The muchrooms on our pizza were from a jar. Otherwise great place. Prices are better than the other two places next door.

One member of staff has an attitude but the others seem friendly, food was ok.

After our multiple experience, there is always the best and most delicious pizza here with very fast and very personal service in this area, with at the same time expresses reasonable prices.
The wine list worth noting is in any case. There are unexpectedly tasty and sweet wines, especially from Italy's north. Test!
Whether you're sitting indoors or outdoors, the operation is always excellent, even if there's greater rush. There is always time for a personal conversation and good advice. No one lets themselves be put into stress, so the salutary holiday atmosphere remains great.

Good Italian restaurant. This is where you get everything. The pizzas are good.

We were rather unwisely received by a waiter, with the statement ' only two people? '. The rest of the communication also left a lot to be desired. The wheat was good. Due to the unwelcome impression, we didn't eat anything. The location is great right on the lake …

We chose to come here for the reviews and were pleased. The portions are plentiful and the food is decent. The pizza was really giant and I was not able to finish it! Very good dough. Good value for money. In two, with two appetizers, two pizzas, two medium beers, a bottle of water and a coffee we spent €44.

Two stars due to the ambience and the friendly staff However, the food could not withstand. Therefore not recommended.
Pizza was tastefully not good because no fresh topping was used as well as overall very dry as well as not crispy.
Spaghetti Carbonara tasted neutral, the bacon you had to look for and the noodles were too soft. The parmesan did not taste fresh either.
There was no water in the ordered Espressis.

Good menu for diners. Nice atmosphere, large dining rooms. Lovely bar area. Outdoor seating, overlooking the lake and boathouse. Nice rooms for accommodation. Helpful staff.

The hotel was ideally placed right on the lake frontage. Our room was super with a great balcony with lake and mountain views. All the staff were great, thankyou Ugo, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were great especially the first coffee fix of the day! Early breakfasts were happily provide when required. Altogether a wonderful experience which enhanced our holiday. Many thanks.

We had pleased really because of the good reviews on the restaurant. Ultimately, it was unfortunately more than disappointing…
As an appetizer, we had the seafood platter! Actually only the mussels, which were well-seasoned were the best part! The rest tasted fade and lacked a sauce to the dip it!
My girlfriend had the mushroom risotto as a main course. That was a disappointment only! It was not seasoned at all, the risotto itself was much too tight, the mushrooms were not fresh! The sauce tasted after Maggi-imitation. I've tried it myself and it tasted even after its own seasoning to nothing!
My main dish, beef strips on a bed of Arugula, was fine. But also very unkind arranged and towards the end, the meat was always more in the mouth. Here, too, the spices were missing completely!
The service was overall unmotivated and disinterested! Clean off any question whether the food would… tasted
The scoop came to the end, as you had to pay at the restaurant to where classified into a snake! Impossible! What's up with good service and host qualities to do?
All in all a very disappointing given evening… Price/performance is in no way justified!
We have annoyed us very at the end and not recommend the restaurant!
There are 2 stars only for the good clams and strips of beef!

We booked a triple and superior double room for 2 nights. The superior double room was advertised with a bottle of prosecco on arrival, free drinks from the minibar, use of free mountain bikes, free use to hot tub from balcony and a gift. The triple room was lovely and large and overlooked the lake. Our room however (superior double) was fairly small and the view was of the back of the hotel with no balcony and no prosecco on arrival even after asking twice we still didn't receive this. The hot tub appeared to be open to everyone and there were no free mountain bikes as we were told they didn't have any and this information was incorrect. We were able to use the minibar which was stocked with soft drinks though. A gift was provided on checkout. Other than these misleading advertising comments though the hotel was lovely and in a great spot. The staff were really friendly and we would go back again although not pay extra for the superior rooms.

Excellent location for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff.

We stayed 4 nights and we are planning to go back for a long,
TOP quality sleep, all the rooms are completely soundproof rooms very well finished thanks to the renovation of the Hotel in 2013, bicycle storage and parking video controlled servegliato, e cmq staff friendly and always willing to customer needs.

Very bad!
have 5 people there under another one (1) fruit ice cream and German coffee got appointed as last with latency and got even more stuff in the fruit ice cream as Hahn!
didn't it take, then again waited my people were ready, then I got only for coffee, until I was half drunk coffee 10 minutes went by, then I got the second (2) fruit ice cream.
And no four seconds had I wait again found in the ice cream!
NEVER again… bljiaaakkk.
