A nice beach hotel with residences. Great beach, sand, entrance is not deep and not shallow. No wave. Around the island.

Very nice location with fantastic beaches & tasty food!

Very extensive and well cared for residential complex near the famous rock of the bear. Suggestive and scenic location. Sea of course magnificent. Homes equipped with linen, crockery and everything you need for the residence formula. Possibility to use the adjoining self-service restaurant to dine at the table or to buy takeaways: It is definitely an excellent solution for families. Large breakfast served in the porch with sea view. Private beach and swimming pool with lifeguards service. Good value for money. Negative Note: Staff not always prepared and available to meet the needs of the customer.

Great residence in a lovely location with private beach and children's pool. All the bungalows immersed in the green with lots of flowers.

Great for families, restaurant never crowded and with varied menu. Daily, punctual and efficient cleaning. Not very big beach, good beach service and never intrusive entertainment. Beware many sea view apartments are actually in the hills, so scenic and breezed, but upon returning from the beach you will be waiting for a nice trek!

Appartment was located next to the bar, a bit noisy in the evening. Overall cleaness of the appartment was a bit lacking. Peronel has trouble speaking english, but can manage. Beach was nice, restaurant is decent.

Lovely private beach, great breakfast and short walk to capo d'orso and Fort for fantastic panoramic views. Drive to palau for nice restaurants and boat trips, further afield is Santa theresa and Porto cervo two contrasting towns both equally intriguing in their own ways…

Residences fabulous, in a quiet and relaxing environment. Suitable for families. With the beach close by, and on days that are not windy, with a wonderful sea.

Environment very nice. Apartments very correct. Although it's best to go in low season as it is quite expensive. It is located about 10-15 minutes from Palau. The breakfast buffet is very poor. Poor quality. And the buffet dinner, lousy. They charge 22€, without drinks, for four cold plates and not very good. The beach of the hotel is correct, although you also have to pay for being able to have chair/umbrella (something that I think is amazing, never had happened to me)
The hotel pool is tiny. Has a 'children' and another of adults. In short, the environment is very nice but is expensive for what the hotel offers.

Easily accessible. Rooms are not optimal, but adequate and ready to intervene in case of shortcomings and/or problems to the interior of the rooms.

Beautiful views but outdated interior apartments. Also confusing how to use the beach chairs.

The Apartment has a cost of 440 Euro for 2 nights. The worst Hotel in my whole Sardinia was the round trip. It was Ancient, everywhere hairs and dirt on the floor. An estimated 100 mosquitoes in the room, because the Apartment was completely open and probably for several days was not occupied. It was everywhere zermatschte mosquitoes on the wall. The bathroom was just dirty, disgusting and it was not me, set me on the toilet, because I only had 10cm of space to the shower! The kitchen and the dishes had to be washed before using the first… After an Intense conversation with the increasingly loud receptionist was promised a Deep Cleaning. Was actually done nothing at all… The red-stained towels were replaced, but the hair and dead mosquito on the mirror remained… Way to let just the Finger!

Very-very beautiful and nice. Now 7 years that I have come, and I think that for families with children is ideal. With "residence formula" has houses that are well equipped and especially near to the beautiful beach equipped with umbrellas. Too bad the umbrella you pay for and it is not included already in the price. With the possibility to rent for the next year, then, you have the certainty of having your own apartment for the next year.

So, first of all, I am a totally uncomplicated Person. To adapt quickly and try out every fucking situation to see what is good in it! But in this Hotel there is nothing beautiful to see! Unacceptable like with your guests. Child-friendly? Equal To Zero! Never go with your children in this Hotel! Man pays for every breath. Although it is a 3 star Hotel much too expensive… children's bed? Ah ok 5 euro per night to please. Towel for your child? Ok, 7 Euro per day. A Beer Is 4 Euros. — to 20:00 to 22:00 there is dinner. My baby falls asleep usually around 19:00. So it can't arouse to 20:00 again to eat. Question : can I bring food for my Baby? Then he eats it The next day at noon. Not to mention (pension) half so it would be the right of my son, he gets something to eat. Answer : Yes, take Costs 7 euros extra! Tell them it's crazy! Sun on the beach: 18 Euro per day. Suitcase you can carry yourself up to the Parking lot, then Transport by car because it is so far away. Everywhere stairs is what the car is completely nonsensical for the children. Flexibility = 0

The staff knows nothing, it is nothing agreed on among themselves, it is sent from A to B. Bathroom: approx. 1 sq. M. Old, and so closely, when turning, it touches the Poo on the wall. The room : small refrigerator death. Much too far away from the sea. 500 meters, although 200-300 meters was promised. Amaisen ahoy!

Lovely bay, great staff, friendly, helpful, and a few in particular loving. Food is great. Well-organized everything, clean. The strategic position. Thanks, we were really great! the house, which was even before the expected time. We spent eight wonderful days! We are encouraging everyone, from families with children, couples. A warm greeting by the Spouses Panigo. A greeting to the director, our fellow countryman, even if we have not known.

Beautiful location near Palau, restaurant is fantastic and the house is comfortable.

Excellent accommodation close to the beach (50-100 metres). Apartment in a residence, comfortable and large. Restaurant good quality at a fixed price. Fully equipped beach with animation, "soft". Beautiful sea.
