Rented this cottage for a week in March. A few teething difficulties. Because we were the 1st to stay after the winter shut down I think a few things had deteriorated. On night one the washer in the bathroom sink gave up and the bathroom flooded. The opwner came back that night and switched the water off as we couldn't find it for love nore money. It was speedily fixed the day after.
Apart from that, the cottage is great for a couple. Walking distance to supermarket and a good half hour stroll to harbour front and all restaurants. Plenty of sun out front and even picked a couple of lemon of the lemon tree for GnT's. Well kitted out kitchen, fridge, microwave, 4 gas rings, sink. Veranda with bbq, good shower, loo bidet, sink etc.
Kitchen bedroom area is open plan.
Very narrow track leads for about 200metres to the parking spot so don't hire a flash wide hire car. A Fiat Panda is as much as you can get away with.
All in all very good value but make sure the water is explained… just in case.

+: the guy from the agency gave us an appointment in a well-visible cafe which saved us a lot of time of searching the house.
-: A LOT of forced extra-fees. The displayed price of 400 euros (7 nights) climbed to 475 euros because of "general fees", "city tax", "cleaning fees"… even the air conditionning would have been an extra if we had used it! It is not honest to display a low price in order to appear in the best ranks on booking, and then, ONCE it is confirmed and you're arrived at the place, to ask for so much extra money (in cash, of course).
Furthrermore, the fact that the windows were dirty shows how the so-called "cleaning fees" (30 euros! ) are a swindle.
-we had to ask for a grill that should have been there. Even if we paid for having sheets, we had to ask twice and to wait 2 days for having a blanket (morning are still a bit cold in the beginning of June…).
-The day for departure we had to call 2 times the guy of the agency for him being here at a meeting he himself planned a week before…
-The appartments are in what used to be a house and there is not the slightest isolation so you will hear your neighbours even if they don't make any "sound abuse" (but just turn on the TV, for example).
