Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because today I called and I spoke with a lady who had given me a nice impression, gives me the availability of the room and asks me for a confirmation email in the meantime recall to organize my birthday they give me availability of barbecue area and more.
Then they send me after 2 hours an email without missing a phone call where they tell me that they have no availability.
I call to ask for clarification and Mr Tommaso replies and very professionally tells me that he cannot do anything because it is his colleague who has made a mistake.
Shameful in a 4 star these mistakes.
