Absolutely fabulous! Had a great stay and will definitely go back.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our three night stay at Villano Fiorentino. We were greeted warmly by the owner and oriented to the house and city. It is a gracious old property which has been updated and maintained beautifully. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with the other guests. It was served by an equally friendly and informative woman. The house is well located to walk the city, very near public transport which is easy to use, and has secure off street parking. We appreciated and enjoyed the restaurant recommendations (try Fratelli Briganti) and sight-seeing advice. And we appreciated the personal service and friendliness of both the owner and her assistant.

Good size room nicely renovated and classical style. Friendly knowledgeable owner and staff. Good breakfast and snacks. Outside the main tourist zone so it is quiet but within walking distance to sight seeing musts and also close to the to train station. Worth it to book your stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Villino Fiorentino. Charming, spacious and clean rooms with very friendly staff. We enjoyed being outside of loud and busy central Florence with only a 15 mins walk to the Duomo. Area was safe and very quiet.

Beautiful Villa well retyped. Extremely noisy room in (paper partitions) and outside (train at 30 meters). Camper shower. Comfortable bedding without the plastic pad. Short breakfast. Limited Parking.

We spent two nights in this elegant B&B, spotless and neat in every detail. The owner is an added value, a sympathetic and dynamic professor, explained to us what we would visit with some interesting historical nod. Recommended!

This BnB is an absolute must for Florence! Quiet location, 15 min walk to all the main sightseeing spots. The staff is phenomenal. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her husband who gave us numerous recommendations for food and drinks. Amazing room as well, very comfortable. This is a home away from home for sure!

Beautiful house with an amazing host: Sara. We had the master bedroom upstairs that was very elegant and comfy four our 4 nights stay. Our bathroom was also ginormous. You can park your car in the garden of the house, which is a real plus in Florence. Since this hotel was renovated from an old family house, don't expect much of a sound insulation between your room and the corridor. Especially the main entrance that can be buzzed open with a code can be pretty loud if other guests arrive home late.

Very clean and well catered. Rooms are clean and fresh. Bathroom is for people of petite stature and this is worth knowing before booking. That aside. Perfect space for those who wish to be up and about in Florence. I must say too the hosts are fantastic!

Great close to historic center location. Parking! (Very important for any European city). Great breakfast! Great coffee.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely B&B in Florence for two nights in August, 2016. The moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Mary who showed us around, answered our questions, and gave us restaurant recommendations in the city. The B&B is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood an easy 15-minute walk from the city center. We loved being away from the crowded and touristy areas and enjoyed one of our most amazing meals in Italy at a nearby restaurant frequented by locals. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and modern with an incredibly comfortable bed – a real treat after a day of sight-seeing! Breakfast is served in the main dining room of the house and they offered a bountiful selection of breads, jam, meats, cheese, cereal, pastries, and fruit as well as espresso and cappuccino. Breakfast was a great time to meet other international travelers and share in our adventures of Florence and the Tuscan countryside. We travelled to Florence by train and didn’t anticipate needing parking at the B&B but, on a whim, we rented a car to explore the countryside and called the B&B from the road to ask about parking. They happily accommodated us, giving us instructions on how to enter the secured gate with the car. Our trip to Florence was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and this is in large part due to the warmth and hospitality of our hosts, the luxurious accommodations, and easy access to the major sights of Florence.

Lovely and intimate, comfortable and good looking! I would definitely come back to this place.

My husband and I recently stayed at the guest cottage and I must say it is beautiful. A welcoming atmosphere seems to dwell in the House of friends, only better. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Fabulous! I was guest of Mr Marco and Mrs Sara, the owners of Villino Fiorentino B&B, for a couple of nights over Easter. The residence is fabulous and the hospitality is just outstanding! Not an average B&B… definitely much more a luxury boutique hotel… a secret jewel in the heart of Florence! Love it.
