Very convenient for those arriving by train, near the "Innovation district" of Porta Nuova, a 15 minute walk from Brera. In addition to the excellent location, also cleanliness and service are very satisfactory (take advantage of the discount on the restaurant connected for a dinner, it is worth it! ).

I was on a trip to Milan for two days and I got to stay at the Windsor, a hotel with low prices, near the station and in the morning you have a great breakfast (included in the price). Recommended!

Very professional welcome. Could be warmer. But courteous and attentive. Efficient and fast. The toilets are nickel. Beware however for the Beefy (s), prefer a room with bathtub as the showers are in mini format. The double bed is on the other hand in XXXL, and it's great. TV, sockets, safe, mini bar, there's everything. Very quiet nights. The breakfasts are plentiful and quite varied. Surprisingly it is difficult to have a hot chocolate. You just have to know. But for the rest, there is everything, sweet, salty, in quantity. I did not test lunches and dinners. The hotel has parking. It is well located. Anyway, very correct. I recommend it.

We stayed at the suite for a week, which was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is pretty basic with not much variety compared to some other similar rated hotels. Reception staff is a mixed bag — we had an extremely rude and non courteous experience while checking in, while the lady at check out was very kind and pleasant. Good location with a tram station right next door — 4 stops away from the city centre.

This hotel has become a constant of our Milan travel… Quality price position has no rivals.

Nice hotel, neat, clean, convenient location (tram stop just in front of the property), nice room to make breakfast, good products that offer. In my opinion the front desk staff was not as warm and welcoming as I happened to find elsewhere, seemed annoyed and unfriendly both at check in and on check out, but being human beings it can happen to everyone to have the day crooked.

Adequate room. Restaurant is good, with very helpful staff. I did ask for a room with a bath instead of shower, but got a shower anyway. Other than that, no complaints.

It was a pleasure to stay here at Windsor Milano Hotel. The Hotel location was perfect less than 15 walking ‍♀️to Milan central railway station, and about 25 to 30 minutes walking‍♂️to the Duomo. Our booking was two standard rooms. The rooms were nice in size and furniture. But in The bathroom the showerbox were too small but the the bathroom was good in size. So recommended hotel. As well as they have delicious Croissant.

Very good hotel for a great location and a very nice place to walk to. Well-connected by public transport, it has an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy an abundant meal, or eat delicious dishes.

Noisy (tram) an unsympathetic and not pleasant receptionist This hotel is clean fortunately considering the price of the room nothing terrible not worthy of a 4 star no internet connection poorly insulated room.

I found a small room but they have many larger ones and in any case, spotless Hotel, with rooms all very nice and spotless! Great restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Pity you miss the gym if not it would be perfect.

First we have to wait for the check in. I travel a lot and often come to the hotel a bit before check in time and always get the room. This was not possible. So we waited. Then we got the key and it was not activated properly. Our room is very noisy and the bathroom door can not be locked. The breakfast is very bad and boring. One guy in the reception is very rude and not service minded at all. I will not recommend it. When we were checking out I was ambushed for leaving bad review on Tripadvisor and they wanted to argue with me. I still stand by my review and will never recommend this place to anyone. They did not handle my feedback good at all and when I complained about the breakfast the first day they wanted to argue with me cause I complained.

Very nice and very friendly staff I did not stay there but I am doing some renovations that will bring further improvements and fine finishes to the hotel. The bar is very well laid out for both breakfasts and throughout the day not to mention the level dining service that never leaves an empty table seen the products served high quality.

This hotel was great it had nice rooms comfortable beds and a nice bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and made our stay very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was ok had a few issues with our meal but the waiter was very nice. Also in the rooms were free minibar items which was a nice touch. Overall it was a very nice hotel and I recommend staying here.

It is greatest hotel in Milano! All staff are extremely friendly, although sometimes you feel the reception are quiet cold with their altitude! But believe me, they are not cold people! They are thinking of what you requested to them! I have been staying with Windsor hotel for 14years! The hotel facilities are improving year by year! They redecorated whole lobby and restaurant in 2015! It becomes more convenient for all guests! The price is very good compared with it location and other hotels in that area! Please don't take my suggestion to stay in there! Because, once it becomes famous, I will not have room to stay anymore!

The facilities were pristine and the beds were extremely comfortable; however, I left the hotel feeling disappointed and angry. Why? Because we were informed via its website that breakfast was included in our payment — and yet I was charged an extra 15 Euro for breakfast the following morning. I would overlook this but when we were waiting in the lobby to check out on our final day three separate sets of customers raised the very same issue with the hotel management. Clearly they have been disingenuous with customers and set up a trap to squeeze more money out of them. Beware.

This hotel is really good, very clean rooms, good service, nice people. And also the price for that location (near central station) is unbeatable.
