Good helpful staff, clean basic rooms, good breakfasts and central.

Very helpful staff — both by email prior to arrival and during our stay. Great location — 10 minute walk to Duomo and Mercato Centrale just down the street. Several good restaurants within 2 blocks.

Beautifully located — 5 minutes on foot Capella Demedici, 7 minutes — Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are small but clean and cozy. Cleaning is great. Breakfast is decent. Bonus — patio on the top floor, you can sit at a table, drink your wine and just listen to the ancient city:)

Located in the heart of the old town. The three stars deserve the welcome and for breakfast where the courtesy service is absent. 5/for where it's located. Room on very small booking.

This is a beautiful hotel very well located in Florence the personal and nice and warm, the rooms are very clean and comfortable at affordable prices I didn't disappoint I highly advised!

Road construction made finding this place hard (not the hotels fault) location makes for noisey nights. Rooms antiquated but that’s to be expected with age of building. Reception staff were nice.

Great spot, service, bf and rooms for your dollar. All around all you find is seafood and pasta but the restaurant next to the hotel has kids menu burgers that are just about Fudrucker burgers. They are so good and they come with fries.

Clean hotel and comfortable rooms. Very friendly Staff, the only drawback the forced alarm of the people going to make the market. Too annoying, better get yourself give a room not on the road.

Florence is beautiful. Hotel botticelli a quaint and centrally placed home away from home. All the sites for tourists are within walking distance. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast spread adequate. Some could describe to toilets as small but I'm certain the package overcomes these small inadquacies.

Not worth the price. Room was dirty, very very small, and breakfast was really basic compared to other hotels.

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the location was excellent. Only 10 minutes away from the train terminal however its very noisy. We had a hard time sleeping even with all windows closed.

Fair for the price you pay. It's a Very basic and Simple hotel. The breakfast is not the best but is included. Simple and small rooms. Not very comfy beds. Double bedroom for couples don't have double mattress, they out 2 single mattress together. But it's one of the cheapest in Florence, so that's definitely a good low cost option.

Typical hotel and great location, only downside to the noise…

Very central structure and in traditional style, with standard services and quite quiet and quiet rooms. Too bad that in our room the bed was so hard we woke up more tired the night before.

Great location, quiet and centrally. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are no longer quite modern but functional and clean.

Great wee hotel in a fairly central location. Friendly staff, but the breakfast is a bit “spartan”! By the way, the nearby Mercato San Lorenzo is superb for an evening meal and refreshments!

Well located Hotel next to the central market and next to the cathedral. Reasonably cheap. Friendly staff. Cold breakfast (pastries and meat)

The rooms were clean but quite small. The room service and cleaning service was excellent and the reception was very helpful.

Very small double room they could not rest the trolleys, nor to move in two. The bathroom very close and uncomfortable, the door slammed on the toilet. Very modest furnishings. Staff in the concierge little affable.

Warm accommodation in the heart of Florence.

Lovely hotel in the center of Florence. From the station walk should not take more than 10 minutes. At a distance of 30 meters is the market square and tavern ZaZa. Visiting this tavern is obligatory. Located in an old building. The bed is comfortable. Hot water is available. The staff is friendly. Breakfast satisfying. And coffee is not tasty. In any case, the hotel is decent. I recommend.

Great location. Very clean. Great staff. I felt like it was more then a 3 star hotel. Next time my wife and I come to Firenze we would certainly consider it as our hotel of choice.

Staff understands what a tired human on a bicycle wants: a clean and quiet room and a safe store for the bike. Good price and good breakfast to start another day! Located near train station and monuments close by.

Good locations close to restaurants and shops and also landmarks. Room is fair sized but wasn't overly clean when we arrived. Good budget hotel.

Although the rooms are not great the hotel is of a good standard… clean rooms, courteous staff, standard price. In the old town.

Great location and the staff were all amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and the views from the sunny terrace were beautiful! I also found the room (and the bathroom) to be far more spacious than most European hotels I've visited. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Definitely recommend, and we will definitely return.

A fabulous hotel in the centre of Florence near the central market. I recommend it to everyone.

Almost perfect location, simple but practical rooms, bed is firm and comfortable; breakfast typically continental, fresh bread, cereal, cold meat & cheese, etc. Good service.

A very friendly and warm hotel
The staff are attentive to the guests and speak very very good French and advise us at best to visit the city of Florence. Breakfast very well presented and there is nothing missing at the buffet. The rooms are superb and the bedding is comfortable very nice setting and in addition to the 2nd floor you have a small terrace very nice to spend a moment of rest!
Finally we loved and in addition in the historical center of Florence The only problem is to park the car too expensive but good it is not every day that we stay and visit Florence.

Great hotel in the Centre of Florence. Quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful I am coming with my grandmother and we had very, very well.

After a long search we opted for this hotel guests staying for 4 nights. Give 4 stars for a tiny flaw: the rooms are not soundproof. Next we had people inicivili that night until 2-3 were loudly, banging doors and with the phone's ringer volume to maximum. Some rooms are small but well designed. However we are not here to make surveyors but to visit this beautiful city! :)

The best holiday we have ever experienced in Italy and the Hotel Botticelli was the major contributor to this. The most friendly and helpful staff we have ever met. Miss this hotel and you have missed a hidden gem in a city of riches. We have visited many parts of the world but the Hotel Botticelli is the one that we have the fondest memories of.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, spoke very good english. Great location, feels like you are in the center of Florence, minutes away from all important locations. Very fast Wi-Fi, no code required. Good breakfast, fresh coffee, juice and so on. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location but otherwise is a three star hotel okay, nothing great. Available and familiar climate is mainly aimed at foreign tourists. The breakfast is complete only at 7 because you don't supply ever, so you have to get up early. The rooms are small but the rest in Florence isn't going to stay locked in the hotel.

During my stay n Florence I fell sick, the staff was extremely helpful and prepared me a tray with tea and a light meal for my breakfast. They asked frequently how did I felt and were friendly. The room was very clean, and the location about a minute walk from San Lorenzo made it very centric. On the downside, the room is small for US standards, for me it worked just fine, the bathroom clean as well and comfortable. Next time in Florence I'll stay there. A good place to sleep, near everything at a fair price.
