It is a great resort with a relaxing atmosphere, it is very close to the beach, the staff is very friendly and they have good facilities! I absolutely loved the time spent there.

Esperienza orribile veramente non all altezza di una struttura 5 stelle, neppure 4… nessun servizio fornito camere orribili piccole con bagni che lasciano davvero a desiderare. Anche a casa vostra avete certamente di meglio di ciò che vi propongono. Naturalmente il prezzo è quello di un hotel 5 stelle. Una grossissima delusione non tornerò mai più, mi sono sentita derubata da questa struttura.

Catastrophic experience really not up to the level of a 5-star hotel … and to tell the truth … not even a 4-star … no service … horrible small rooms with a bathroom that leaves much to be desired … even at home you surely have much better of what they offer … naturally the prices are like in the 5 stars! A big disappointment to never do again!

Relax and pamper yourself in Tuscany. Starred chef, attentive and caring staff, pleasant garden. New structure on the hotel beach, Beach bar and restaurant. Large and bright rooms, although a bit dated in décor.

High level of service for a reasonably high price. Nice sandy beach though some stinging seaweeds in the water like nettle (may be quite a problem for kids while not a big issue for adults). Very nice wellness and spa area with a good variety of treatments provided. Small kids club — nothing too exiting, just to leave kids for a couple of hours if necessary.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very close to the beach. Despite the size of the hotel, there are still free umbrellas on the beach. The thalassotherapy center is also very thoughtful and decorated (built in the basement, similar to a cave).

The hotel is tucked in a sleepy beach town. Make sure you don’t have a connecting room to a baby because you can hear everything. I had to be moved due to the noise. One of my favorite spas with all the different pools. One of them even has music playing underwater.

Take room 266 only if you are tiny and thin. The bedroom is comparatively small, the shower box is ridiculously tiny. You can hardly enjoy the shower with its limited space. Meanwhile the service received from the waiters is way better than the captain at the restaurant. At least the waiters show out smiles. Apart from these, the hotel is good. The private beach is only couple of walks from the hotel, the service at the talasso is good, the fiorentina steak at the restaurant is average, the room is clean, the housekeeping service is good, the hotel is very close to the town centre, the parking is however a bit insufficient.

It'S a beautiful and relaxing place. If you are lucky enough to go there and find few people it is really a paradise. The pools are filled with seawater and also the path of sauna, hammam and Turkish Bath deserves to be seen and done. Bathrobe and towel give them, slippers, headphones and costumes are to be worn. All surrounded by a garden (parking) cared and very suggestive.

Great location and very friendly staff. The SPA is really nice and cozy with the 5 thalassotherapy pools. But what I would not tolerate even at home is eating in the plastic in disposable containers worse than in hospitals… Where at least everything is wrapped up. Here. This is the lack of fabric tablecloths especially in the evening, in the restaurant… I didn't like it. It's not 5 stars. (also considering prices)

It is the second time that with my family we return to this Resort: excellent confirmation.
SPA equipped with excellent treatments; Very welcoming thalassotherapy area with adequate and relaxing swimming pools as well as choreographic.
Staff prepared and polite in every circumstance.
Also the proper sea service with very thoughtful staff.
The room was very clean
Cleanliness, furnishings and various services adapted to the level of the structure.
It is advisable to hike to Bolgheri and Suvereto.
Location to recommend both in winter and summer.

Nice and cozy, rainy Sunday and it was little crowded. The 3-hour course (2 in the pool area + 1 in the Relax area) is sufficient to have a satisfactory experience, even if not properly thermal (it is in fact a spa with seawater heated in the pools) nor particularly Económica (55 € + 3 € for the headphone if not You have it) after trying other spas. Try if you want to relax in SPA and you are in the area.

I was there in August Fibe. Charming place immersed in the pine forest with splendid view, private beach, swimming pool and thermal caves of seawater. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rich buffet for breakfast.

Lovely place for both the treatment and the staff you reserve, both for the kitchen. My wife still remembers the rose made of ham served on the plate. We'il be back.

Nice place, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice SPA and many treatments available. Food OK. Beware of prices that are sometimes a little unclear and tend to go in their favor.

Is a very high quality resort. The spa has a very nice 5 pool termal therapy either just for relax or for healthy reasons. Very quiet nice environment in front of the sea and a nice terrace sunshine.

Professionalism, elegance and harmony make the spa unique. Valid also x a DAYSPA of windy!

Really a great place! The food, the spa, the rooms are top class. The location is perfect. Just in the middle of marina; you can walk up and down. 15 minutes from mini golf and the amusement park. People extremely friendly. The only down: bar at pool is not so great. If you want to drink there just have a beer. The bar upstairs is amazing.

Let's say something right away: here, we are in Paradise!
Here the rolling hills of Castagneto, painted green by pines, harmonize with the hot pools of thalasso therapy, and with many other benèfici and pleasant treatments of the spa.
When we say about the pleasures of life: taking advantage of our little time available, at Tombolo, will make us feel regenerated and allow us to start again great.
Staff, services and locations are great and superior to anyone. You don't need them, they cuddle you. It's different. Congratulations to everyone!

Nice pools. Service is great! Rooms alright.

We stayed there with my wife for my birthday gift. The positive points: The swimming pools, very beautiful, relaxing and clean. The massage… maybe the best ever received, at least for us. Negative points: l'welcome to the desknquando we presented the voucher has not been the best, a few smiles… which in a 5 star hotel should not happen. The multi-cuisine restaurant 3 stars, nothing more, but the thing that gave me the most trouble is a'other…

We ordered 2 Appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 side dishes, 2 Water (Tosca not Perrier), 2 Coffee. Got to sign to go away, we were asked€ 10 for 2 bottles of d'water 75 cl. I have a'other business and I this what I think it is a baseness only because we had not used the 2 sweet l'water could pass it safely, we would be back, indeed! And in spite of this, € 5 a bottle for water that cost the restaurateur by 0.40 per cent to € 0, 70 seems to me exaggerated, and I say this with full knowledge of the cause… I also use Water Tosca in my local! But that said, there tornererei to do the massage but not the dinner. A'activities with 5 stars must have always, in the services and in the'elegance!

Nice place, friendly people. Room was ok but for a 5 star resort it could be better. Free Wi-Fi, even at the beach!

Lovely location. Nice and cosy wellness centre. Lunch in the beautiful terrace, was flawless (from the service to the quality of the dishes). Recommended.

Upgrading it wouldn't hurt to the pools after years things that don't go continue to go but up. For 55 per person for two hours with 5 tanks to pretend that everything is fine no buttons you parade or hydro that don't go. Otherwise very nice relaxing and great hospitality.
