Dated hotel and not at all functional, very dispersive is a bit dirty.

Structure 2 steps from the center, elegant and comfortable. Large room equipped with all comforts. I recommend it!

Located in a great location, well maintained and with quality indoor restaurant. Friendly and professional staff.

Rude hole staff, small breakfasts, we had for 4 days the freezer not working we pointed it out to the reception we were told the first time it had to be repaired but so it was not in the end it came out that it was broken and I think already from before we arrived because inside there was nothing! Absolutely not!

Location great! There is a park across the hotel. It’s not disable friendly because you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator! Poor design. The card keys don’t usually work the first time. There was no phone accessible outside rooms to contact front desk. Just imagine me going back through the stairs several times to go to the front desk.

Beautiful and very modern hotel, unlike the very old hotels in Rome. Would definitely stay here again!

Before you read the pros and cons, keep in mind that I was in a tour plan so I did not choose the room. Also, not all of the other tourists in the same group had the same problems Pros +Friendly staff +Good food but the pastries were not fresh +15 minutes walk to centre of city Cons -Dirty bathroom (hairs everywere) and dust under bed -Smell like cigarette or mold coming through ac vents. Can only smell it for a few minutes and after you get used to it -Dirty floor under bed -Very small bathroom (I almost didn't fit) -Bathroom water did not have a stable temperature -We had room 324

Good basic hotel but a good walk from the city centre, especially in the heat. Wi-Fi works fine but TV channels limited to CNN which is mostly about Donald Trump. No sports channels or any others. Rooms a bit austere with no kettle or other related facilities which make accommodation more comfortable. Breakfast quite good but basic Not really 4 star in my opinion.

Noisy just wee… Rumble from the doors of the showers, thin walls,. And that's all four stars? They also refused to accept the payment of tax by a local card. 100% of the smours were insinuated.

Wouldn't recommend it to any way. Certainly staying 2 nights here is unhappy memory of our trip. Beds are hard to sleep on and pillows are thin. No hair dryer and mini bar. Everything we ask for we get a reply sorry we don't have (hair dryer, iron and power adaptors). The room generally look and feel unpleasant. Bathroom is not functional. We had to carry our luggage from the buson front steps to reception and to our room, no help was offered by staff. We ended up staying here not by our choice but by the choice of our travel agent Flight Centre Australia who booked via Tempo Holidays who booked via Carrani Tours.

Nice room with en-suite bathroom. Breakfast in room in ground floor. Perfect for exploring Florence and excursions to Lucca and Pisa. Saw fireworks nearby one first evening!

Great service and okay dinner. Well-designed for groups, especially younger ones. Rooms are very outdated and lights may take a few seconds to turn on after hitting the light switch. Shower head in our room leaked and sprayed water everywhere. Beds are comfortable and being in walking distance to most of the highlights of Florence was nice.

Really a beautiful hotel; The conference room is large and spacious, and has a large car garage, which guarantees many positive "points", counting that this area of Florence (as the rest of the city), does not enjoy absolutely plenty of parking. However the hotel is really nice and luxuriossimo, the food is good and researched and the staff very knowledgeable and professional.

Hotel of good standard located in a semi-central position close to the Arno and the historical area of Ponte San Nicolò. The structure is not brand new but rather frequented especially for congresses and groups. Although quite comfortable compared to the center, the property is not ideal for a quiet holiday as it is located at the intersection of roads to large urban traffic. However very beautiful the view and the walk on the Arno where you can take advantage of large green spaces of the park Dell'anconella.

Disadvantages: 1. Noisy rooms on the second floor on the side overlooking the road (about the rest do not know).
The noise from the road is average (i. E. Everything is audible, but it does not disturb me) the sound from the neighboring rooms-as from another corner: cough, conversation-all clearly audible.
2. No tea/coffee in the rooms, and the hotel bar closes at 22 o'clock.
3. Provincial Italian Wi-Fi Internet, which drive enter.
The pros are normally located.
The Ponas are good, the quality is limps.

Stayed at the end of April. We liked it. Breakfast is very good. There is even sparkling.

I went there for a conference and the truth is that I was impressed. The hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms, although I didn't sleep well in that bed, but the bathroom was quite big for a hotel. The food and drinks were amazing. I particularly liked the pancakes and tiny basket-biscuits, but unfortunately the coffee wasn't so good. The waiters were nice and welcoming. A negative thing was the checkout to do by 10 a. M.

