We spent 9 days with Lisa at the end of June/first of July 2019. We wish we could have moved in permanently. Lisa was absolutely amazing, even going to pay my parking ticket I got in Luca for me! Her farmhouse was comfortable & cozy. We rested easy after days of sightseeing. We WILL be back, possibly with another large group of Tampa Bay Parrotheads, maybe just my lovely bride & I. Thank you Lisa for a lifelong memory.

Lisa's friendliness and availability will always remain in our hearts.

We are thrilled with the attention Lisa is lovely and super attentive, the podere casanova is a paradise in the middle of tuscany, surrounded by olive trees and vines and the tranquility is palpable and breathes in every corner of this wonderful site, ideal for a getaway with the family a few days.

I would like to highly recommend this place.
The location was great. Close to the high way but isolated and very quiet with an amazing view.
The apartment was large, comfortable, and very very clean.
All the property is very well maintained (attractions for kids and a great swimming pool).
Lisa was the perfect host. Her great spirit, kindness and hospitality were amazing. She answered with a lot of patient to our questions and helped us with every issue we had.
When we arrived on Wednesday, we took part in the Pizza party Lisa and her family are organizing. That was a great experience. Don't miss it. Perfect place, perfect host.

14 of us rented the whole place! It was an amazing experience! Lisa was great. She was there every morning to see if we needed anything, from wine to toilet paper to fans! What ever we needed. The view was spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool was amazing although you had to be agile to get down the stairs to get there! We arrived on a Saturday which is the day they cook dinner. Our flight had been delayed so we were much later than expected but she still had it ready for us! Like everyone says, you leave feeling like family! I would definitely go back!

We spent an excellent holiday at a beatiful place. You get to know other people from different countries, the children can play together at the swimming pool. Lisa is the perfect host, very friendly and always ready to answer your questions or give advice about excursions. The pizza night was very nice, our daughter could make her own pizza.

Charming guesthouse with lovely hosts. Beautiful views of vineyards and olive groves. Comfortable and clean accommodation. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Florence but close to historic towns Siena and San Gimigniano. Lisa kindly recommended Massimo in Montespertoli to hire bikes and we had an awesome day trip on bikes visiting nearby towns Tavarnelle, Certaldo and Sicelle. Kids had an absolute ball with the playground, playroom, pool and hanging out with the other kids. The best was pizza night, where they even got to make their own pizza! We will definitely be back.

Superb! Beautiful villas well equipped view to die for. Lisa is warm and caring and will help you from booking to ideas once there. Great park for children they can have some freedom. Weather good in October. Perfect for sightseeing. Just book! X.

It's the perfect spot if you want to visit Tuscanny. Best hostess (Lisa, not to mention her kind family), best location (maximum one hour away from major Tuscan towns), wonderful swimming pool, enternainment for kids, beautiful, very good quality for price.
We absolutely loved the wooden stove pizza evening, and the most generous welcoming Italian dinner Lisa and her mother prepared for all the guests (a gift! ).

We had such a wonderful stay at Podere Casanova. Lisa you're so kind, we enjoyed talking to you. Our little girl (11 months) enjoyed going to the swimmingpool. We loved the view! Nice room, no complaints at all! Well maybe the entrance road was a little bit bumpy… :)

Podere casanova is a beautiful place to stay. The swimming pool with a wonderful garden feels so good after a trip to Volterra, Certaldo alto, the sea, the chianti region. So much to see that we want to come back next year. Thank you Lisa and Lara and Tomasso and the whole family for your great hospitality and good advice.

We spent a weeks vacation at Lisa and Lara, and we love d: everything, absolutely everything. The apartment is very nice, the place is beautiful (when view from the swimming pool! ), the region is splendid (Lucca, Pisa and san Gimignano: our 3 huge favourites). Podere Casanova is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. Tuscany is a beautiful region in Italy but the location of this agriturismo is absolutely magnificant. The views you get from the terras and the swimmingpool are stunning. The pool is really great also for kids and there is lots of room to relax or play. The appartement is well equipped and even has an espresso machine! We were here for the second year and will return next summer. The welcome and care the owners give you is very warm and makes you feel right at home. We can advise this agriturismo to everyone and we do.
