➜ Flat where rooms are rented, it takes Chinese staff, is very new, clean and well located.

➜ The place is convenient because it is close to the station, it is clean and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately during the night a foreign tenant, perhaps the staff, was several hours on the phone, I believe via Skype, in the hallway… continued despite being out to ask for silence… we slept badly.
