Large room with reasonable prices which could make me comfortable.

It located at very nice location nearby nice restaurant, Aeon and JR station, only10 minutes
from the airport by taxi.

All is good. Clean, quiet and cosy.

If you know there’s no power supply, why are you still accepting customers to check in?
And the windows can’t open, didn’t even provide fan, the aircond is only heater, it’s really stuffy and hard to breath, it last for 3 hours in the middle of the night, that’s not acceptable.
But morning breakfast was good. It’s near the airport and there’s Aeon next to it.

Convenience location and the room is spacious and warm like home. Many restaurants nearby. The staff are polite and well-trained and helpful.

Near the New Chitose Airport very convenient. Travel to Sapporo Stn fast and easy. Comfortable room and bed.

It is the nicest hotel for this trip. However, this hotel does not have hot bath like the others.

This is a remarkable experience staying at this hotel. A very good small Wagyu Yakiya nearby. But no prompt banner show you how to go.

The booking it totally wrong. We requested one double bed and they insisit to give us two twin beds. Very very upset.

Had a fantastic stay the night before our flight. Room was very big, spotless and nearly new. Our corner suite had a huge balcony and bathroom. Hotel has a full size Family Mart inside and several great dining choices plus a bar with a golf simulator. Good location next to a giant Aeon shopping center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will use this location every time we pass through CTS from now on.

No frills business hotel. It’s an ANA Crowne Plaza and there is certain minimum standards. There are also several restaurants on site. And there’s also eateries nearby. A decent stopover hotel near to the airport.

Very nice hotel. Stayed only for a night and everything was super updated. If you need to be near Chitose airport, this is a fine place to stay. We had 2 connected rooms to share with our 2 kids. Worked out perfectly.

The sushi of the horizontal tour tour is simply not known as the so-called! In addition, add ¥10800 to eat a dry burning fish, true system ⋯⋯⋯

Clean rooms and very conveniently located next to the train station. There is also a market and shopping center close by. Morning breakfast package includes a good spread of local Japanese food and western continental cuisine.

Hotel OK but a notch below the other hotels of the same chain at the level cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

Stayed here for an overnight on the way to Niseko. Great experience other than the room service — nobody likes warm sushi! But that's a minor blip. Great stay.

Quite large comfortable rooms. Pillows are very soft but beds are fabulously comfy. Quick access to airport though shuttle has quite a limited schedule.

Staff attitude is very dedicated, but the room is old, it feels like to live in the old hotel 20 years ago, the bathtub is obviously a layer of scrub traces, a bit disgusting, is a few Japanese hotels encountered situation. One of the advantages of staying here is that there is a free airport shuttle bus, which has to be booked beforehand.

11th floor room is spacious, quiet & has a good view of the busy street below. Had my room upgraded so it's the most value for money hotel stay my family had in our entire trip. Check-in experience can be better by improving staff English level — the female staff kept on asking my reservation name even though I have responded multiple times & gave her my passport. In the end, I've resolved to pointing out my name in my passport to her.

Nice hotel near the New Chitose airport. Also has easy access to the Chitose Train station and Sapporo. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was so nice to have after 24 hours of travel.

Best hotel room that I have stayed at japan! Clean toilet, big shower room with biggest bathtub attached. Super big bedroom size. Location beside AEON shopping centre. Three thumbs up.

We had a stop over at the ANA Crowne Plaza for one night — easy to get to from the airport and would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to bunk down for the night — beds were lovely which was very much appreciated after a long flight. Staff very welcoming — all in all good…

Very close to Chitose Airport, the hotel room is clean and tidy, in Japan to see is very big.

Nice hotel in Sapporo. From the rooms, you can see a nice view of the city with mountain range in the background. Breakfast was nice with good choice of food selection. Walking to distance to Aeon Mall and there's a shoe store across the street.

One night 6500 of the rate (not included in the breakfast), the room is very large but the overall equipment is very old, bathtub is obvious traces of water stains, bathing accessories, room coffee, tea are very not textured, in short, my stay feel CP value is seriously inadequate.

自身が宿泊しておりませんが、身内の宿泊で利用させていただきました。立地は駅そばのイオンの隣にあり繁華街から微妙に離れてはいるものの不便さは感じられません。大きく綺麗で落ち着きのあるロビー、コンビニエンスストアも入っており利便性も兼ね備えております。 宿泊施設も広く綺麗でトイレとシャワールームは別に設けられており、朝食ブッフェも美味しく大変満足のいく内容だったとの事です。ランチブッフェもあるらしいのですが、結構人気があるらしく今度利用したいと思います。もちろんスタッフもきめ細やかに対応しており、やはりANAホテルにきて間違いないと思うことでしょう。

Lovely hotel in a handy location for Chitose Airport. Room was well appointed and service was excellent.

My room is rather small, but it's common in Japan. Staff, especially doorman, were polite and helpful. Excellent soundproof windows, coming with good tips for good night sleep and pillow menu.

Excellent experience with this great hotel, at the town center of Chitose and a stone's throw from a big shopping mall and many restaurants. I made a reservation at wrong date but the front desk staff helped me to check in without any problem. After checking out we found that a white shirt was left on the bed. We got it back with the shirt packed like a gift from the hotel :) The room was clean and facilities were new. I was so impressed with the hotel. It was definitely the best hotel during our nine days stay in Hokkaido.

Large, comfortable rooms (with exceptionally comfortable beds for a hotel in Japan), plus a free 15 minute shuttle to and from the airport, make this place a winner for near-to-New Chitose Airport living.

Good hotel and clean. There is a convenience store in the ground floor as well as a couple bars and restaurants. One of the bars have virtual golf which is pretty good. Shuttle bus from hotel to airport needs to be pre booked and normally don't run too much. Only down side is its location from the little bars are eateries that is a little closer to the airport. However it's not much to walk. The aeon mall is across the road as well.

Great Hotel in Chitose We stay 2 nights with my family in July 2017. They upgraded me into new building and the room is really great. The lift required the room access card to access which means that others cannot entry the room 's floor. The room size is a little bit bigger compare with other hotel in Japan. I will recommend my friends to stay there. :)

Excellent accommodation in all respects. We stayed in a double twin room in the new wing. Super comfortable beds, and a top of the notch bathroom, with a shower and tub area separated from the sink and toilet, and smart a smart child-safety lock. We even experienced a 5.2 earthquake (with an epicenter at only 27 km from Chitose), without anything moving in the room. The quality and the variety of food items offered at the buffet breakfast, both Western and Japanese style, are impossible to beat. Everything seemed to be prepared to perfection, and to be constantly replenished by swift staff. I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel in the future.

We stayed on our last day before departing home. Excellent service and facilities. Close to shopping mall and airport. Shuttle bus to airport is so convenient and on time.

The stay was great. The bed comfortable and the room clean. The lobby is nice looking and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Laundry service was prompt and easy. The convenient store in the 1st floor is a nice touch. The restaurant prices are a bit high for the amount of food.

The atmosphere of the room is also the best. Breakfast is also delicious, this hotel is recommended if you stay at Chitose.

Convenient location, staffs are helpful, breakfast and dinner are tasty. Room is larger than the normal hotel in Japan but facility needs to be improved. It worths to stay for overnight.
