Room conditions are good! And it is easy to move sapporo or susukino due to a middle of location.

Very bad and worse service for customer. I’m happy traveling with parents to Japan. The hotel try to save budget and gave three adults share one room together. That’s fine there are two single beds and one sofa bed. The night mare happened I find out there is a blood on my bed sheet and I call room service to clean it up he just said sorry and simply take away my blood bed sheet and never come back to change a new one for me. Second terrible thing is when in want to drink water there has a coffee stand on the cup. What the hell in this hotel and worse room service that I have never met before.

Bad and worse services for customer. Request to make up our room but they just inform us that cannot make it by today and tomorrow not yet confirm. I’m wondering what is the purpose to pay for service tax and what is the purpose to include daily housekeeping and etc as hotel’s offer? Oh yes, we stay for 5 nights and they priority to clean those check out room instead of existing customer’s room. The worse thing is they give us plastic bag and ask us to change our rubbish bin’s plastic. This customer service really bad and 3 star hotel also better than this.
