This "hotel" does not deserve a single star. This was an appalling experience of a hotel that should not be operating. Our room was for four people but was able to fit 2 maximum as when we opened our suitcases there was no room to move or breath. There was a black patch of mold growing on top of the ancient bunk bed that smelled horribly. Additionally we got our heating working on our 4th night making us sleep with jackets. We needed to place towels near our pillows to be able to avoid touching the so called bed that was completely brown and dirty. Another couple had to change rooms as stains on their bed sheets bothered them! The elevator could hold max 2 people and their suitcases but only reach the 3rd floor so the 4th floor had no access to it. The family that we travelled with had similar problems like their bathroom had no light so their kids would shower and brush their teeth with flash lights. The food was disgusting as it was either not cooked, stale, salty, or overcooked and very expensive. Thankfully, a supermarket saved us as we would fill up with bars or fruit the hotel did not provide us with. As for the staff, instead of willing wanting to help us for anything they would show how inconvenient it was when helping us on a request we would ask and hold a very uncomfortable atmosphere between us. The views are amazing and the food is delicious!

Frankly quite puzzled as the bar of a hotel in a well-known ski resort allows you not to have to have a full afternoon of Saturday baths due to a breakdown. Pity because service instead was kind friendly and professional.

The staff was very helpful Convenient to the ski slopes. Uncomfortable the elevator that comes to the floor means and that therefore with the suitcases becomes tiring.

Like a ship without a commander. Everything to the bar not because of the staff that is available but because of the manager who is not even know who is! A shame because the structure is nice and well positioned! How sad and my compliments to the managers who do not know anything about catering! CHANGE YOUR CRAFT!

Perfect Location very friendly Staff and ready to solve every problem For children is perfect because there is also a mini club The bar is almost always full of people even outside the hotel There is a pool, although a little pricey.

Great location in front of the hotel Friendly staff and room adequate to the needs, albeit a little dated at the interior level. The bathroom is modern and recently refurbished. The restaurant is good too.

Nice staff but not enough. First night not excellent as the room was cold and attached to a disco that until 3 played music, the front desk on the second day kindly moved me to a superior room. Very convenient to the Harlequin baby track.

Water was cold there was no facilities available room smelt damp felt like we was putting them out if you wanted anything.

Bad bar/resturant service and expensive dishes.

Price performance ratio is fine. The rooms are very simple. The location right on the slopes.

The hotel rooms were small and cramped and was difficult for two two suitcases to fit in one room, let alone two people. One bathroom was a tiny square of shower and a toilet with a miniscule sink. I strongly advise not going here as their cleaners steal all your money. Several people had their items hidden or stolen while they were out skiing. I myself had my ipod stolen and had to hide my phone for fear of that being taken too. Also the waiters could be very condescending and rude. The food was nice and the view was beautiful and wasn't too far from the ski slopes which was great.

Good food and amazing environment.

The only good thing is the location. Otherwise a sense of old pervades the structure that would require a complete renovation. A note on the staff that goes out of his way.

Very cosy and comfortable and also for plants at your fingertips.

Having traveled halfway around the world, I can state that the Harlequin is the Hotel in the best location in Europe. It is located on the slopes and 1600 meters above sea level.
It starts with ski from the Hotel, you get skiing up to 3300 meters (Val di Lei) and then we return to the hotel without taking off ever.
Outstanding!
And before there is also SKI school — f. I. S. I. The Harlequin's Service is especially accurate and informative.
