Zero humanity.
I had problems with the cards at the time of check in and I proposed to pay by bank transfer (I would have sent the accounting receipt sitting) also leaving € 50 as a deposit until the arrival of the transfer.
I also proposed to contact the carabinieri as a guarantee of being an absolutely serious and reliable person, who only had problems with the ATM and being Sunday obviously there was no staff in the bank otherwise I would have solved in a second.
moral of the story?
pregnant in the sixth month (with belly more than visible) they did not give me the opportunity to stay overnight and kindly let me out of the hotel highly caring if I had slept under a bridge or not.
If the world goes wrong it is exactly thanks to those like you, who think only of money (despite the guarantees proposed)

The Grand Hotel Villa Torretta is in a quiet area a little ways out of central Milan. A short taxi ride away from all of the sights and restaurants. Our stay was relaxing and special. We recommend this hotel with a smile.

Beautiful location! Very good at taking care of everything with lots of emails! But on my wedding day if I didn't go the day before to ask for confirmation I would have found myself without chairs with white cover … as requested and written! — the wedding day my husband comes and realizes that there are no music boxes. Recovered half an hour of waiting outside the villa I in the car waiting for them to mount… the mayor was talking and he didn't hear anything perke they didn't even make me available the microphone! Ke sadness! So much bureaucracy then to congratulations! 870 euros, however, taken to celebrate a voiceless rite! I asked for some water for my little one arrived with a glass of water … the other child swallowed the baby's water …! Perke a bottle of water would have been too! Ke sadness! So big and beautiful the villa so small them! They didn't even bother to go out and wish us! Already maybe perke I did not spend two thousand euros! For a small but small refreshment!

Really magical place! Very well-groomed and elegant inside. Full respect to colorful and well-groomed frescoes. Really beautiful location. Very spacious outdoor area. You can book rooms for special events. Great cuisine and wide choice of wines.

Very nice hotel. The corporate meeting room was very large and beautiful. Unfortunately absolutely unlivable due to lack/malfunction of the air conditioning. Buffet proposed quite varied and quality.

Grand old hotel with a nice European atmosphere. The service is excellent and I usually stay here when in Milano. Like many older hotels, there is only one outlet near the bed. Great breakfast buffet in the morning.

Staff are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. I would of given it 4 stars but the breakfast was terrible and over priced €15 for that?

Booked through corporate agency I find myself in this luxury hotel on the border between Milan and Sesto San Giovanni. Two steps (just 2) from the shopping center Bicocca, the Metro Lille (5) to go to the center. The environment is waged and immersed in greenery (it does not seem to be a city). At the reception with all friendliness I note that I have reserved a particular room (who knows what awaits me) : I enter the room (303) and what do I see? A real apartment with living room with TV, 4 tables and even a treadmill! I go ahead and find the bedroom and another TV from 55 "with Sky included. I still go ahead and find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In short, really amazed for the room, the cleanliness, the silence (the hotel has its own park and is bordering with another Green park). I will go back with the family.

Sono stato al hotel Villa torretta per la festa della comunione di mia nipote, location elegante e ben curata, camerieri cordiali e disponibili. Il mangiare, aperitivo a buffet, e successivamente primo secondo e assortimento di dolci al tavolo erano ottimi. Per finire il costo è adeguato al posto, ma tutto sommato vista la qualità è stata un ottima scelta.

Historic Villa, with frescoed rooms, a huge garden and a perfect setting for weddings and events conferences. It also has a restaurant, the Vico della Torretta. Which for the dishes it proposes has an enviable value for money. Perfect to make good shape and spend a special evening with your girlfriend. The waiters are nice and prepared. The chefs are Italian and professional. Rare thing in restaurants today.

Do not be enchanted by the wonderful structure of Villa Torretta because it is only appearance. The staff that handles the events seems to have no experience in the industry.
If you want to go to view the hotel you need to call in reception, send an email and if you are lucky after a month they will fix an appointment for an interview.
In the meantime, however, X frighten you, they send you via email of the beloved menus so that you do not organize any kind of event at their structure.
I regret the management of the past years where there was more availability on the part of all the staff that dealt with the event management, the reception, the maitre, the chefs…
Therefore I dedistito and decided to organixzare my event elsewhere.

Visited as a conference attendee. It is not fancy nor trendy yet it is fully functional. Nice staff but not enough to fill in the hand soap or paper toels. Far from the city center. Close to metro and bus and side by side with a supermarket.

Five stars are the least we would like to give for this beautiful location, where we organized our wedding. The civil rite took place in the beautiful Spinola room, a real gem, lunch in the Rondini hall, wonderfully set up with taste and elegance. The well-groomed lunch was appreciated by everyone, not to mention the wedding cake prepared the same morning, fresh and delicate, a real treat! All perfect also thanks to the staff and the Maitre Nicholas. The flowers set up by Maria Grazia Rizzotti gave the extra touch! All perfect!

Good location. Next to a park and a supermarket and restaurants. Easy to arrive. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Good service. Old construction but nice. Some parts of the hotel need repairs.

The location is spectacular but the service is of a doubt level. For example… They arranged the buffet in the yard, with 35 ° in the sun, and the meats in a moment were ruined. Imagine what happened to fruit and ice cream…

Great place. Large rooms, very good breakfast buffet with fresh produce. The conference and dining rooms are absolutely beautiful. I would have put 5 stars if there had been a pool or spa.

I attended an aperitif + work dinner. The food at the aperitif was not bad, the drink (Caipirinha) Unfortunately was literally undrinkable. The dinner then in the upper Room was nice: the halls are very cozy and frescoed, the dishes very good although the amount was quite reduced.

A very nice hotel located in an old villa. Extremely charming and typical. You ferl in the old Milanese grandeur. The rooms are furbished with ancient style. The restaurant is great too, although slightly too pricey.

The worst hotel in Italy!

Great hotel! The rooms are amazing. As an old Villa. The breakfast buffet was very carefully done.

A boutique hotel and luxury for a reasonable price.
If you go by car, you can leave the car for free.
Efficient staff and more francophone will give you plan of the city and the subway with tips and more!
A good table (but between us for a meal or two because of the price)
Try anyway, especially lovers!
Otherwise at 50 meters in the Mall, a great restaurant the "Road House" serving an extra red meat, Steak of Nice size equals a nice piece of net and much cheaper than in France.
The metro in 10 minutes walk takes you downtown in 20 minutes.

I visited this Hotel on the occasion of the FAI. An excellent opportunity to see the good work that was done by this historic residence.
The guide who drove us was prepared ela structure really well maintained.
From Insider I believe this structure is a beautiful piece of history but in context (outside) that penalizes a lot (mega shopping centre and viale Fulvio Testi) but obviously does not depend on her.

Pros: Superb Hotel with an italian Renaissance spirit. Great Service. Great beds. Good restaurant with italian cuisine at a reasonable price for this kind of hotel. Also seems to be a great place for family events or company meetings. Negs: Slightly noisy depending on your room as the hotel is surrounded by 2 avenues (bring your ear plugs just in case). Wi-Fi was unavailable in our room (however there was an internet cable available, and Wi-Fi was available around the lobby). Others: There is now a tram to the city center 300m from the hotel, and a shopping center 100m away. Truly deserves the 4 stars hotel rating.

As for me it's almost perfect.
