands to mention unlimited data provided.

Overall good hotel. You can't beat the location being 1 block from all the action of downtown Osaka / Dotonbori. All the bars, clubs, restaurants are literally 1 block away. The hotel itself is very western and spacious and what you would typically expect from a Holiday Inn. Nothing overall spectacular but nothing to complain about as well. The staff was friendly and spoke English as well.

Great location, walking distance to all nearby stations. Near enough to dotonburi without the noise and bustle. Hotel is clean and spacious. Would stay again next time I'm back in Osaka.

Nice hotel right in the middle of the happening area. 2 mins walk from Don quijote. There's a 24/7 7-eleven downstairs as well. However, due to proximity to dontonburi, tend to have alot of Chinese tourists at the 7/11 or in the hotel.

Great location, close to Osaka's main shopping streets. The Hotel also enjoys a decent view of the city, the room has everything you need and is very comfortable, helpful and friendly staff.

Great location. Perfect for those who want to explore Namba or dotonburi area more. Service was quite good, room size is bigger than average hotels in Japan. Didn't use the breakfast option, but still very okay since 7 eleven is in the lobby, and many 24 hours restaurants nearby hotel.

Perhaps the best hotel in Namba in terms of price, location, and amenities. It is about 300 yards away from Shinsaibashi Street which is a covered pedestrian street full of shops. It is walking distance to Dotonbori where all the amazing street food are. Do not forget to try the Takoyaki and the delicious snow crabs. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor so you will never go hungry even in the middle of the night.

We checked into the Holiday Inn Osaka last night. Service was excellent, our room is twice the size of other comparably priced rooms we’ve stayed in in Japan and it’s in very good condition. Other hotels gave us one bottle of complimentary water and we got two here, there is a room safe that you usually don’t get in Japanese rooms and there is a view outside the window. Admittedly we are on level 8. The bed is quite firm but you get two substantial pillows each, not the case in most Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in. I’ve never stayed in the Dotonbori area before. It’s absolutely buzzing with shops and fabulous food options and all right outside our hotel. We’ll definitely be back here.

From group "Holiday Inn Osaka Namba" ✅ Advantages: Location is very convenient! It takes only a few minutes to get to Shinsaibashi. Convenient to return to the room after the wet flat "drop goods. " There's a pound in the basement, so you can weigh your baggage to get overweight. I have a hand pound on my own, a little bit of electricity, but there's a pound downstairs! Hollywood Twin Room, two single beds of the crazy live, a three mouth good enough asleep. Children under 12 years of age with their parents do not have to charge another fee. When booking a room to pick out even breakfast, the Department of Buffet form (under 12 years old are free), choose not many, but are enough to fill belly, do not drive out for breakfast food. In addition, the hotel downstairs is the department of 7-11 convenience stores. Easy to buy drinks snacks.
There is a telephone in the room, and IDD can be made free. ❎ disadvantage: Far from Namba Rapit station, it takes about 10 minutes to walk. There are old and tender to carry Lee to the station are a few inconvenient. So the choice of the shuttle bus to and from the airport (Taobao King x car). The rooms are comfortable, the service is good, the only small drawback is that we live in that room, open the window of the hand next to the acrylic damage, cut the finger, causing blood flow, I hope your hotel can thoroughly inventory all the room window hand, so as to avoid the next check-in passengers also encountered the same situation.

Centrifugal Zhai Bridge is very near, there is a medicine shop near, a blue ramen noodles, eat is not a problem, functional very good, not with breakfast, Price is high (5000 nt, two-person room)

Great location — clean and comfortable with decent sized rooms if you book the larger options. This place is nothing to write home about but it ticks all the boxes for a convenient, comfortable, clean and modern place to stay.

I've lived in this hotel for three days and I feel very comfortable here. When I first entered this hotel, I saw some purple sofa ️.
I was surprised to see three beds in the guest room when I walked to the 11 floor room. The next morning, I went to the lobby room to eat a buffet breakfast, there are all kinds of food.
There are cold noodles, cornflakes, sausages … but I think there is very little food here, and I think the scrambled eggs here are disgusting. The next night, I realized that there were only two beds in the room originally.
I thought: This room is really big.
On the third day, I know this hotel has 12 floors. On the fourth day, I'm leaving. But, as I was not leaving, I went to another hotel, so I took my luggage to the store.
At this time, I found a big room in the lobby of the hotel. I've lived in this hotel for three days and I feel very comfortable here.

Good hotel to stay at as it is located right next to major shopping and food district. Hotel room is adequately spacious. 7/11 downstairs adjoined is really convenient for food, drinks and getting money out. Staff are friendly and speak enough English.

Very good location. Very Tidy and clean room. Buffet Breakfast is ok. Can go to train station by few minutes walk! Eating and shopping around.

Very good and clean in the craziest area of Osaka.

I usually don’t stay at Holiday Inn’s but this Osaka Holiday Inn was not too bad. The room was a decent sized room. I didn’t have a view. The best part was that the location is steps from all of the action!

Gotta love this place. Check in and hospitality was warm. Room was adequately big for a couple, toddler and 2 big luggage. Can move ard too. Situated a few walks away from the subway n famous Dontonbori. Very strategic and convenient to eateries.

