Reviews of Inkantu B&B
The location is a bit surprising. Inkantu is located on a busy street, but once you go up the driveway, it is peaceful. Everything is newly renovated and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Francesca really works hard to provide everything that her guests need. The pool area is excellent. The town of Terrasini is also a surprise, it is beautiful.
I recently stayed at Inkantu B&B and had a rather disappointing experience. Initially, Francesca seemed pleasant, but her true intentions became clear over time. It felt like she was solely focused on extracting as much money as possible from guests.
During our 7-day stay, a friend visited us by the pool, and shockingly, the B&B never informed us about the additional 20€ charge for this until after we checked out. This lack of transparency was frustrating.
Francesca had mentioned that we could enjoy the facilities past our checkout time, but on the actual day, she demanded an extra 20€ per person to sit by the pool. Considering the remote location of the B&B in Sicily, the exorbitant prices, and her constant attempts to charge more, it left a bitter taste.
On top of this, asking for simple things like a cup and ice from her husband felt like a hassle. He seemed unwilling to help, even though they were quick to send their son around to promote their own drinks for purchase. The overall experience felt insincere and money-driven.
