Horrible service. I got to the "hotel" at 6:20pm and called to check in. They told me I was late for check in and that check in was at 5pm. My itinerary clearly says 13:00-19:00. They said they tried to get a hold of me but they only emailed me the day of asking me what time I was getting in. I actually replied to that email as quickly as I got it and gave them an exact time. They disregarded that fact. When I asked for a refund, they hung up on me. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Good attention, ample clean place safe and pleasant.

Cheap, clean so so, quiet despite the proximity to the train station.

I arrived 30 minutes after check in Florence due to traffic. When booking, I informed the host that we would have a long drive from Germany and asked him to wait for us, if we wouldn't make it in time. He asked us to tell us "the exact time of arrival for better organization". So I told him that we could definitely arrive by 9 p. M. About 8 hours before we arrived, we got an e-mail: "sorry, check in until 7 p. M. " Of course, cancelling was only possible 24h before check-in date, so weit wouldn't get ihr money back. Stopped at a gas station and kindly asked him to wait for us around 20 to 30 minutes. However, he didn't want to stay one more minute longer than 7 p. M. (Check-In time). So we had to find another place to stay. At least we could stay the other night we booked. Of course we didn't get any money back. Bathroom was not clean at all and it was just a horrible place to us. All in all: Poor service with a host in a wrong job. Rooms are dirty and it's probably the worst you can find in Florence. Pay 5 euros more for one night and make it better than we did.

Okay place if you don't have any other options.

Great place to stay and get to know Florence the excellent care, everything was clean and very spacious I will recommend and will use again on upcoming trips, by the way is 300 meters from the train station… Fantastico.

Stay in a very central and affordable price, with the owners Coetesi but with some details that make turn the nose: first the room and the bathroom left to be desired from the point of view of cleanliness, with the floor of the room in particular that It had a sticky and visibly dirty part, also the air conditioner made a very unpleasant noise, making it difficult to sleep during the night. Finally, the Wi-Fi had such a slow connection (less than a 1mbps) that it was almost unusable. However for the cheap price (especially for the area) it was also quite predictable that you could not have a premium service, but it is also true that you can always improve and the criticisms serve right at that.

Accommodation in a triple room: The Soggiorno Karaba is located in a very accessible area, 10 minutes walk from Florence station. An advantage is certainly the location very close to the center of the city. Very cheap price (personally I stopped here from 1 to 3 August) really accessible to anyone. Staff very helpful and welcoming!

Just a fraud to us! We told the landlord that we would arrive late when we made the reservation. But until the day of arrival, he told me that they couldn't welcome us and charged our rent fee without accommodating us. We had to find another hotel that night! What a terrible experience!

Excellent place. Very good location (4 cudras of the train station). Matias gives a very good attention, with all the data you need on Florence: food, transportation, shopping places, tourist places, etc Are very gentle and cordiles in your treatment.

I had an excellent experience I loved the super handy place near all points of interest the staff is really friendly is always there I stayed for 4 days in a double room with shared bathrooms are very clean the room large I was fine and spacious surely thank you very very very good value for the service very close to the Santa Maria Novella station.

Waited over 1h for someone to come and open the door. It was stated that check in time was 1pm. We arrived at about 1130 hoping to at least be able to put down our luggage before traveling out. But no… they only arrived at 1pm on the dot and so we had to wait till 1… The Wi-Fi is also excruciatingly slow. There were more than a few times when I really wanted to smash my phone due to the slow internet… The place is clean tho. The rooms and toilet were decent.

Really welcoming staff rooms are clean and well kept about 20min walk from the centre of Florence only down side is it's difficult to find as there is no sign to indicate it's a hotel looks more like an apartment from the outside other than that purfect and reasonably priced.
