Well, very nice and spacious rooms the only thing q I did not like q there was neither in the hotel nor for dinner or to eat only breakfast but so great.

Great hotel and staff. Very friendly and beautiful. Loved the location. Giovanni at the desk could not have been any nicer.

It's really a delightful hotel in the heart of Florence, the room is spacious with a Florentine style décor, which gives it a romantic and other era charm. The price is right and the room was exactly as seen on the booking site. It is close to Piazza della Repubblica with its famous bars and is a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the most famous monuments. Recommended!

A short walk from the center, large and very clean rooms. Huge and golden hot tub bathroom.

The hotel is in the heart of Florence. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and clean towels and sheets were changed every day, the beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast has everything that you need in a continental style cereal, bread, ham cheese eggs … plenty of choice.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I return to this beautiful City.

The rooms are of excellent standard, the staff is very well served and the hotel is in the historical center of the city of Florence, which makes it very easy to walk.

Rubbish, do not stay here. They charge DOUBLE the tax and pocket the money. (when ask for refund they ignore) Rooms small and dirty. Nice view if you wish to face air cond. Pipes. Rooms noisy. Breakfast cold. Choose elsewhere, do not stay here!

The hotel itself is great, buffet breakfadt is beautiful! but the bad points were. The bathroom, is in need of some serious work, floods after a 5 minute shower, and we paid for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together which slide apart on the timber flooring resulting in the matress falling off the bed in the middle of the night and couldnt open the window as it looked like it was gonna fall off the hinge. Great experience.

The rooms are amazing. The rooms are very good. Very fine. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The breakfast place is shared with the front desk which makes it a very small space. Breakfast was good but could be improved, more than anything the quality of the products. The bread very hard, the coffee watery and the super salted cold cuts. There were two choices of fruit. The entrance to the hotel is with stairs so it is kind of unlike. But overall it was very good care and services. I would go back more than anything for the location, excellent!

Absolutely fabulous! This is for sure the best hotel for it's price point. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, cozy, and conveniently located.

We booked a standard room and this room was huge, especially compared to the other European hotels we stayed it. Front desk was wonderful, we met three different staff and all three were amazing. Rooms are unfortunately not sound proof though, so it can get really, really loud. They're relatively clean though, and again, loved the spaciousness. The best location as well, in the middle of everything and we felt safe.

Reception and staff were helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but good. Rooms were clean however Wi-Fi and air conditioning were not very good (this may vary by room). Overall decent hotel for a short stay in Florence.

Central Hotel within walking distance of all the major attractions of Florence. Breakfast to improve.

I stayed here afew years ago and have been meaning to write a review all this time. Sorry for the delay. The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are huge, clean and well maintained. The staff are so friendly. Every morning we got a genuine good morning greeting from reception. I loved Strozzi Palace Hotel. I hope to be back again one day!

Receptionist is very nice, rooms were in good condition. Breakfast is complimentary and they have some snacks and water you can have during the day for free. There is also some good artwork in the hotel such as paintings and a statue of the Roman god Mercury.

Awesome place. Great rooms. Just a short walk from the duomo. Decently priced.

In a beautiful setting in the Centre of Florence a collection of incredible works of world-famous authors. Adequate space lit flawlessly. Overall size ideal for "travel" in a world as complex and extraordinary.

Beautiful cloister and the Palace, as well as nice the exhibits housed. If you want to jump the queue, remember that you can buy tickets online, even at the time. Good visit!

Palazzo Strozzi is one of the many buildings in Renaissance style in the heart of Florence.
Upon entering, you gain access to his ritzy cloister from which you can reach the stairs and access one of the frequent exhibitions organized inside.
For those who want to just browse, may very well stop for a coffee or hot tea in the bar of the arcades.
A place that certainly keeps its historicity, but which manages to be always current thanks to exhibitions it houses.

This is the first place I go when I come to Florence, as the art gallery here offers some of the best curated art exhibits I've ever been to, so if you are an art lover you can't miss it. There is no permanent collection on exhibit, only the temporary exhibitions which are completely diverse from one to the next.

Great rooms and great location.

Beautiful Palace. Now used for exhibitions. During the construction of the Strozzi Palace were worse on doctors and were forced into exile, part of the cornice was never finished.

Historic palace, now host exhibitions. The bar inside is good and the outdoor seating in the internal yard are great.

Stairs at the entrance of the breakfast, more or less, the coffee ugly; very clean good rooms and the bathroom very good location.

Nice hotel with a great location. Spacious and well appointed. However, if comfortable, convenient location mirror those that are the standard of 4 star hotel breakfast appears to come from a hostel. "Pan woman", yoghurt, dried by the time visibly very disappointing dishes.

There is no palace to see, only changing and temporary exhibitions on the 2nd floor (there is also a contemporary art space in the basement, which had no exhibit when we visited. ) Exhibits are usually very good.

Small and very quiet. The Junior spacious and welcoming. A few steps from Florence's main monuments. Fully satisfied. Maybe breakfast is just full of sweets, which Italians in the morning, however a recent great spot. If I return to Florence will surely would again stage looked at non-excessive prices for a four star hotel. Super recommended.

The easiest place to recommend for art exhibitions. They change exposition every couple of months and it is usually very interesting. Also you can find a cafe in the patio. And the patio itself is quite beautiful. Sometimes there's an art installation in the center of the patio.

Close to every thing we needed or wanted to do, the staff were exceptional, the room was clean & large & comfortable. I would stay here again and easily recommend it.

Would highly recommend checking out the temporary exhibit, Divine Beauty! Probably one of the beat curated and diverse exhibits I've seen in a while!

Beautiful medieval building which often hosts exhibitions in Florence. The cloister is always open even if in itself isn't a big draw.

Lovely and cool place to sit, and enjoy the art galleries and cafés within.

Unfortunatly I went on a Sunday so there was not much to see! But on a week day I'm sure there is lots to see and read about! The building itself is huge! Not a must but if you're in the area its worth checking out! :).

Had a wonderful stay here. Good central location in Florence, easy walk to any attraction.

This place is one of the best hotels I've been to. It's nothing exclusive, but it has great service and great rooms. The breakfast was excellent and there was a chinese restaurant next door which was the best chinese restaurant i've been to, and not at all expensive. The rooms were reasonably sized, the beds were really comfortable, the television didn't lack muli-langued channels with many english music and movie channels. Service was great, and without asking they already gave you a detailed map and labelled all the areas. Was 5 minute walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station so we went all around Italy. Around Santa Maria Novella are several restaurants. Was 2 minute walking distance from many palazzos. The hotel is on a road which has no traffic, yet is a 2 minute walk from downtown Florence. A 15 minute walk from Uffizi Art Museum and pedestrian Ponte Veccino bridge along with many great shops including Gucci and Benetton. Area is very safe. Overall Great Hotel.
