➜ 4-star boutique hotel with the services of a b&b.
Very serious thing declares on the site to give services that it does not have.
For example and I mention from the site "private on-site parking" actually the on-site parking does not exist as there is no private beach unless for private beach you mean a barren space full of thorny weeds.
There is also no staff to help unload your luggage and take them to the room
There is no elevator
Water or other drinks cannot be found inside the hotel as there is no bar or a meager vending machine.
There are no any any any any directions regarding its location or a sign on the property
Breakfast is served in a small room in the basement without air conditioning or windows
No toiletries are provided except for a few shower bags, no Klinex anything to put toothbrushes
Also if during your stay, perhaps in August and maybe with a temperature of 35 degrees and room in the sun, breaks the air conditioning, as happened to us, the staff is not able to provide and you remain without such service for days.
Prices, however, remain those of a 4 ⭐️

Disappointing. Not deserving of 4 stars. There are no bars and no inner common spaces. The gazebos do not exist (in the photos of the site, instead, appear), the "fantastic veranda" is nothing but an unkempt dirt. Sufficient breakfast, served underground without windows. Parking 200 meters away in pine forest shared with other hotel. Clean room, beautiful terrace but sea side you undergo a continuous noise, presumably of the machinery of the nearby bathing establishment. Friendly staff.
