The hotel part of the property is quite decent. It's an old establishment so don't expect a Novotel or holiday In… this is a very typical village hotel… with a very good restaurant. Breakfast correct. Very good geographical location. Good value for money since we paid 85 euros a night with breakfast for 3 people.
The restaurant part is rather refined and well-known among the natives. Menus of varied dishes and wines, very unproduced… a little more expensive than the average area, but it does! Very friendly service what's more. In general, the hotel staff very eye-opening… I will put 4 stars for the restaurant specifically.

Simply lovely place, medieval atmosphere, simple and genuine cuisine with true and net flavors.

One night only for work issues. A little cold D winter and to renovate a bit but I spent a good night in essence…

Staff and delicious food, you could spend a few euros less but when there is quality and you eat well everything else does not count.

The hotel is closer to a museum than to a classic hotel. Nice and scenic place. Good rooms but very lacking the bathrooms. To modernize. The kitchen is not appropriate. Too nuveĺle. Friendly and professional staff.

Very impressive Location… special atmosphere… for the places and the building… which is of its kind… a spectacle. Personally I was one evening in the restaurant. But I would say that the ratio between the cost and the served is totally negative. Dishes do not live up to an approximately refined service. Details completely overlooked… with waiters running down the corridors and cartons of wine "creepy" inside charming furniture-style. Food quality absolutely average from supermarket.

The ambience and the food were simply fantastic.

Very nice place with great views. Interesting menu, and great attention to children. Good wine list, too. Reasonably priced. Service could have been slightly more reactive, but all other points made up for that little lack (and I would certainly give it another chance).

The location is very central and the view at dinner on the terrace is fantastic. The food is very good. The service is very friendly and the food, whether meat or fish, is professional served without waiting long for it.

Elegant but not flashy or boisterous, for those who love the cuisine of a very high level in suggestive environment and with great attention from the staff, courteous but never intrusive. Lately the menu has been renewed reaching an even higher quality. A pleasure for the palate and the mind. Worth "A jump" from the coast even with African temperatures and car with air conditioning broken as today…

Lovely place.
Historical dwelling set inside the ancient walls that frame a suggestive place and that can tell a lot about itself. Between corridors, staircases, rooms and ravines various who enters you to go to the terrace of the restaurant has the opportunity to admire ancient objects, bottles of wine and strange games belonging to a more recent past that gives them to us with the name of modernism.
The terrace opens onto the Arno Valley, towards Pisa, offending a lovely setting that seems to have no continuity solution, so much is possible to admire in the distance.
Food refined and well presented. Excellent choice of raw materials.
Medium high price but in accordance with the quality of the products and the characteristic of the place.
Service a little slow but this is a place that deserves to be enjoyed with some time available.

There are places where you leave your heart and places where is the heart to want to stay. Quiet and discreet atmosphere of a charming old villages of Tuscany.

Location fantastica e servizio impeccabile.

Made us feel incredibly welcome, a real family feel. Excellent food and the gluten-free diet was well catered for.
