Very good experience there. Many choices of delicious Japanese food for dinner. Big, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast could have more choices.

This is an older hotel, it is 50 mins drive from Sapporo. If you are under tight budget and want to experience an outdated onsen, please come over here. It has a ryokan style room. The wall is kinda thin, I can hear my neighbor making small noises. We were given a dinner voucher and it was a delightful buffet. Again, it has most of all Hokkaido regional food. It may not be the best but it has lots of variety, so don’t complain and simply enjoy the moment and be present. It feels like we’re taken back to the 70ies, in a pleasant way. Speaking about the Onsen cleanliness, I wish it could’ve been scrubbed clean. The Water, yes super hot and not super sulphuric. We only stayed for a night, I asked for extra pillow, receptionist was wonderful and brought it for me. Wonderful!

Staff is not helpful, activities are difficult to find (if you want to play table tennis you have to find the curry shop lady and rent the rackets from her), the pool is large and nice with a dry sauna, the onsen is really nice, especially the outdoor part. The buffet western cuisine restaurant has a good variety of foods with reasonable prices.

Rooms are authentic tatami type of rooms. Spacious and clean. Extra tatamis are found in the cupboard. Toilets are big. Onsen is spacious with ample amenities and different pools. Remember to check out the open air onsen pool (its hidden down a stairwell)

Excellent service. Room was ok roomy. Food was the best part of the stay. Recommend eating a lot at the buffet because there's really nice food. Stuffed when we left.

Rooms are very spacious. All facilities needed were present. They provide many delicious varieties of food in the canteen. However, we could tell that the rooms are quite old, some of the facilities were old but still usable.

設備がしっかりしていて、部屋トイレなどが綺麗、又、お土産屋さんやゲームコーナ、麻雀などもあるのでホテルの中にあるので時間を潰し安い。

Rooms can live 4 people, large space, so comfortable. Have seeing-off service, dinner buffet-style, food style many, taste is not wrong, the dining area is big enough, can accommodate many guests to dine.

The price is really good and their services are perfect. The open air onsen ♨ is really nice, but the quality of the food was really lacking, surprisingly.

The onsen was large the water was hot, and the scenery was remarkable. Onsen in the snow.

When we arrived at the hotel we tried to reserve the shuttle to go back into town to see the snow festival but couldn't. They said it was booked. And the front desk guy went to the back to speak to someone and a lady came out from the back which I assume was the supervisor… she told the front desk guy that was helping us no we can't. So rude. Another thing that got to me was they are ok with people smoking near the entrance of the hotel… so of course the smoke lingered in the sitting area where you can use the internet. And if you are staying in the old wing of the hotel — beware — very musty… overall wouldn't come back here… ☹️

Very easy to get to by shuttle bus from the Sapporo train station and takes about 45 minutes drive. The food was good and arranged as an all you can eat buffet. There are many tourists here mainly from Asian countries but if you happen upon a room with a private onsen it is well worth it. Although the bath was a bit small it still did the job in getting me relaxed. Wheelchair accessible rooms and even a tatami mat room make it an enjoyable stay.

Good onsen, room, average food.