Really nice location across the river Arno, in the center of Florence. Outside parking is not free, but the hotel has an internal parking for guests. Inside the hotel is really nice. Unfortunately the conference was too big be contained entirely inside the hotel, people had to have lunch standing and the conference rooms was overcrowded.

The hotel was nice and the stay enjoyable. The food is amazing. AC in the room (and in all the floor actually) was not working as expected, leaving the room quite warm and wet.

If you haven’t come yet, cancel! It seems nice. The rooms are small but good enough. Haven’t been here for long but just can’t handle the heat. They don’t have air conditioning. We literally have the doors open to a small patio and the hallway just to keep airflow going. They apparently don’t turn on the AC until later in April! We’re probably gonna leave and lose our money. But, it’s just not worth the frustration of being miserably hot. I should have been more diligent in my research.

Structure with strategic position to visit Florence. Clean but overly hot room as well as the other rooms of the hotel facility. Very good breakfast Pity about the heat and for not being able to dine in the hotel.

Well maintained Hotel with marble entrance, but the carpeting in the rooms and floors would be replaced if not proper to be eliminated. Big Pecca are the lifts, very small and slow. Definitely to improve. But nice kept and clean. The parking is there but it is chargeable, €20 per day.

The photographs used to promote this hotel create an illusion of cleanliness and luxury. Unfortunately neither apply to the actual experience.
The reception staff are abrupt, rude and unhelpful. Their raised eyebrows and self righteous attitude can make asking for advice or making a request feel like an unnecessary confrontation.
The rooms are small, dirty and noisy. Building work in part of the hotel began early, with no apology to guests for a rude awakening. Thin, inadequately insulated walls means that TVs and furniture being moved around adjoining rooms can be heard loud enough to prevent or interrupt sleep. The shower had brilliant water pressure which unfortunately meant that the blocked outlet filled quickly, overflowing the shower tray and flooding the bathroom floor. The shower had to be turned off when washing hair to allow time for some water to drain away.
Breakfast was reasonable, with a consistent choice each morning. I'd suggest asking one of the pleasant waiting staff for coffee from the kitchen, which was sometimes served hot and tasted okay. The coffee from the two machines was the worst tasting coffee I have ever drank. I physically shuddered at the lukewarm, burnt liquid that left a bitter aftertaste.
The bar area isn't particularly comfortable, but most of the staff working here were friendly and helpful. Only one member was rude and dismissive, avoiding eye contact and appearing to lack some basic bar knowledge and etiquette.

Liked this hotel, good amenities and all. The breakfast offerings were huge and so much variety. The negatives: we walk everywhere, so the fact that this hotel is on the other side of the city from the train station made a very athletic first and last day lugging the suitcase. The beds are a little hard. And this is just a very minor gripe: I use the refrigerator in the room for my sodas. However, this one was filled by the hotel even though the front said "for your use… "

Very nice hotel in a good location near the river, just outside the main tourist area of Florence. The rooms are on the small side, but impeccably clean, with new furnishings.

Beautiful Hotel from the aesthetic point of view. I didn't get a chance to see the rooms nor to eat. I was there to follow some event. The meeting rooms are really very professional and kept very well. Large group lounge with attached bar and nice view.

Excellent location, great breakfast, good attention, very hidden room (a real labyrinth without a guide or signage). Inexcusable: The bathroom only has a shower foot, you feel the lack of bathtub!

I accompanied a friend who was attending a Congress and I loved the lobby where C is the bar. At the reception they were very efficient to check him in and I would also say very smiling despite the incredible amount of customers present at that time. I then knew that it was very good with both the room and during lunches and work intervals.

The food was very good but the room was very maloooo.

Rooms with elegant and modern furnishings are a four-star hotel. Very clean I personally stayed for a convention. Although it did not benefit from the conference facilities the price in relation to the quality was great. Walking distance are about 30 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. Less for Campo di Marte.

Although the hotel is not bad its staff leaves a lot to be desired. In reception do not indicate where is the elevator that takes you to the room in an annex building, nor the changes of elevator to reach it, maps of the Ciudas to Regañadiente and without explanations… already in the restaurant at breakfast time, the manager Raya between the Chuleria and the arrogance… a penalty for the hotel…

Nice hotel with good location. 10 mins walk to Florence shopping belt. Rooms are clean and spacious. However bathrooms, especially the toilet seat seems to be positioned rather awkwardly close to the wall… Almost hitting the basin for a big sized guy!

I loved it! We have come with our puppy and they have served us great ♡ ♡ We have been able to have breakfast with him, impossible thing in a hotel in Spain.

