Position and personnel excellent. Services very good. Some details need fixing. If door handles on balconies break, they need to be fixed immediately and not let decaying to becoming non-functional. Preventive maintenance with a screwdriver beats the customer initiated alternative that shows up on social media reviews. Garbage must be removed from the designated area before it reaches overflow. Parking well organized with spaces matched to apartments. Coin operated self service laundry open 24/7.

Good value for money. Perfect location, very nice and friendly staff, nice beach close by.

Old structure but valid apart from some things no longer working for manutentive deficiencies. Overall beautiful place the beaches are yellow sand.

Cheap but really poor. The room has old furniture, Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all inside the room, you don’t even have toilet paper provided. It’s ok for this time but definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately we were only one night, very nice and quiet place, clean furnished accommodation with care and well-welcoming, great price. SUPER staff! thanks to Valentino for the ice cream offered to Fabio, to the bar guy, for his kindness and sympathy, and a MEGA thank you to Sara and Olivia for their patience. You're so nice. I really hope to see you again soon. I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed for Easter and they didn't even have the heating available. Stoves not in accordance, if the flame goes out the gas continues to come out. Also remember to have a lighter at your fingertips otherwise you will never turn it on as it is not equipped with a snap ignition. Let's not talk about the water, the hot one lasted yes and no 2 minutes. Several people that day complained at the reception even though they were pretending nothing.

Good location The studio allows a comfortable stay even with a small child. The kitchenette has the essential crockery. The location for the beach is good (300MT) although I recommend to move to the Gallura. The receptionists were very kind and willing to accommodate our every request.
Recommended structure.

Relaxation areas neglect of the premises to put the household garbage ill arrange waste to the ground the apartments that are not Indentiques to photos shot of broken toilet and urine smells. Everything is shakyant.

Wonderful location… perfect for relax… the receptionist was Pretty and carefull… full immersion in the nature and peacefull… I am a traveler and I says the good place… this hotel is One of the best in Sardinia… Belvie me 25 euro One room with the dog… Wi-Fi kitchen. Parking. Bathroom… and was very clean thank you at all staff of the village… I will came back again. 100%

Although the supermarket, the swimming pool, the restaurant are still closed because it is low season (open on June 15), the place where it is situated is heavenly… It was a very nice hotel. Great value for money. I found myself very well, but I would go back with the car since The links are non existent.

Perfect rooms. Only they dont offer any kind of soap and bin. If you dont like to wake up with sunlight, not your apartment, price/quality perfect.

Unfortunately not recommended in the pre-season. In the wind it pulls in the apartment like Pike soup. The heating can not be switched on.

Good place to stay in general. We got some gecko lizards in our room at the night but them gave us another room.

Quiet village for a relaxing stay with the family. Beautiful beaches just minutes away. Nice pool.

It's a medium hotel. The rooms, are medium class.

The locality is isolated, you must necessarily have the car to reach the nearest city, namely Palau. Inside there is a restaurant, pizzeria, a market a bar: The prices of the market are exorbitant, exaggerated. They were very helpful in changing the apartment for one a little bigger. The first one smelled bad in the bathroom and was very bare and small.

We stop here only x one night (we were camping and we dismounted tent and early tomorrow morning Ferry) … a passing accommodation… we did not expect a welcome and such accommodation. Cleanliness and a two-roomed apartment which is a home.

Apartment Hotel very well located in a beautiful setting, on the other hand the equipment is to be revisited: Furniture not coordinated, no air conditioning (fortunately the apartment is well ventilated) and few dishes. Staff very friendly, beautiful beach nearby and very nice pool.

I paid a reservation at the beggining of June for 2 nights. When I arrive last week to Costa Serena I didnt have a room (already paid…). They give me a bad reason for that (they didnt report nothing to booking…) and send me to a very poor hotel at 15km south. I refuse to go and request the refund of my. Money and they refuse to give me. So no room and no money. Dont trust this company as they have a great lack of professionalism.

