Conveniently close to the airport, there’s a bus shuttle that runs every few minutes. The place is clean and has nice amenities.

Very bad cleaning, smelled of humidity. Poor laundry. Good location and varied restaurants within the hotel. Free Buses am Airport.

Old review when I was a cabin crew. Room and bathroom is just sufficient. There is also bus service to bring you around to Aeon or places of interest. Get to view the runway from the restaurant, planes landing and taking off… Nice breakfast too!

Nice, though dated hotel. Formerly a Hilton. Lovely lobby with a convenient store/gift shop. Excellent staff. Rooms need some upgrades and renovating. Close to NRT Airport, about 15 minutes by free airport shuttle bus. Free Wi-Fi and nice room amenities make for a convenient and comfy stay.

Clean room and great location near Ueno park/station… but room was tiny. Not recommended for families or anyone that needs room to stretch.

It’s kind of a room lottery here. Our first room had a really bad smell, the smell of a super old building. The carpet was dirty, and there were scuff marks on the walls probably from luggage. When confronted about the room, the hotel staff were kind enough to change rooms for us. The second room had a copious amount of air freshener sprayed into it, but it didn’t have the bad smell, and it was much cleaner overall. Convenience store downstairs was pretty good, and had cheap dinners if you don’t want to eat at the expensive restaurant upstairs.

A simple but good hotel for transit. It has all the necessities just in a medium size room. I have seen smaller rooms, this is just nice for one. There are shuttle bus to and from hotel to airport and shopping mall.

Comfy, clean bed, gorgeous trees (and planes! ) can be seen from room windows. Not really anything within walking distance, but there's a free shuttle to town that runs all day. Do the Don Quijote stop and get pizza at the Domino's across the street if you're feeling lazy. Bathroom has a good, deep bath for soaking, and the sports center features a large bath, sauna, exercise room, and I think a pool? The walls are a bit thin, but overall, this is a great hotel for people with a flight from Narita station.

Excellent hotel for short stay / transit and located not far away from from Narita international airport. With spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a business traveler, perfect one for business trips with late night arrival or early morning departure. Having a shuttle from and to airport on regular intervals making it more convenient.

Marroad International is a 3-star hotel. It's decently clean and the service was fine, but it hasn't been remodeled since the Reagan administration and it kind of has that old building smell — — not bad, just old. For the price, it was fine. Also, don't try to walk there from Narita. Also, the food was pretty decent and the translation on the signs was top notch.

Spacious, luxurious Hotel with spectacular surroundings. Attention Marnífica, with easy access to the giant shopping centre of AEON and the temple next to Narita station. The bar on the top floor has a romantic atmosphere, with a good jazz background. The restaurants are also very good with beautiful views.

Friendly staff. Good price. Food was not cheap as they know you have no other options really. The store on site was nice though and the rooms were cool. Had a nice radio built right into the side table.

Decent room with a view of the airport. Room could’ve been a little cleaner. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Paid a little more than I expected. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very good price/quality balance: I paid 4.500 yen for a decent room. You can see planes depart. Don’t say you don’t hear them, because you do, but isolation is good so I had a good night. There is a shop to buy food. I didn’t use the restaurants but those seemed a bit pricy. Good service; they brought me a LAN-cable straight away. Big and clean shuttle bus twice per hour, in the early morning more often.

Extremely shock that hotel bus driver was shouting and pointing at Chinese tourist in Japanese when they couldn't even understand him. I am a frequent guest here, couldn't find a platform to email the the hotel staff directly, I hope you guys can see my message from here. Please treat every customer equally like how you treat Japanese customers. Extremely horrified to witness bad services to Chinese tourist many times. Hostile attitude was given to foreign tourist. This also refer to front desk staff. Man Pointing and shouting at a lady is very unethical thing to do. Please look into educating your staff to handle foreign tourist.

The Marroad international hotel Narita is gorgeous. It is only a 10 minute ride from the airport. The staff there are courteous, professional and extremely hospitable.

Transit hotel situated next to Narita airport. This is one of the hotels for JAL overnight layovers. The hotel is basic and a decent 3 stars, everything you need and nothing more. Staff are helpful, the restaurant Lumiere is a decent Japanese/Western buffet. Rooms are tight. If lucky you get a great view of Narita airport.

We booked a room at this hotel the night before our flight to avoid the hassle of traveling from Tokyo to Narita airport. The hotel is quite big and fancy but it was budget-friendly. The rooms are spacious and has all the basic amenities. The best part is that they provide a shuttle service to the airport so it will spare you some Yen. I just hope that they could make it a 24-hr. Service as it was quite difficult to get a taxi around the airport late at night. Overall, the hotel was able to satisfactorily deliver the accommodation we needed for a night's stay before we leave the beautiful country of Japan.

Marroad International Hotel Narita, is located about 10 minutes away from Narita airport with the shuffle bus associated with the Hotel. The hotel room was okay, tho lacking. Only green tea and no coffee at the "International" Hotel. The restaurant made a delicious meal which you could enjoy at the top floor while looking at the beautiful light from the Airport. The bar was also really enjoyable with exquisite drinks at a friendly staff. The staff at the desk though, was not very friendly and seemed like he was better than us and just wanted us to go away.

A bit away from the airport, but they have a shuttle bus that departs 3 times every hour. Our room was a bit small, but average. The check-in time was longer than expected.

Fair price, clean room, facilities are all okay/standard generally speaking. There are hotel buses stop by at Platform 27, North Exit, T2 for pickup. The earliest bus is 7:00 am and the latest at 24:20. Not much commercial around the hotel, so if you miss the dinner or don't want to go for hotel canteen (which close at night anyway), there's a 7-11 in 10 min's walk where you can grab some snack n drink. Also there's a noodle shop but close at 22:00. The hotel provided gym pass if you stay for 2 nights or more, but I never got the chance to do it cuz we always came back too late, and I didn't have sport wear with me either. Besides, who'd want to do any workout in a hotel while there are so many things you can do in Tokyo~

It's a terrible hotel. There is no air conditioning and the window are NOT ALLOWED to be open, the carpet has a very unpleasant smell and is also very unsanitary. The service here is awful as well.

Nice hotel for QQ night. Friendly clean comfort.
