We had a great time, welcoming staff and attentive to the customer's needs, rooms and hotel in rustic style but sought after. Great food and fairytale views. Plus free indoor car seat. Only neo not to have been able to try the spa because it was closed, otherwise I would have given definitely 5 stars.

It's okay. A note only on the fact that if you go to dinner after 20:30 (which is a perfectly normal time) you hurry to conclude the snotTY dinner within the scheduled times (Max 21:30! ) thus not allowing a minimum break between one course and another. Ditto for breakfast.
For the rest very welcoming place as always.

We were welcomed and pampered right away. The staff is fantastic to say the least especially the room staff because with them we had more to do but also at the reception we found smiles and availability. Sympathy, friendliness and attention all with a lot of professionalism. The location is gorgeous, the large rooms are bright, very well furnished, all clean and tidy. The kitchen then is the icing on the cake. Tasty dishes, good and well presented, the dessert at the end of the meal then… Every time a very pleasant surprise.

Beautiful hotel in panoramic location. The central patio builds a kind of square that favors meetings and makes everything cozy. Beautiful and spacious rooms, with kitchenette and fridgebar. Beautiful and recently renovated services. Free Wifi with good coverage. TV in every room. Very friendly staff. The manager is present in person and very helpful. I spent 4 days with a group of 150 people, and we had a great time.

I went on holiday with the oratory and one evening we were having dinner I got up from the table to go to the restaurant cafeteria and I slipped because there were the floors slippery and guess what?
I fell and I bumped my teeth into the wooden chair and broke it!
Nice holiday I would say.
In addition the first night that I arrived I slept with 2 sweatshirts, two tracksuits, 3 pairs of socks for the cold that did and I tell you that it was better out than inside the room.
I don't recommend it at all.

The two things that I did not like is intimacy in the room. You hear everything on the other side. The pitiful dinner and finished the stay were not even interested if everything went well. In fact, only some customers have asked. I'm sorry because the place deserves a lot. Definitely I would not return.

Nice Hotel, close to ski slopes, friendly staff. Food in the norm. Equipped with ski rental and attached material. I recommend it.

Good day I stay in this quaint hotel from 22 01 25 01 4 beautiful days with family. Very good restaurant and very helpful waiters with the little Sofia. Dishes kept even the desserts are well presented (ps by the pastry chef, nor do I know anything). A compliment to the staff at the reception always friendly. A big greetings to the staff of the'animation. Erik the bartender is always smiling and pleasant. Alessio (axis and nine) … the legendary Silvia my daughter to Know… the fia adored. And last but not least the guy the shuttle. … I do not want I do not remember the name. Always available! We all' hotel located in a quiet position, very close to the ski lifts. Beautiful rooms are spacious and feature mind mountain! That is to say, really good choice and a greeting to all at ps for Alessio, I told you not to go to Milan…! CIAOOOOOOO by Claudio Zaira and the little Sofia.

Elegant Hotel run by a noble family and friendly (people of other times) excellent location for skiers (return skis to the feet, lifts next to'hotel, after skiing for a walk in the beautiful centre of Madesimo. Cuisine refined and varied, we had a great time.

I was at the hotel Boscone hotel is near the reception staff polite and attentive to the needs of guests, rooms clean and warm, indoor garage great breakfast, the only painful notes in my opinion are dinner with cold appetizers and pasta bad was a lock, bar service not up to the Hotel's health club
It's cute but not everybody likes males females, divided locker room would change in the same room.

Great food and comfortable rooms, a great place to stay on a family skiing holiday.
