The main selling point of this hotel is its location and accessibility as it is practically just across the street from the front (Hakata exit) of the JR Hakata City/Station. It has very basic facilities. There is a coffee shop/restaurant on the ground floor. Vending machines, coin-operated washers and dryers can be found on certain floors. The room is spacious by Japanese standards but closet space is somewhat limited. The hotel does not have a concierge desk or porter service. However, the staff at the front desk is quite efficient and can provide information and make restaurant reservations.

Like this restaurant! Good location, convenient transportation, room big, clean and comfortable. If the counter lady can be polite a little bit, only one attitude is very bad, the other is very good. It's a shame.

Room forgiveness, mattress soft and hard moderate, bed linen is very clean, bathroom equipment, tired can make tea or coffee to drink. The best choice for travel or business.

The hotel is located right across the road from Hakata Station, which means it is easy to go anywhere with just a couple of minutes walk. There are convenience stores right nearby, several shopping centers and restaurants as well. Anything you might need, you can find close to the hotel. The room was huge by Japanese standards, comfortably sized by European standards, and had all the regular amenities. The hotel had a coin laundry, too, which was ¥300 for a load. The staff in reception were all professional, nice and helpful with anything you might need. I would definitely stay here again!

Just 10 minutes ' walk from the Grand Canal city, at the exit of JR Hakata Station. The room was spacious compared to other Japanese restaurants and the reception was very friendly. The disadvantage is that the parking is inconvenient, the upper and lower luggage to move quickly.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom and bathtub are very large, also attached with ear coffee bag, counter staff explained in detail. The next time you come to Bo Tak, you will stay here again.

A great surprise!
I took advantage of a two day stop in Hakata to discover this hotel.
First for positive, the location is ideal in the sense that it is located two minutes from the station and the shopping centre adjoining it.
The reception was very friendly and efficient. The rooms can be occupied as early as 3pm, but due to my early arrival (11am), the reception offered to keep my luggage.
When I returned, the room was ready, and my luggage had been mounted there.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable. And the bathroom is quite correct. In short I was conquered by this very nice hotel!

Across the road is Bode Station, super convenient. The room is large and clean. There are many breakfast options and you can eat enough.

Excellent location. Right across the road from hakata station the main transport hub for the area. Staff were extremely helpful in calling various restaurants for us to make reservations. Rooms were alot larger than osaka/Tokyo and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Convenient location just right in front of train station. Room is fine. Breakfast is better than average. Good service.

Clean, good service. Because it is very close to the station, so if there is a performance activity in the evening, the street room will hear, we do not mind, but if you will mind the person, it is recommended to make a special note when booking a room.

The hotel is very close to JR Fu Gang station, across a road and it takes only a minute to walk past.
Hotel is not luxurious, but the layout of stylish style.
Room space is very plentiful, put two big bed after there is still a lot of space, thick eyebrows are a little skeptical: Is this really Japan?
Near the door there is a large wardrobe, bought a lot of shirts are enough to put. Toilet is very neat, but million did not think there will be decoration, not the General Assembly toilet, feel comfortable.
The hotel offers two bottles of free mineral water, which is very generous. The hotel is well positioned, close to JR Bode station on and a number of large department stores, very convenient, can be described as what have what.

Located just in front of JR-Kyushu Hakata Station (3 minutes walk). This hotel is new and clean, and average guest room is wide enough for 1-2 person stay. It is a very good base for sightseeing of Hakata, a city with full selection of good foods and drinks. You are able to enjoy the taste of local foods at breakfast buffet (1, 500 JPY for the hotel guest) in the restaurant on the first floor (no bar).

This is a highly recommended newly built clean hotel with reasonable room charges & spacious rooms by Japanese standards. Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk away from the JR Hakata station. Easy access to almost everywhere you want in the city taking sophisticated public transport service like subways, JR lines or bus service.

Locate in the heart of Hakata, just 5 minutes walk away from the JR Hakata train station. Great location if you plan to travel around Kyushu. Staffs are very friendly and helpful although some of them speak limited English. There are many coffee shops close by and you can basically get everything you need from Hakata City (above the Hakata JR station). It's about 10 minutes walk from Canal City (another big shopping area). This hotel is good for both business and personal trip. I will definitely stay there again next time.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are new, clean, and quite large by Japanese standards. Noise insulation is also done very well. Location-wise it is very convenient to Hakata station complex. There is a passage into the underground to the left, just steps from the entrance, so even if it is raining, you can be indoors within seconds. If you're like us, and had a baby stroller, the nearest elevator down is just across the street.

Excellent location which is only across the road from JR Hakata Station. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. We have stored our luggage before check-in time. When we returned to the hotel later, our luggage has already sent to our room. We have booked a twin room which is huge. Room condition is new and clean. Many power points are available for us to recharge our phones and cameras. It is close to JR, subway and bus stops. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Hakata again.

Convenient hotel close to the station and canal city. Easy to find and friendly staff. Breakfast was a little difficult as none of the food had English translations — the bread is obviously bread but what kind of bread?