Comfortable, clean and very well located hotel in Osaka. Room space is above the average compared to other Japanese hotels and bed is fine. Good quality cost relationship. Breakfast could be improved but scrambled eggs were delicious. The hotel view was not very interesting but is a great location. I would be back if I'm ever back in Osaka.

Rooms are on the smaller side and not that well maintained. My room had a window that looked into the bedroom… seriously? For a Holiday Inn, they need to step it up as it's certainly not up to the standard of the brand. Staff was cordial but again, not up to other hotels. Convenient to just about everything but not exactly safe feeling when you leave the hotel. Probably wouldn't stay there again unless they up their game and compete with other hotels.

Hotel really improved a lot since last year. I love they provide a cell phone which you can use Google map to walk around. Its location is impecable. Staffs are extremely friendly.

The location is good, the downstairs 5 minutes walk to the main area of Dayton, and downstairs there is a 711, very convenient. The big bed room 16-18 flat, surpasses the Japanese hotel average level, the facility, the decoration all is in the holiday hotel normal grade, just does not have the baggage to serve the room the service to let the person to have some minus points. The room space is also very satisfactory,

Perfect size, all the right features, great service and a great view of Namba.

Room was sizeable (a welcome change from Tokyo) as was the bathroom. The 7-11 downstairs was convenient. Location was perfect as Dotonbori was just a few steps away.

Shopping and eating super convenient, walk to JR station about 10 minutes, but the evening hotel downstairs people more complicated, but see also did not harass tourists.

Great hotel, our 2nd visit, amazing location for Dotonbori. Any interaction we had with the reception staff was very good and pretty much everyone spoke english. There is now a Seven-Eleven on the ground floor which is very helpful for essentials and some great food. On departure day there is a secure place to leave your baggage if you want to explore Osaka a little more on your last day.

Located in the lane of the downtown area, the hotel is the opposite of the place of weathering. The hotel is not recommended for children with a companion.

The location was amazing, only a building away from the shops. The rooms are decent and large (for the area), however could use with a little more cleaning. Overall the hotel was good and still a preference if visiting Osaka.

Service is fantastic and the location is very convenient for Dotonbori. However the double room has some strange design quirks that seem baffling to a non-Japanese person like myself. There is a large window between the main room and the bathroom. The only thing granting privacy then, is a rolling blind that gets soaked during a shower. That is, unless you raise it, making your shower a potentially unwelcome form of entertainment for anyone else in the room at the time. Additionally, the blind does not block much light meaning that your midnight pee either has to be in the dark or flood the bed with sudden bright light, almost certainly waking your sleeping partner. Furthermore, the curtains do not fully block outside light, which can be disturbing for sleep during daylight hours. If the bathroom light is on, there is a light source on both sides of the bed, meaning there is no way you can turn to avoid it.

Wow, real mix. Once you're inside the hotel it's pretty nice. Was probably the most modern hotel that we stayed at during our trip, and I appreciated the little touches like a beautiful bathroom. The bed was also pretty comfortable. My only gripe with the inside of the hotel was that the bathroom has a window overlooking the bedroom. During the day it's pretty nice looking, but in the morning when one person is trying to shower and another person is trying to sleep, the light from the bathroom shines very brightly through the window (even through the curtain pulled down all the way). Outside of the hotel is the real problem; the hotel appears to be in a seedier part of town. This was not entirely obvious to me based on reviews that I read before booking, so I want to point it out directly. You're going to have clubs and people promoting their clubs directly outside of the hotel. It's unclear if some of these places have prostitutes. There's definitely a lot of drunk people stumbling around. So on the upside it makes for some decent nightlife, and on the downside it did feel seedy. And this is evidenced by things like needing a roomkey card to use the elevator, suggesting that they want to keep the wrong people from coming into the hotel. Were I to come back to Osaka, I don't think I'd stay here again even though the hotel is nice. I'd probably stay in a different part of town entirely.

There was something off about the hotel. The rooms weren't bad, but I think it was the neighborhood, and the girls reaction to the neighborhood. Although the guidebooks all promote the neighborhood, it turns out to just be seedy and touristy. The hotel is likely a reflection of that, but they react in some weird ways. Normally, if you check in early at a hotel, if your room happens to be ready, they'll let you go up. Not at this girl, they want to charge you for that privilege. When I check in early, I rarely expect to be able to go up, but being charged is just strange. If I had it to do again, I probably would have stayed a couple more blocks away from the main Dotonbor area, or in another neighborhood entirely. Also, I played around with the air humidifier in the room, and discovered that the air filter hadn't been cleaned in years. It was caked with dust.

Awesome Male staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Female staff are impolite, and discriminate foreign people. A perfect hotel while NO female staff are on duty at the front dest.

Small room. But it's nice and equipped. The hotel is located in Osaka's downtown where tourists can go shopping easily. Besides, they provide the tasty breakfast.

I loved it here. Beautiful boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms, excellent and professional staff, good food, free Wi-Fi, gaijin friendly, and reasonably priced. Smack dab in the middle of all the Dotonburi action. Will be staying there again upon my return in April 2014.

Nice central place. Sorted our room requirements straight away, will stay here again when in town.
