Great customer service. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the extras in the room. Husband had an item flown in from home, they paid the taxes while we were on tour.

When we wrote a review on TripAdvisor about the room smelling of smoke and receiving horrible service, below was their response. Not only did we receive horrible service, but also the people that were smoking in their rooms were upgraded to a balcony while my wife and I were left with the smell of cigarettes all night with no solution. Dear Guest, we are very sorry about your unpleasant stay and to know that your problem has been handled inappropriately by our Staff.
We have had some issues with two rooms of smokers. It is stricty forbidden to smoke in our hotel and we asked them twice in a day not to smoke inside their rooms. We also assigned them a room with a balcony in order to avoid bed smell. It was all in vain.

Really enjoyed our two night stay here on our honeymoon. The room was. Spacious and clean with a comfortable bad. Walkable to main attractions, eateries & train station. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were delicious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Great hotel. The staff are friendly and customer service is fantastic. The building and rooms are clean and well maintained. All amenities work well. Will definitely use them again for future visits.

Hotel Rapallo is a best choice in Florence. Close enough to all the favorite sites, yet far enough away to offer you a quiet nights sleep. The rooms are gorgeous, bathrooms roomy and spotlessly clean, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful for planning your days, the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had in Italy. I could go on and on, but suffice to say you will not be disappointed if you stay at Rapallo. Enjoy!

Impeccable staff not very helpful.

Hotel Rapallo was our home for two nights during our Europe honeymoon trip this February 2018. We had a very good experience in this hotel, even got a surprise champagne courtesy of the staff. Breakfast and tea time snacks are very good options, be sure not to miss. Service was super helpful and cordial all the way. Although it is a bit far from main attractions, it is still very walkable, so no worries on that. The room is very spacious, definitely much more than other options we had during our trip. I would recommend it.

Nice hotel. Good location. Could do with bar opening in evening so when coming back from meal you could have a glass of wine etc. Some local information leaflets would also be helpful. These are little things that we felt other than this really enjoyed stay and facilities.

Very warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are lovely with plenty of space and come with complementary bottled water. The breakfast are terrific with fruit, meat, cheese, pastries, and more. You will not leave hungry. Also between 5pm and 8 pm they do a coffee and tea time with complementary beverages, cookies, and finger sandwiches. On top of this the location is perfect, a small 15 min walk to the Duomo, a 10-15 min walk to the train station, and right in the middle of restaurants, shops and more! I'd happily come back!

I finally get to finally reviews this hotel in Florence! It is a hidden gem with the best service! The difference from other boutique hotels and this one is the people that work there and their owners Lorenzo and Michaela. The hotel is super clean with comfortable beds and they will help you in any way to make your time in Florence a unique experience! Guest are pampered and treated with utmost respect! We hope to go back since our daughter lives in Italy and will stay there again! Juan & Celina Reyes New York.

Not a very nice room. Pretty expensive garage, room there is no field x Fastweb Mobile nor x Tim. To make the Wi-Fi code work you have to register. Besides, the procedure is not very fast. Very nice staff Breakfast very good.

Very easy to find. About 15 minute walk from train station. Staff was very very friendly. Helped us locate stores, restaurants and museums. Hotel Rapallo is very clean. The room, floors, bathroom and bed was really clean. Great place to stay. A hotel we would stay again for sure.

This hotel is perfect! Updated and refurbished with a keen eye for comfort and luxury. The staff are fantastic, friendly and just a delight to talk with. They went out of the way to assist with things well out of their responsibility. This is a hotel you remember for a long time after you have stayed there!

This is a very charm and friendly hotel. The room has very good space, clean and comfortable. The hosts are polite, friendly and pro-active, they take care about you, tours and your needs. Also, after 4:30 pm they offer (for free) a very nice coffee with delicious local foods (cake, cookies, canapes, tea… etc) I strongly recommend to stay there.

What an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful, nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was immaculately clean, our rooms perfect. It is close to everything you want — restaurants, shop, market and of course the wonderful places of interest. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is listed as a European 3 star. But it is far better then some 4 star euro hotels I have been to. The rooms are massive for Europe, the AC, service and friendly front staff could not have done more for us. We wished we could have had all our hotel stays this amazing. We also had a balcony, and I would suggest this. We uses it everyday. Ps breakfast is immense and wonderful, true western style.

Small and friendly hotel with comfortable air conditioned rooms. Staff very helpful. Lift to the three floors. Tasty breakfast and bar snacks. Free afternoon tea with drinks, savouries, and cakes from 3pm until early evening. Within a short walk of the Florence pedestrian area / main sites to visit and the railway station to Pissa.

Stay from May 9 to 16, 2017. Very friendly welcome which is very appreciable when you spent a few hours on the train, the plane and the taxi. The baggage is taken care of. Room and the whole hotel very clean. Nice and relaxing decor. Breakfast that can satisfy the most hungry, sweet or salty.
The hotel is perfectly located for visits to the historic centre but also close to the train and bus station which allowed us to go to Siena and Pisa.

Hotel is in a great location—minutes away from train station and great restaurants. Staff is very friendly and hotel is well kept and groomed. They have tea in the late evenings also!

Hotel Espaliered was a beautiful and comfortable place for us to stay in Florence. The staff and owner are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were tidy and the decor was a fashionable blend of the old and new, just like the city. The breakfast offering was delicious as well. It was very simple to access all the sights on foot from the hotel. The staff was also very helpful in providing maps with directions if you needed it.

Comfortable, out of the tourist chaos of Florence, well organized and very clean.

Beautiful 3 star hotel 5 min walk from the Galleria dell'accademia and 15 min from the Duomo elegant structure care in the details very nice breakfast staff. Recommended excellent value for money.

Stayed here during the summer on our honeymoon. We were upgraded to the nicest room in the hotel! Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There was a huge choice for breakfast each morning. The hotel was spotlessly clean. It is just a short walk from the train station and all of the major sites. I would highly recommend Hotel Rapallo and should I visit Florence in the future, I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Good location. The hotel seems modern and clean, front desk staff is very nice, and helpful, although at least one of them did not speak English all that well.

Beautiful little hotel. Fast Wi-Fi, clean comfy rooms, great breakfast, good location and a wonderful staff. Lorenzo at the front desk was super helpful. Our train was delayed and we had tickets to Uffizi in 15 min. He made sure we got there on time. Furethermore, he always made sure to check up that we enjoyed the recommendations he made us and made directions very clear. Good man that guy. The breakfast was wonderful. Caviar and champaign and all. I would definitely come back here.

Stayed for a few days, all close in walking distance, the hotel owner is very friendly guy.
