Wonderful location, helpful and lovely hostess, parking, AC, and great recommendations made our time here very nice!

I enjoyed staying at this B&B. They were extremely nice to us. We stayed at the apartment where they also had a washing machine. There was an expresso machine if you wanted to jave coffee. I highly recommend it.

The reception was perfect, the room accoglinte and cared for details. Great to be able to visit the city, beautiful, and the surroundings. We hope to be able to return with more time.

The rooms are located in an optimal position: it is easy to reach the center on foot and the structure is near the walls so you do not have to go crazy to turn to the wonderful but tight alleys of Orvieto with the car to find them.
The owner is kind and in the hand! The rooms are clean, refined and cared for in detail.
Surely the highlight of this B&B is the view from the windows: breathtaking.

Beautiful location. The room (an apartment) is very quiet and with beautiful views over the valley but at the same time it is very convenient for parking and a few steps from the main monuments. Sabrina, the owner, welcomed us with extreme kindness and care. To recommend. To come back.

We stayed at this wonderful place for 6 nights and loved it. Sabrina is so sweet and attentive to every need, she is there very quickly if needed. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views. We would go back tomorrow if we could. Orvieto is beautiful, very walkable with great resturants. We stayed 9/6/17 — 9/12/17

Beautiful, comfortable suite with incredible views and everything you need. Hostess Sabrina cooks a wonderful, creative breakfast and happily shares her knowledge of Orvieto and the surrounding area. Her son Marco is also delightfully helpful. Very nice people, thoroughly ancient town — exactly what I was looking for.

Absolutely stunning. The accommodations were outstanding, clean, tasty and elegant. Sabrina's breakfast was plentiful, and full of love. And Sabrina embodies what this pretty little town is all about. Truly a piece of heaven.

Free parking, lovely room very nice and cozy apartment, kitchen and lounge with Valley views, breakfast with fresh produce and cheese and salami, friendly owners, accept payment by card. The cleaning lady is a bit peculiar, but it was a really nice experience.

We stayed at B&B Ripa Medici when we visited Orvieto earlier in November and we absolutely loved it. Sabrina put us in their beautiful, new casa bianca room. It is a great little apartment and we wished we had stayed there in Orvieto longer. The breakfast was delicious and Sabrina's recommendations for lunch and dinner in town were outstanding. For our first stop outside of Rome, this was an incredible experience and we definitely plan to return.

Wonderful location with amazing views of the Umbrian landscape. The proprietor is incredibly gracious even washing our clothes for us. The room is lovely. Breakfast was very very good. And Orvieto is an amazing old town.

The most amazing place! We got to stay in the seperate apartment right on the edge of town and the view was to die for. Sabrina and her family are so sweet and the homemade breakfast in the morning is wonderful. I would definetely visit Orvieto again and without a doubt stay at B&B Ripa Medici.

Your home away from home in Orvieto is Ripa Medici B&B. Even before you arrive your hostess Sabrina will answer any questions and make you feel like you are in good hands. If you can, try to reserve the Casa Bianca, a cozy apartment with one spacious bedroom, a nice kitchenette and a modern bathroom. As the name suggests it's all white. If that room is not available the other bedrooms are nice as well. And to top it off, the price is right.

Dear people,
In September 2014 I stayed in one of the two lovely rooms. The room is clean and has a gorgeous view over the Umbrian countryside. Also there's a kitchen and a shared living room. Sabrina is a very very friendly and welcoming owner. The breakfast is homemade and is delicious. For a great stay in Orvieto you have to choose Ripa Medici!

We highly recommend this bed and breakfast for the kindness, hospitality and availability of Sabrina and Federico.
Good location, clean rooms, abundant and healthy breakfast in addition to the convenience of parking.
