Inkantu B&B

The booking process was super smooth. Even when our flight was delayed, Francesca sorted out our transfers without any hassle. The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for – spotless, with air-con, a private shower, and a comfy bed. There was a mini fridge stocked with water, soft drinks, prosecco, and beer. Outside, we had our own little seating area with two chairs and easy access to the pool.
Breakfast was simple but perfect – everything was fresh, including Francesca’s amazing organic figs from the garden. She made us fresh coffees each morning (the cappuccinos and espressos were so good! ). Francesca was so warm and thoughtful, always checking in and sending us updates about things happening locally. Each morning she gave us brilliant tips for exploring Terrasini and the surrounding areas.
Her team were just as friendly and welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% recommend it. It’s just a short bus ride to Palermo and really close to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire place is clean and welcoming. The host Francesca is so warm and friendly as are the other members of staff.

Such a wonderful place and amazing approach from the owner. Room was clean and big, air condition was working and the best thing was the swimming pool, which was absolutely clean. For breakfast do not expect sausages or bacon, which is my only complain. For sure we will come next time.

The B&B is very clean, tidy, and wonderfully quiet—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Also the environment around the B&B is amazing and maintained very well. Francesca is an absolute gem; she went above and beyond to help us with sightseeing tips and even provided us with a parking pass for Terrasini, making our exploration of the town so much easier. Also her husband and son are absolutely great.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the town center, and parking is conveniently available at the hotel. The pool is clean and providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. The housekeeping staff was outstanding, ensuring our room was always spotless and comfortable.
We enjoyed our long stay spending and would absolutely return when visiting Terrasini again.

Even when I stayed a bit past checkout, Francesca was incredibly accommodating, and the small fee of 20 Euro was more than fair. I thoroughly enjoyed spending a bit more time at this lovely hotel and would absolutely return when visiting Terrasini again.

This place is a great stop at the begining or end of holiday if you need something close to the airport. It was very clean, nicely designed and had a good pool area in addition to very friendly hosts. Just around the corner is a great Italian restaurant if you need dinner close by — alternatively the central city square boasts a wider selection.

The host is absolutely wonderful, as with the staff. We found every interaction those in the area to be very positive and friendly. The entire property is spotless and the breakfast pastries were delicious. It is a tiny bit further from the beach than some other b&bs in terrasini, but for that, it is one of few with a pool — and a great pool at that! We would stay here again and highly recommend. The location is a bit surprising. Inkantu is located on a busy street, but once you go up the driveway, it is peaceful. Everything is newly renovated and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Francesca really works hard to provide everything that her guests need. The pool area is excellent. The town of Terrasini is also a surprise, it is beautiful.

I recently stayed at Inkantu B&B and had a rather disappointing experience. Initially, Francesca seemed pleasant, but her true intentions became clear over time. It felt like she was solely focused on extracting as much money as possible from guests.
During our 7-day stay, a friend visited us by the pool, and shockingly, the B&B never informed us about the additional 20€ charge for this until after we checked out. This lack of transparency was frustrating.
Francesca had mentioned that we could enjoy the facilities past our checkout time, but on the actual day, she demanded an extra 20€ per person to sit by the pool. Considering the remote location of the B&B in Sicily, the exorbitant prices, and her constant attempts to charge more, it left a bitter taste.
On top of this, asking for simple things like a cup and ice from her husband felt like a hassle. He seemed unwilling to help, even though they were quick to send their son around to promote their own drinks for purchase. The overall experience felt insincere and money-driven.

We stayed at Inkantu for our wedding and all our closed friends and family. The experience was so good that we decided to extend our stay there after the honeymoon and are planning to return every year. Francesca, the host, is probably the best host we ever had in our extensive travel experience. She became a friend and has taken a precious part in what was one of the best week of our lives. Her knowledge of Sicily, her attention to detail and her network of key businesses is impressive. The house has a lot of history and what they did with it is phenomenal. The pool is amazing for morning and evening swims. The breakfast served are excellent and the little perk is that she even provide you with a free parking card to park almost anywhere in Terrasini. I could carry on on the other 100 reasons why this place is amazing but I won't spoil it for you to enjoy it if / when you go. Thank you infinitely Francesca & Fulvio.
