The hotel is beautiful and in the heart of everything, however the breakfast servers were very rude when I went to have breakfast. I gave the waitress my room number 3 times and then she sent her boss over to ask me was I supposed to be there. I told her that I gave my room number 3 times and I was going to sit down and eat because I paid for the service period! Then she kept telling me I had 20 mins to finish. Well I pretty much took my time because I checked my watch and actually has 45 mins.

Beautiful hotel inside, rooms are comfortable, and close to restaurants and shopping!

Wifi is a real pain to connect to, drops out a lot and seems very slow — and limits you to one device. Other than that rooms are fine (though A/C struggles) and restaurant is pretty good.

We are guests at this elegant hotel for 5 nights. I must admit that the service is great and the staff friendly. Breakfast included offers a buffet full of foods. The thing that surprised me is the fact that in addition to the sweet and salty there are different types of cuisines like the Chinese one. The room in which we sleep is comfortable, spacious, offers a shower with bathtub. The location of the hotel is strategic, close to all the museums and places to visit. It is located 100 meters from the river. Also outside the tree you have everything: restaurant (inn), tobacconist (for smokers), fast food and pizzas at the cutting. At 50 meters on the right you can find a shop that rents and rents bike cars and motorcycles. All very convenient.

Great little hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was surprisingly great! Lots of choices even cappuccino or espresso is offered as a choice. Lots of fresh fruit and baked goods and a few hot breakfast items.

Hotel with furnishings a little dated but very clean, near the station of Santa Maria novella, the Lungarno and the old town. Good breakfast, nice staff. Free Wi-Fi. Large Hall.

Beautiful hotel in Florence. Convenient, but not extremely close to most sites. Not close to main train line from Rome. Well kept rooms, lobby, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly, professional staff.

Regular attention! Far from the city centre. After 9:30 hours at breakfast there is no food left. Very clean, comfortable bed!

A nice hotel with well equipped rooms and a welcoming personal. Despite this I put 3 star because the breakfast is not amazing and we could not drink tea as there was in the kettle of SOAP impossible to remove.

Came late, around 2130. Staff weren't particularly helpful, for example they gave no information about where to eat dinner or if the hotel restaurant was busy or it was open or closed or a nice area to eat or that restaurants usually close around a certain time or anything else a tourist might find helpful. We had just done a long drive and it would have been nice to just switch off. While I had to repark my car in their car park they let my other, more petite half carry 3 bags to the room. They told her the service lift was bigger. Expect/budget to pay an extra €20 a night to park here. Expect to hear your hotel neighbours or passers by talking, no sound insulation between rooms. (although previous nights hotel did not seem to either). Here's hoping check out and breakfast goes better. One star rating for now, will assess and change rating later if earned.

Simple and pleasant the indispensable to be close to everything.

Clean, nice rooms, but the aircon didn't work. Near the train station and not very far from the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very well situated hotel, with parking available for the courageous arriving by car.
The hotel is in a neighborhood a bit quieter than average. Depending on the room you can have a partial view of the cathedral.
The breakfasts are well served.
The service overall remains standard see minimalist for the rest. This hotel remains interesting as long as the prices of the rooms stay low.

Great hotel in walking district to art, cathedrals and shopping. There are plenty of small restaurants in the area but the hotel has a lovely one with a large menu and nice wine list.
Breakfast are hearty with eggs, bacon and the usual European fare of cheeses, meats, fruit and breads. They even have a Ramen type noodle selection.

The rooms are large in European standards and nicely decorated. Great showed and the thickest hotel towels I have seen in a long time. What a luxury. Lots of fun shops and bars in the neighborhood. Even a workout room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its location in spite of being a little hidden is a step away from all the transport and the tourist places.

Pleasant stay and a cozy atmosphere, it is a very conservative design and counts with all the services, from WI FI free of charge.

Hotel near the central station, everything a customer could want from a hotel… cleanliness, qualified staff and very courteous, impeccable international breakfast. I recommend it.

Today I took a wonderful tour of the grand hotel adriatico, led by the charming margarita. The hotel had several room options for all different preferences. The single room was quite big with a spacious bathroom and cozy space to make a nice stay in Firenze. The hotel has mostly wooden floors to help control allergies for clients. They also have specifically designed suites that can fit up to 12 guests and are furnished with elegant patterns for different cultural preferences. I also really enjoyed the sensory pod meant for relaxation and I thought it was a very good addition to the hotel.

This hotel is very beautiful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful waterfall wall. The rooms are so nice as well, with coffee in the rooms for the guest’s usage. Although everything is wonderful, my favorite had to be the stress reliever room. You can pick from a machine if you would like to be relaxed, energized, etc. It is a true “wow” effect. Would definitely stay here!

Had a great tour of the hotel today thanks to our lovely tour guide, Margarita. Got to experience the complimentary sensory pod. The single room was especially spacious and cozy. It is a perfect room for someone on a business trip or traveling alone. The double room was very clean and comforting. The last room we saw was a suite which had a beautiful bathroom, quaint living room area and the sleeping section was very elegant with lovely decor. Overall, wonderful tour and I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

As a hospitality management major, I visited this hotel on a class trip. I was very impressed with the traditional Italian architecture. It is a great option for those coming from other countries, especially Asian countries, as there is a dedicated room for Chinese breakfast. There are unique amenities like the relaxation chair, all complimentary. My only dislike was the style of the rooms. The are very dark and on the small side.

