I feel like this hotel is very underrated for how convenient it is. The hotel room is the biggest I’ve seen for Japan standards (next largest is all the way down in Kagoshima and that’s bc it was a disabled room). Shuttle bus to the airport is quick and easy. Staff are lovely and the view we got we can see planes coming in and out. It is not as modern, but I can’t complain for the price. After going from hard Japanese bed to harder Japanese bed, it’s really nice to have a comfy bed to sleep in before a flight. Also YouTube on the TV is a nice touch if you don’t want to watch regular TV.

Nice budget hotel very close to Narita Airport. Shuttle bus to and from airport as well which is easy to use. There is a restaurant on site which has delicious food but there is also a variety of vending machines as well in case you want to eat cheaply. It's an older style hotel — but is clean and the rooms are a good size. Perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

Rooms are clean, breakfast are very good. Good place to stay when connecting overnight. Shuttle service to all terminals operates every 20 minutes. Take bus on platform 16 in front of Narita Terminal 1. Laundry room and 24/7 bar are missing.

It is clean & safe. The staff is courteous and friendly. I will return definitely if I'm in the area again in the future.

It's is very convenient hotel to stay if you have a early flight for next day. I had 9am flight so I booked hotel just for the convenience, and it's so nice to have free bus shuttle drive back forth between hotel and airport terminals. The hotel staffs is very nice, friendly and helpful but the hotel alone might need upgrade because everything is very old style. We also got food at the airport terminal 1 since it's so close and ate at the food court. The shuttle bus runs every 15mins and it's always on time too.

In terms of size, it's a big room for Japanese standard hotel rooms. The hotel itself is located close to Narita Airport and offers free shuttles back and forth. It's very old and outdated though, and needs a thorough renovation. For overnight stays, it's ok, especially if your flight is very early in the morning.

Very close to airport. Good clean rooms of a fair size for Japanese standards. We had dinner at the restaurant there and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. This hotel is rated well below what it should be in my opinion.

The hotel was only good for a next day flights and not for long overnights as the hotel is far from the city. Room wise is okay as my airconditioner was not really working well and the fan was dusty thus had to wash it myself to use it. There is airport bus that will send you to the airport as well.

Resasonable price snd only one in the airport, not near by. Frequent shattle bus ti the ternial.

The hotel is quite OK and conveniently located at the airport. It's amazing how quiet it is. Has the charm of an interhotel from the GDR. But what is not at all is the restaurant. Have never eaten so bad in Japan and the prices are absolutely exaggerated. You better get something at the vending machines in the hotel.

As with other Narita Airport peripheral restaurants, the hotel is old, but the comfort is acceptable and the breakfast is good. There is a shuttle bus, T1 at No. 16th Stop, T2, like other restaurants, stops in the middle of the second row of bus stops. Opposite the hotel is the tower, the hotel is located in the airport, from the terminal to the hotel, only 3-5 minutes, for the early flight passengers, very convenient.

Suitable for early flight, or evening plane to Narita stay for one night, clean, efficient, breakfast, downstairs there is food, beer moved to the six floor now.

Very comfortable and close to the airport, especially if you have to stopovers on flights.

All the carpets in the 4th floor have heavy water damage, the chair in my room is also stained. There is a little rust in the sides of the shower. All of this makes it feel like everything is dirty even if it is most probably clean. Building probably needs a renovation. Apart from that the hotel is in a very convenient place.

The hotel is relatively old but still clean. Facilities are still ok. The staff are very accommodating. They also have free airport shuttle. Just go to station 32 and wait for the bus.

It is clean & sace. The staff is courteous and friendly. I will return if I'm in the area again in the future.

Cozy, staffs are friendly and English speaking. Room is clean with complete amenities. The food at the restaurant is freshly made and delicious. The location of this hotel from the airport is not close; you need to wait for the hotel's bus — see its timings at the bus stop. I will come back again one day.

Room was hot and stuffy, old fashioned air con that didn't work very well combined with a fan that circulated the dust in the room and made it hard to sleep. Furniture was very outdated and the bath had five hairs in it when we arrived. The water kept running hot and cold in the shower while I was using it as well so one second it was burning me and the next it was freezing. Overall I wouldn't come back here again but if you aren't fussy about the state of your room it is a very convenient location for the airport and offers a free shuttle bus every twenty minutes. The room was also a really good size which made it much easier to pack our luggage properly.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean but still can see that it is a hotel for one night. The truth of the traces of the females with luggage. The nearest store is located at the airport, which is 10 minutes walk.

Overall, good. But very old flophouse. Food is delicious. At 450 meters family Mart. Everything in Japanese is modest and minimalistic.

Take a left outside of Terminal 1 north building and follow the sidewalk to the hotel. Less than 5 minute walk. Hotel is of 70's ambiance, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good.

The rooms were very large and clean, and the food was very good. We stayed for one night before our flight home and it was the best idea. Super close to the airport and very easy to get to with their shuttle bus.

Restaurant here is Amazing! Room is crap and smells terrible though. Great food made up for it.

This place is in need of an update, but it was clean, cheap, has a good restaurant and is close to the terminals. I got a twin room including breakfast for $70AUD! They also have a free terminal shuttle bus! Would defo recommend staying here after or before a flight!

Big room, not far from airport. important information shuttle bus from airport wait at Terminal2 bus stop No. 32 every 20 mins. and shuttle bus to airport every 20-30 mins as well. it is good to stay 1 day.

Very old hotel, in need of remodeling. But it's a convenient location, with a decent breakfast.

The rooms are OK, nothing fancy if a little overpriced. It is in a convenient location however, otherwise it is truly mediocre.

Worn but cozy three-star hotel, minutes from the airport. Ideal for long layover. Convenient to shopping, downtown Narita and baths.

Really close to the airport, has lots of vending machines, has money changer machine from dollar to yen, big room, just comfortable! Since we were too tired, we tried dinner in the restaurant, and were surprise, food are big sizes and really delicious.

The name of the hotel is actually airport rest house. You can get there by walk from Narita station using rapid narita from Tokyo station.

The hotel is close to the airport and it does have a shuttle to both airport terminals. This is the pro of the hotel. The hotel itself seems to be designed/decorated in the 70's and has not changed much since. The hotel is kind of depressing and it has a lingering stale smoke stench throughout. The price is decent. I'd stay somewhere else next time.