Residence with tennis court (for a fee), a spacious and fun swimming pool, a small soccer field, the lodgings are quite superficial but functional, Wi-Fi works well in the room (1 device to login). There is also a road that leads to the sea, which is almost always calm and the beach is never crowded. 4 stars as there are no signs to indicate the various services offered. All in all, recommended strongly.

We are disappointed with this apartment. Actually the apartment was okay (more but not). First we received a room with a direct view of the pool. There, the whole day runs extremely loud music which makes the walls vibrate even with closed doors.
The next day we could then go to another room at noon. It was quiet but still extremely noisy (which was stopping at the other guests).
The bed consists of a fold out sofa and you can feel the rods in the back.
The only positive thing about this apartment was the helpful staff. Otherwise not worth a visit.

I do not recommend this place but then really not. First night, no fan in the room. He made 36 during the night impossible to sleep. Yet I had asked for a fan. Second day, they give me a fan (we were 4). Forced to threaten to cancel my reservation to have a second fan for the other room. Beach next to the corner.

Price not adequate for quality, really old furnitures, kitchen equipment. Do not suggest photos from the web, it really looks different. Stench in toilet, horrible prices in hotel "restaurant". Pros: pool, staff, localisation.

Large clean apartment with good bedding. But very bad piping insulation.
The setting is very pretty with a large pool but much too salty.
I put 5 stars for the price on promotion at €60 a night for an apartment with 2 bedrooms but at €200 the initial price I take off 2.

A beautiful residence with sea view. So much peace and relaxation. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. All the staff are very friendly. There is a beautiful swimming pool, a decent pizza restaurant and two bars. There is also a convenience store just for your needs, you just don't have many demands.

Very beautiful village (subdivision of apartments) in the middle of nature. 10 minutes from Palau.

Value for money very good, staff polite and helpful, very nice and clean apartment, final cleaning services all included in the price.

That hot this year! I stayed with my wife and two young sons, in Sardinia in Palau. We stayed at Costa Serena Village in a standard two-room apartment on the first floor.
The lack of air conditioning, which was specified at the time of booking, at first bother considering this hot summer. We just asked an air-conditioned apartment called Superior, but all apartments in that category was already booked.
And here the surprise, fortunately positive: the natural ventilation worked well and really hot not suffered even without using the fans supplied. The rather large and terrace with a nice view of the Park and the sea allowed us to eat outdoors.
Obviously we didn't spend much time at the beautiful pools of salt water and less torrid village, at the nearby beach. They provided a map of the beaches we visited with satisfaction.
It is a village especially for families, like ours, with coin-operated laundry and ironing, where children can find many recreational activities also with the Staff and they can vent their exuberance.
I would recommend booking an apartment on the first floor, the ground floor ones sacrificed me a little more.

"A long bridge of serenity, nature, kindness"
This year I had the good fortune to share with my husband a long Easter and this allowed us to fly to Sardinia, land that we love very much and where we will return soon.
We chose this resort, at the suggestion of friends that there were 2 years ago.
We loved it here: serenity, nature, kindness of the staff. Some notes on the simplicity of furnishings, but these are my personal views, usually we choose 4 star facilities, and in fact were in perfect condition and very functional, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Costa Serena from the terrace where you can have lunch. Everything clean.
More comfortable private parking in front of the House allotted to us on the first floor.
A tip: first floor apartment.

Beautiful village among the Green perfectly groomed and the sea. I stayed in a two-bedroom premium sea view. All clean and in order.
I had a drawback to the shower drain, but to my complaint intervened within 10 minutes, with a kindness and professionalism that made me really happy.
The reception bar is fun: in addition to the book shops also drinks for breakfast in the morning, games of various kinds, including a real professional billiards! All in fun with the service staff.
Big pool, baby club well done, very good restaurant. Many beaches all typical of Sardinia prettiest around, walking distance. So what about the lagoon, a unique landscape.
Going back there.