Peefect place to stay in Firenze. It's really close to all attractions so you can go walking. Got a private parling bit you have to book a spot cause they are limited. It's also dog friendly! The breakfast is really good and usually imcluded in the price and the rooms are really nice and clean. Customer service 10!

Breakfast was superb with excellent service staff but the rooms are almost stingy! No blankets/ duvets, mini bar was not cold, No kettle in room. Pile of dirt and dust under the bed after you took off the bed spread so u know no vacuuming was probably done. Bed was HARD and pillows were also VERY flat! Hotel reception kept recommending the same restaurant (one wonders why) which was noisy and expensive, food was not great too! We decided to trust Google recommendations on good dinners instead and found much better places to ear nearby. Location was good and easy to get to main attractions. Staff were generally very friendly and polite. Has own secured parking which was a good plus for us.

I think we may have stayed in an older part of the hotel. It was quite along walk from entrance up to our room. Was there in Oct. Very cold room. No air con, no heating. When I complained all I was offered was an extra blanket. I just had to freeze when walking around the room. Room service very, very slow. We waited 30 mins for the menu. Then another 30 for someone to take our order. Then 45 min for the meal. It was a 60 euro steak. It was very dry and all the veg and sides were stone cold. The waitress didn't care. But all the cleaning staff were very, very kind. The room was clean.

The hotel very good but the reception girls very bad, we had booked the parking and we were told that there was no room and we were told outside on the street we had to pay if we left the car and they were not worth ticket that had to pay with coins and that they were not going To give 18 loose coins to pay for the street parking, thank you very much we realized that you could pay with card, but we go that no solutions in the hotel.

A very nice hotel with a convenient location. The hotel is a 15-25 minute walk to the city centre depending what sights you want to see. It's right by the Arno river which offers a scenic walking route. Bus stops are close by. The hotel staff could put in more effort to be pleasant and welcoming, especially at the front desk. Besides that, we had a spacious and clean hotel room. Breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of food. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.

I was several years ago and really this time I was disappointed.
The room was clean and the staff were very comfortable.
The bathroom made it new and I liked it.
Wifi in the rooms minibar in the room the food from the hotel restaurant was not good and there was no choice. Same breakfast.
The staff not very friendly and some people seemed annoyed if asked something.
At the front desk they were friendlier.
It's a shame because the building is nice.

As a frequent traveller, I have come to expect certain minimum standards of care and security to be exercised by a hotel, particularly a hotel that has been accorded 4 stars. Such measures include the use of a guest list at breakfast (where the incident took place), so as to prevent any unauthorised entries and intruders. With such concern in mind, I feel it necessary to alert my fellow travellers of the shortcomings in the hotel security as well as to inform them of the hotel's poor treatment of a guest who has been through such a trying experience in a foreign country. I would hope that I can help other travellers to be fully informed of the standards your hotel actually offers and the potential dangers and inconveniences they would be exposed to.

Room overlooking the Arno, very large and spotless. The staff Abundant and genuine food. Varied breakfast with many foods, unforgettable. Sure, i'il be back.

Rooms good size, clean, front desk was helpful, very nice breakfast. Wifi was a bit slow.

Hotel Sui Lungarni in Florence near the center (less than 1km) and a very nice areas and full of life on summer. Only drawback the traffic in the Hiorni of work.

I find it perfect! Really! Very clean and very quiet! A few hotels are so, I find it very well! And the abundant portions (even at breakfast) are exquisite

Good room. I was here with a big group, however, and some of the rooms are super different from one another for the same price. Some have tiny bathrooms. Some had sir conditioning that didn't work.

Great location, 10mn away from city centre. Had to use the laundry service and was a bit disappointed of the results… Needed to iron a shirt, when it came back, first I thought they forgot to iron it and then I saw the bill… I have traveled mostly in 4 stars hotel for the last years sometimes 5stars and other times 3stars. I can say that the breakfast is disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. Good is not bad but I am still looking for service and variety of the products, it is Tuscany after all… The room is correct and it is true that the rate is cheaper than other 4 stars in the area. Maybe I was expecting more.

It's located next to the river and just a quick walk to the center of Florence. The view from our room at the North wing is nice. The room is quite big, but the AC unit it's the best, it's a old analog dial which makes it very hard to get a good temperature in the room. The Wi-Fi is working good, no problems streaming from Netflix. A good sized breakfast buffet, although the coffee could be better, specially when you are in Italy.

