All part of procces are amazing. You can book with the secure procedure and all the staff are so beautiful people, with good heart and ready for help everytime.
Their staff it's amazing, from human part and professional too.

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast, very peaceful environment, features a lake that gives peace of mind, staff very attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel in general was perfect, except the bathroom mirror was all dirty. We had that go off at 5am (breakfast begins at 7am) as we were given a breakfast (not equal to 7), but very limited and the coffee machine was not working or was missing charge milk. The location is a little away from the centre of milan, but has bus stops (925) at the door of the hotel that drops you at the door of the meter M2 which has direction center.

Stayed here last week and everything was fine on the first night but the second day I discovered I had been bitten by something… turns out it’s a good possibility they’re bed bug bites not great for a 4star hotel… due back in Milan next month and I will be avoiding this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, close to The S. Raffaele, near important roads and served by public transport. The room, where I stayed a week, was always clean and tidy. Breakfast is great. Impeccable service in reception, good Wi-Fi and superb restaurant. I hope to go back.

Large hotel with large territory. We had a nice studio room with kitchen and balcony. Good smily stuff. But we didn't like the exterior of the hotel. It is some dirty and old. There is a fountain with a pond near the hotel with bright fishes, turtles and ducks. We had tasty dinner in hotel with fruits and deserts. At all we liked this place!

Lovely hotel… on bus route to all transport links… modern rooms. Lovely food at onsite Chinese restaurant.

They feed well, but they make it for a long time. My request to speed up the process because I have a tired child has been ignored.

Nice view at the lake. Not very convinient with the metro. Ants in the room. Some stuff at the reception very rude. Others very nice.

Uncomfortable… Unavailibility… Absurd to arrive and feel that you have to recharge luggage to be moved to the residence… Breakfast get out of the room go to the hotel. That is many hundreds of meters in the heat or cold and then go back to the room. … And then retrace another 300 meters to get to the bus to load luggage… As long as there is no place else to load in the middle of the road…

It is a residence at 500 meters from the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan 2. Very suitable for university for those who have to stay for long periods. Friendly staff and clean environment.

I loved everything of this hotel. Very peaceful, accessible in transportations, quite a few restaurants around with a beautiful view. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Breakfast was amazing with different choices. I recommend! ☺

Great for business trips quite small rooms but with everything you need, mine had a large balcony.
Compared to a few years ago the exterior is less cured. I'd say scruffy.
Still a good solution. I struggled to find a restaurant outside of the M2 area.

Very pleasant. Two points are exceptionally super. 1. Breakfast and breakfast room and 2. The location in a very special area with Lake, park, atmosphere. Center is easily accessible.
Of course the hotel is not downtown and you need public stop for a certain time. For that you get peace, good air and an interesting architecture. What is quite interesting are the social facilities next door including a farm with off-farm sale on Viale Turchia and the park on Viale Felter. The latter also great for walking and walking. The park on Viale Turchia is a line. You don't want to get through in daylight, either.

A great breakfast, a view of the fountains and the lake, swans in the pond, but you need to distinguish between the hotel and the residences. These are two different buildings. From the residences for breakfast you need to go across the street. The rooms in the residences do not pull on 4 stars. Enough fumbled, but you can live, all the conveniences are, except slippers and robes.

An oasis in the heart of Milan 2, very clean, polite and professional staff. In addition to the rooms has apartments, idealu for families. I recommend it to those who want to visit Milan but want to stay out of the orderly chaos of this beautiful city.

Particular Hotel and immersed in a quiet residential area with adjoining pond. It is 2 steps from the San Raffaele hospital.

Great location and service. Room with beautiful lake view but small and anonymous, repainted with superficiality.

On the spot there was a birthday party, with a group of rock music (iFive) which also had as a public part of the fixed inhabitants of the area. The place is very suggestive, lying on the banks of the artificial pond. Older structure (some external parts to be repainted), grass to be cut and bushes from thinning. CMQ Elegant and pleasant. Our room looked out over the park, spotless and well maintained. Very rich continental breakfast. Parking entrance suitable for small to medium size vehicles. Overall, hotel very advisable.

I had a great time, a residence full of tricks, I love the details, the cleanliness, and here I found everything I was looking for. Fragrant and clean sheets and towels, the cozy room, the presence of the multiple lamps made me feel at home. The breakfast is really assorted and with quality products. Friendly staff, helpful and professional. The area is nice and quiet. So, I will definitely go back.

Fantastic hotel in a good location, albeit a bus & train ride into Milan centre. Conceived and designed by the notorious Silvio Berlusconi, it represents a "vision" of a city-outside-a-city. Decent lodgings are enhanced by a lovely breakfast and great options for dinner. There is a Chinese/Italian "fusion" restaurant within 3 minutes walking. All told, worth it. Lovely staff make it all the more worthwhile. Enjoy!
