Good location, good but simple hotel. The pool is nice but we haven't used it as you have to wear the fun killer swimming cap It has a nice bar and restaurant but the food is boring and the bar is very laud till 2am. We won't go back.

Courtesy, good food, lovely place a few hundred meters from the Strait of Messina. Swimming pool, tennis courts, staff ready and courteous.

It's a very nice facility… But you lose the fifth star on care and maintenance which, unfortunately is not at the top. But my impression is that, accommodated these details, could be classified as 5 stars.

It is a cozy and comfortable place, well cared for and functional to a period of vacation and relaxation.

We used the meeting room and it was in distressing condition. With dirty shoe footprints and different chairs dirty with cat hair. I do not express myself on the remaining part as not used but it is certainly not a guarantee of attention.

Very spacious and elegant spaces, well furnished, courteous and welcoming staff. A Stone's throw from the sea. Equipped with a very good spa. Definitely recommended.

The room was very large and the staff were very friendly and very friendly. In the description it says that there is a wellness centre and there is not, it is closed.

Business trip. So just took advantage of the breakfast, which I must say gotten ample, clean hotel, well furnished, room with balcony from which you could see the Calabria. Breathtaking!

Very nice hotel. Bathroom desolate. Evening meals are cold. No coffee for breakfast! Both vending machines were broken. Piano Bar has station character, very uncomfortable.

Great breakfast I prefer it in the summer, for the swimming pool; In winter it's a little isolated. Comfortable rooms. Recommended.

Small problem to get to point Google maps takes you to impervious streets, although access in fact is on the waterfront road and the hotel is well visible.

Beautiful location between the lakes of Ganzirri and the strait with wonderful views of the nearby Calabria. New building that illusion the visitor on arrival. Already at the entrance, however, you are greeted in a spacious lobby but no personality from staff at the unprofessional reception. In the end we can assign the room we had booked by phone (they had refused sending a confirmation email). The room (from the hostel) is furnished with modern but experienced furniture. The window door leading to a small terrace opens badly. In the toilet there is no lid of the toilet (ripped) and the door that closes the shower hangs dangerously on one side. The bath products consist only of a micro soap and a flask of bubble bath and Saleemi never been replaced in the two days of our stay. The breakfast? You have to prepare hot drinks from an industrial dispenser (from us: the homeland of espresso and cappuccino). Poor choice of sweets; Almost nothing salty. The gem at check out. We are presented with a raised account of 50% compared to that agreed. After our protests the account is reduced and the unmotivated surplus miraculously disappears. Splendid example of how to return a customer!

Rooms are very clean. Spacious balcony. Nice pool area, not too noisy. Good selection in the breakfast buffét. Barista. Good location if you have a car. In general the hotel needs some maintenance work (showers, paint, hall lights) to be in top shape, but it is still a cozy hotel with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel is well suited for a pool holiday with children. Environment is not great, something schuddelig. Restaurants are only open from 19 or 8pm, just Italian. Hotel is in parts in renovation.

The immense structure, equipped, modern and resourceful. The pool is nothing short of beautiful as obviously the rooms that had all the necessities and that were well cleaned. The front desk staff and waiters helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The buffets served at breakfast, lunch and dinner are truly exquisite and give much choice. On Saturday night, then it's all a big party with music and dancing! The bars are not scarce but full of things. The playground was full of games to the pulley and 3 large ribs. Although I am only 2 elevators are beautiful in my opinion because they are also the view North and then I was also fascinated by the great dome that surmounts the reception and plans where there are the rooms, from light all day. I HAD SO MUCH FUN! Amazing resort!

Great ice cream appetizer and pretty organized the evening of Saturday night. With Caribbean dance and dj disk divided into 2 different areas but spacious and cozy so everyone can choose where to stay and what to dance. Really enjoyed that.

Amazing resort, modern and well structured. With all the complementary services and facilities: swimming pool, lounges, restaurant, Spa, playground, shops, conference room, rent a bike. In a unique natural charm. I don't know the area overnight, but all the different services are well structured, so as to be a reference point for the local population.

Ho potuto gustare un ottimo drink presso il resort. Ottimo servizio e personale davvero gentile: consigliato!

I did not like anything. First of all not a four star hotel and I would ask those responsible to reassess the property. Room overlooked, only 2 elevators without reservation button floor so infinite expectations; Cafeteria Food reciclando the remainder from meal to meal. Very poor buffet with hardly any choice; long lines caused by bad organisation since for 50 rooms there are only 2 pans of pasta of different types. Buffet food cold. Table file or from Self Service for the second. At lunchtime and in the evening a sweet fruit only by crying. Cleaning usually from the mall that once a day. Rudeness and bad animation from village to 2 stars. An experience to behold. Try it for yourself but if you get a chance I highly recommend not trying …

Relaxing holiday. Very helpful and friendly. Engaging without being overbearing entertainers but also capable and funny, much to suggest that we might see some of them and maybe even more than someone in the theater or on TV … with best wishes.

A fantastic resort with pool, tennis court, good food, availability of the waiters and the great rooms always clean.
Very good reception staff.
But equally exceptional were the entertainment guys (Michael, Umberto, Arianna and Katia) who entered into the hearts of all of us and made this fantastic holiday!
