Very cold staff little smiling … Poorly organized cold food restaurant … rooms not quite all comfortable other than pool view garbage storage view. Bathroom for people up to 50 kg. I will not go back and do not recommend …

Hotels near downtown and cozy. Externally very nice and if it were treated a little more would still be nice +. Spacious clean rooms, pity that host animals. Staff helpful and always smiling, as Mrs Sonia, a professional person who loves and transmit passion for their work, hard to find today. Although I have presented with 1 day in advance, for my mistake I left without rechecking the reservation date, given that we are talking about the week of ferragosto, the staff extremely helpful, not only did not place any kind of problem since the reservation was not editable, so I'd have to raise your heels and leave, but he found me a room!
I had booked a triple room with mezzanine, my kids were thrilled by the idea of sleeping in the loft, clearly upon arrival they confirmed that they had a room for us, but double and not triple and I felt already extremely satisfied, if only they had to sleep.
There remained only the faces of the guys disappointed.
Back at the Hotel, I was surprised, offering us a triple with loft … Needless to say, the reaction of my children. Very rich, very diverse, catering for all tastes. Recommended for courtesy and problem solving of personae, the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet and spacious rooms with all the amenities! Thank you.

Nice little place not far from the historic centre of Castiglione, has a pool and solarium. Dinner really disappointed me — dined outdoors among the insects. Approximate cooking without fantasy really poor quality.
