Beautiful place! A farm surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. You can relax by the pool or take a nice walk. If you stay here, forget your watch… For anything, refer to the Alessandra (the owner), always helpful and kind. Breakfast served around 8:30 am (you're on vacation) in the restaurant area. Different types of rooms and if you have any preferences or doubts, call Alessandra directly.

Beautiful place, clean pool and kept well but as soon as we entered the room we immediately realised that the cleanliness was scarce, imagine sleeping there with an 18 month old child, on the bed so much dust of the woodworms that nibbles the wood. After that we did (with my friends) the mistake of eating at the restaurant, just x eat something but especially x let the baby eat. Without having a menu and not being able to choose what to eat, the lady very kindly tells us do I prepare something on the fly and we were there, then it shows with a little ham and melon and a small cut of salami for a cost of well 40 euros continue Or then with a fettuccina in white only oil x the child a red and three plates of ravioli with ricotta with n 4 ravioli x one (that of ravioli both as pasta that taste had very little) for a total of 51 euros then continued with a second dish of 10 pieces of fried chicken breaded and a few pieces of fried artichokes for a total of 40 euros. We took two bottles of wine one red and one white X a total of 50 euros and to finish 4 Caffe X a cost of 10 euros. In short x a total of 230 euros a robbery.

The farm is not bad but lacks much cleaning and maintenance the beams of the ceilings are full of mosses so it falls all dust on the beds and on the ground. We made the mistake of dining there, a little melon and ham a fried chicken and a plate of ravioli each and a bottle of VI or the total house 230 euros. Only the fried chicken (15 euros per Max) we paid 45 euros. A robbery.

Located in Radda in Chianti, farmhouse with several rooms, the owner is very kind and sociable.

Externally beautiful place. Staff only one lady who does everything but unfortunately not good. Old, dirty rooms. Bathrooms really nasty. Breakfast not comment…

Al Relais Santa Cristina, immerso nell'atmosfera magica dei Vigneti del Chianti classico, a circa 1, 5 km da Radda in Chianti, l'atmosfera, la pace, la serenità, la sensazione che il tempo si sia fermato, fanno di un soggiorno un'esperienza che rimane nel cuore. Immerse nel calore dell'ambiente familiare toscano le 23 camere doppie e triple sono arredate con cura in stile tipico toscano, con travi in legno, mattoni e pietra a vista. Sono dotate inoltre di aria condizionata, tv, telefono, frigobar, bagni privati con vasca, doccia e asciugacapelli.

Very good location, beautiful pool side, amazing dinner service. Unconveniant breakfast arrangement in nearby village, no air conditioning in rooms and unreliable Wi-Fi. But nice staff and overall a beautiful experience.

One week stay, beautiful view of the valley and the vineyards, quiet, soothing, very nice pool … but:
-No bar in the hotel
-The fridge is cut if you are not in the room
-Insect-infested hotel: wasps, ants, mosquitoes in impressive quantities
-Room not once cleaned
— Towels and bath towels not changed in a week
-Rubbish bin not emptied in a week
-Breakfast in a village bar at 2 km from the hotel (not explained when we arrive)
-Frequent blackouts
-No staff member in the hotel
-Person at the reception
-TV that does not work
-No air conditioning
-No Hotel Service
The scenery is beautiful. We are not at all difficult but this hotel is clearly not recommended.

Lovely place, shame about the service not up to par. Breakfast is served 2 km away… a real shame.

Beautiful location but the service was a complete disaster. The entire operation is poorly organized. They do not mention that breakfast is in the town and our room was not clean until 7 pm.

Great views of Tuscan landscape from our terrace.

Three day stay to detach from everything. With surprise, me and my girlfriend, we found a quiet and serene place to spend a weekend in total relaxation. Located just outside the center of Radda, village everything to discover. Eaten and drunk divinely. The proprietor, Alessandra, like all the people in the country, welcomed us warmly and was very helpful; Even with the checkin, given the late arrival time. Recommended to all those who want to live a holiday made by simple things and real people.

Great location and nice structure but uncomfortable and dated bathrooms, common relaxation area non existent and breakfast served in a bar in town.

Old arhitecture and nice view to the country.

To be avoided:
1 — Dirty, you can see the overall lack of care and maintenance.
Very difficult to get fresh towels: we spent 8 nights and was changed only once after 3 reminders
2 — Big lack of presence of staff. Seems to be deserted.
3 — horrible break fast. Some customers bring the morning their own milk, orange juice and ham!

Quite fare away from expectation : horribulus breakfast, lack of staff, improvement of cleanleness.