Stayed here while studying abroad in Europe. Wifi was horrible, I hardly ever had a connection which was truly frustrating since I didn't have a data plan and couldn't contact my family back at home. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of different options including a coffee machine, assorted pastries, cereals, and hot food. Our room was spacious and clean. We blew the breaker in our room the first night and couldn't use our blow dryers or straighteners our entire stay. Also the wall sockets are awkwardly shaped, making my adapters useless. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

Strong capacity to host where a lot of movement. However, very nice staff, clean rooms and hearty breakfasts. Only problem: A little out of the way when you arrive from the station or the airport.

I didn't stay in the hotel, I was there for a three-day event so I can't comment on the rooms (for this I would not give it 5 stars). We reserved spaces were extensive and well cared for. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I was here twice for Pycon Italia conference, I just experienced the hall and the restaurant, the food is amazing.

Location was great, right on the river and only a short walk to the centre of beautiful Florence. Hotel itself was excellent and I would highly recommend.

It's a wonderfull place to spend you vacation.

My parents can't open their "room", after asking for help — they realized someone already occupied the room. My brother and I luckily got empty room but the bedroom is smaller than the bathroom (full shower and bath-shower). Overall, good standard breakfast and slightly slow Wi-Fi. Don't connect to the lobby's Wi-Fi as it requires registration.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and overall it was ok. The staffs were friendly enough and the room was in a good condition even though it was a bit small. But the breakfast wasn't impressive and the building doesn't have a good noise protection so you can hear every single conversation of next doors. It's a bit off from the city but still walk-able; takes about 20 mins to the city center and the view along the river is good.

Very well located. Looking at a map, you can see that you are a few blocks from Piazza Cesare Beccaria. There are some nice places to go eat there. Quiet and safe… as throughout Italy. That like to exercise, to the side of the Arno is via bike and jogging with little transit, runs quiet.

Recommended — we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent standard and proximity to all the "must see" places. September 2015

We stayed in this hotel and I had an amazing time. The room was modern, friendly and also modern, I loved the products inside. People correct and available. A great breakfast. Recommended to everyone! The location is also great.

My wife and I are staying for 2 nights (part of Trafalgar Tour Group). We are extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the hotel. When we booked in our rooms were not ready, the double room is extremely small, the toilet was not working (when reported to Reception the gentleman was very rude) and the breakfast this morning was shocking. The tables were not set or cleared. Used crockery and cutlery were stacked on the tables. A terrible mess — shocking! NOT WORTH CALLING YOURSELF A 4 STAR HOTEL! Will never stay here again under such circumstances. There are several obvious steps to be taken to rectify this unsatifactory situation. Will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Quite decent hotel. Has everything you need for a tourist on holiday. Special delights no, but furniture is good, rooms are clean, staff helpful.

A little outside the city but right near bus lines to the train and city. Also it's across from the water and walking distance to ufitz. I had a great stay at this hotel even though I was nervous about it being out of the city center. I ended up getting so many things in florance since the exchange rates were good I asked the hotel to ship some things back due to lack of time. While I'd normally prefer to do this myself. The hotel shipping service even typed the address on the package printed. So while I worried a little the package had no trouble coming back thank god!. FYI for travelers shipping back costed about the same as getting a bag but then on top you pay for the extra bag. So overall I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff were also able to know places I wanted to eat at and said I didn't need afternoon reservations. As well a front desk gentlemen remembered that I went somewhere to eat and later asked. I had a fantastic time in florance and wish I could have stayed longer. I'd recommend this hotel and there's lots of public transportation nearby. I also found bakeries around the corner and in town to eat breakfast. As well the bathrooms and rooms were American style.

August 2013: The hotel itself is nice, clean and the breakfast was very lush. The hotel garage is expensive and (at least when I was there) the staff of garage very unfriendly. 2 nights before we left for private reasons. We have paid but all 3 nights in advance due to an acquired coupons. When you check out, nobody was interested in the reason of our early departure, you haven't asked us if everything was to our satisfaction was. We took our departure for the moment and charged the day tariff us Additionally to the garage rate of last night until our departure. I do not recommend this hotel in terms of customer friendliness.

Excellent hotel, perfect location… to 10 minutes from the Ponte vecchio walk, perfect rooms, garage, Wi-Fi… the relationship quality price is very good.

The hotel is very nice on the Arno River. It is yourselves loud. Although an average furnished, this modern and bright rooms. The beds are equipped with rollers and move during the night's sleep. There's not a luggage service for family tourists. Until the closed hotel parking can be used, you need a lot of patience. The breakfast is very extensive. There is a plus point for the American bar and the corresponding waiter. He compensated for the very unfriendly reception and service personnel.
