Highly recommended not for work and for those who have so much baggage. Narrow and steep stairs, there is no breakfast nor the phon in the bathroom.

A little chaotic, in the rooms there was no bathroom, a pile and a mirror and the pile was embozaba every time the used, the bathroom shared and when I went to shower there was no water, the bottom we are using it and the water did not climb.

The hotel was good. The attendance really kind.

I do not return here at all… only if they do the restoration. To the room light worked goal. The bathroom near us just sucks! In the other corner of the hallways was good… but if busy this ce the shower next VC in bugo the earth… scaldaia open that is not the norm for a hotel… if for a night is fine, but is no more! Position quite well…

Posizione abbastanza vicino al centro, l'accoglienza è stata gentile e molto simpatica. La stanza era pulita cosi come il bagno, il Wi-Fi funziona molto bene e la proprietaria è sempre reperibile per eventuali problemi.

Wonderful stay in florence. Our room way clean and quite. The hotel location was excellent, a stones throw from the duomo. The staff were lovely, very welcoming & helped with any query we had. Great weekend in Florence.

Situato a 9 minuti dalla stazione e dal centro, personalmente veramente cortese e disponibile, buon prezzo. Cosa chiedere di più? Consigliato!

LEFT with NO room: to program a work trip I book a room with about a month in advance; Bookings can be made at the time of payment of a stay, always for business so talking directly with one of the two managers of the facility. On the day in question arrived at 19, 30: the intercom no one answers, not even on the phone; contact to phone the second charge (which was unaware of my reservation) ; assures me that I will call soon to arrange check in. Result: no phone calls, indeed no response to my repeated calls. Basically I was without room on Saturday evening, shortly before 20. What to say more? (indeed less …). The lower level at the slightest civics.

Good location, almost every site in Florence can be reached on foot. Clean, spacious bedroom at economical price!

Centrally located hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Arrival in via San Gallo to stay for a weekend and I find a place, which is a short walk from the historic center, but flying on to be placed in a old palace and with a terrible scale as entrance, serves at the entrance. The reception in fact gives the idea of welcome and care of the structure, but walked into the room you can see the little features and bad at price/service. Room without closet and bathroom, bathroom terrible no shower tray and with rusty faucets, and finally the room lacks light on your nightstand with dangerous. Finally for 31, € 50 (including tax) and no breakfast, no staff in an emergency to small wound that you hear us say "we're not the pharmacy" in any highly customer focused, I would say 1/2 1 star star structure!
Positive only the location a few steps from the Centre and from the railway station and bus.

Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile! Camere pulite e curate. Would recommend! Downtown, close to every main attraction, clean, helpful and nice people. Grazie.

Great location, clean — featuring a private bathroom with toilet, the rooms and the bathrooms are cleaned every morning and provided new towels. It is very small, almost familiar!
The location is amazing as you in ca 10min on the BHF and in 3min at the de Medici Chapel and is in 5min at the Piazza Santa Maria Novella.
It is soon unfortunately a bit loud because you can hear the noise of the street and there are to overcome 40 challenging levels until you are at the hotel.
That being said, it was great! I can only recommend it.

Good and convenient place to reach. The staff are friendly and will help should u require any. Breakfast is just a coupon to be redeemed down the street for one croissant and one coffee. Its convenient to reach all the sights from the hotel. The room is small and sadly there were mosquito's on the second night there. It felt slightly like an old folks home with an unstable ceiling fan. But overall it was comfortable. And if I had a choice, I would choose this again.

Lovely hotel in city center, near the train station and a short walk from the duomo. Simple and cozy environment, recommended for those without being pretentious, ideal for families and couples! Great new management! ;).

The best stay I have ever experienced in Florence. The hospitality made me feel like I was family and the rooms were amazing. Also the location is perfect to walk to all tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to ALL.

I found this low budget hotel through Expedia. I chose it based on the reviews and central location to the major tourist attractions. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the owners and staff. Everyone spoke English and was very helpful. The hotel had free wi fi and many cafes and restaurants nearby. It was surprisingly quiet given the central location. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe, relaxed, and like a local. I will definitely come back.

I loved it there! Nice people, quiet and peaceful hotel. Cheap in price but not service. Really loved it there.