Beautiful hotel that is perfect for your stay in Florence. Du it relaxation chair is located on the main floor for guests to use freely to relax and rejuvenate. Single, double, and suite rooms available for guest. Clean big bathrooms stand out in the rooms. Gym and breakfast are included as well. Thank you Margarita for a great tour of the building!

Hotel managed in a flawless way, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to requests. Whatever they are. We asked for a more comfortable mattress. "Provided immediately" and intervened in the immediate even in the bathroom where the drip tray dripped. Congratulations to TUTTIIII…

Very careful with the thefts in the baggage when LP leave in slogan, to us today we have stolen the SLR camera of CANON photos, and the answer has been denounced and Mandela by mail and we will send it to the insurance company, very bad.

Hotel Casposillo. Of these establishments that need to be renewed. Hostel breakfast. The reception as well as the hotel needs an upgrade.

Hotel located a few minutes walk from Florence train station. Rooms a bit dark and sometimes a bit noisy especially if view on the parking but kettle in the rooms 2 bottles of water offered lunch with bcp home made products. The fruit juice could be fresh for a 4 star. The rooms are pretty well made. Bath products made available. In summary a good hotel to visit Florence.

What a lovely hotel when you get in off the street! Fabulous room, but useless TV channels as far as British are concerned, but who goes to a hotel to watch TV? All areas immaculate and staff very helpful. Could not fault breakfast arrangements and food standard. Go there and you will not be disappointed.

Firstly they gladly held our bags when we arrived early before our room was ready. The room was as good as any small hotel room. The buffet breakfast was very nice, not amazing, but still quite good.

It's alright. Good food, good staff, nice lobby. The hotel is a little out of the way, and you have to walk a little ways to get anywhere.

I would highly recommend staying here. Conveniently located between the train station and downtown and close to the river. I wish I could remember the names of all the staff as they were all outstanding. A special thanks to Mohammed who helped us with booking a tour and helping us with power adapters.

The beds were hard. The appliances seemed out of the 80s. They had complimentary breakfast that was great though.

Nothing special. Comes across as a business hotel, breakfast was included but very typical. Rooms and overall it's dated. No English TV chanels (we like to fall asleep to tv). Wi-Fi is available but you constantly get logged out which isn't good if you are trying not to used data. Carpet out front smells like cat piss and need to be replaced.

Location is good and quite place, room is okay but not really clean as well. The most concerning is the front desk service with really bad attitude!

DANGER! People staying here are at risk of losing there life. This mob run establishment has an armed concierge who is quite happy to use violence against the guests of this hotel. He pulled his weapon on me over an issue about the Wi-Fi, which they claim is very good. Do NOT give business to these thugs, there are much more respectable hotels in Florence. I would recommend any hotel but this one.

Do not be turned off by the "older" appearance of the hotel — — although it is showing its age, both outside and in certain common areas, the staff and the rooms themselves more than make up for it. We had a "triple" (fit 3 adults), with an extremely large bathroom (with a bath-tub) for European standards, which was extremely comfortable, had updated decor and more importantly extremely clean. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff serving you were extremely attentive and efficient. Location: 3 minutes to the main train station (can't beat it if you are traveling to another Italian destination), and just 5 minute walk to the Dummo (the Basilica). The river is also within a 2-3 minute walk, so there is no reason for you to get a taxi or car at this hotel if you arrive by train. When I go back to Florence I will stay here.

We were there for the Christmas season 2014 in your hotel and we were pleased with both for cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and especially for the competence and organization in people who have to follow the gluten-free diet. Magnificent.

Great location, excellent service.

The experience was overall unpleasant. Small rooms painted in orange/red with AC limited temperature. The staff quite unhelpful and abrupt, not what we expected. We were charged different rates of what was initially agreed, the difference being up to 90 euro per day, also charged a 30 euro for breakfast even thought we didn't have it there every day! The area is close enough to the centre however it gives you an unsafe feeling. We do not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate for a room in Florence.

For a 4 star hotel and for the price, I was expecting better quality. Even the park for the car is paid. For the only good thing is the location. Is near the centre and the main attractions.

Good hotel, a little dodgy location.

Comfortable hotel and not far from the historic centre of Florence. The prices are affordable, especially since the hotel has free parking… except that sometimes you have to fight to get a place by large crowd. Little snag to comfort: the pillows far too thick for my taste, but it's personal. Another minus: The average breakfast, especially the fruit juices that are anything but fresh, too bad. The reception is good and the staff friendly. The soundproofing between the rooms is average, so I profited despite myself from the nocturnal cries of a neighbour manifestly very expressive… : o) Finally, the hotel is located in quiet, in front of a small restaurant very very friendly and affordable, but it remains a Popular area (close to the train station).

We were checking in this morning, at the front desk. My wife my son and I. There was no crowd, we were the only people there. Two men came and pointed out something to my son — and we all turned to look — next thing we know both our handbags are gone. Laptop, camera, cash, credit cards. We tried everything but there was no sense of urgency in the hotel staff. Completely matter of fact. We have lodged a police report. Such an incident cannot happen without the active connivance of the hotel staff. THE RECEPTION STAFF SAY THEY SAW NOTHING! there is not a single security person in the whole hotel, NO GUARD AT the entrance. Video surveillance is on but they cant record as per law they say. Stay away from this place.
