Quiet little residence with everything you need…

I liked the service, especially the staff who works there is very nice.

Fantastic experience at the residence of the city. It is a 10-minute walk from the station. The staff is welcoming without a shadow of a doubt. The rooms are beautiful and remind a bit of an Asian location. You can even cook! Very comfortable bed, very elegant and huge shower!

Nice cozy boutique apartment in center Milan! Next to a park and quite neighborhood, it's around 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station and to some Metro or tram stops. Just there are not a lot of choices of eateries if you are looking for some food.

Its an advance form or Airbnb. You get a studio apartment in 5 star quality and common area for normal hotel prices… everything is good. Just according to me I think if one is on vacation then an option in which breakfast is offered is a better choice than this. Else its great.

Nice place, excellent reception, room was bright and spacious, clean and equipped with all the comforts, I will not fail to return.

Great little hotel for the price just a 5 minute walk from the central train station, rooms were well equipped and maintained. Reception staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in Milan.

The host is very friendly and helpful, more than willing to share you info about the city and the surroundings, helping with transport arrangements and places We choose the place due to proximity to train station which is about 10 minutes away by foot or less than 5 mins with taxi. Nearest metro station is 2 blocks away. Challenge is to find nearby restaurant and bar.

I recommend this establishment veey ose to Milan historical centre Impeccable check in before the standard time, nice reception, great and spotless room, residence is overall very quiet. Large bathroom by any standards. Complimentary espresso downstairs, the only things I missed was milk to go with my coffee.

Great room. The loft room for kids made their experience all the more interesting. Nice, clean and homely. Very close to Milano central.

This hotel is amazing. Off the main street and away from the noise, it offers a restful retreat. Plush beds and pillows, heated toilet floors (a big plus in winter). Staff are really nice and very helpful. Feels like a 5star apartment with lots of privacy. Free flow of Nespresso coffee and tea in the lobby, bottled water too. It's very nicely designed, and attention to details are perfect. My suite had a very big balcony and a attic access. Big seating area with plush furniture. Good neighborhood, 10min walk from Milano Centrale and via Buenos Aires. Metro is 5mins from here, where you can find the start of via Buenos Aires. Would definitely stay here again if I'll come to Milan. It's perfect.

Very nice apartments, well kept is quite ample. The service could be better. Average high prices.

Environment Comfort is very satisfied, only too late to do check-in procedures to pay a fee, the order is indicated in the actual stay room fees may change, we really met the price change, more charge, and city tax per person per night to 4€, the reason is that it is a four-star hotel, overall: four-star Hotel charges, no four-star service.

Had a lovely few days at this hotel. So handy to Stazione Centrale, so comfortable, quiet and well presented, with such a friendly welcome. Well recommended.

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival we greeted by Pietro. He was amazing and is a true professional. The registration process was seamless. Pietro, escorted to our apartment. The room is tastefully decorated, fresh and modern. The room offered a clear street view.

Had the pleasure of staying at this residence from May 5-12, 2017. It was a great feeling as soon as you walked into the lobby. Michael greeted us and explained everything about the place from the lobby goodies to the room and all functions of the residence. Every day you are greeted by Michael or Pietro. It is close to the train station, which was great walking with your suitcases. They offer many suggestions on places to go in Milan and to other cities. We would highly recommend this residence to anyone who wants the luxury of spotless, accomodating rooms and the feel of being at home! Thanks for a great time!

Recently upgraded old building but everything inside is new. Upscale upgrades. Lil far from the main attractions but public transportation​is close by. Wine opener was the worst one I have seen so far but everything else is great. No breakfast provided, only Good coffee and few candies.

What a great find! We booked for one night at the last minute since we would be arriving a day earlier than planned but very late at night. Be aware that there is no reception after 8pm and you'll have to pay a fee to wake the owner. Still, he could not have been nicer. The room was spacious and comfortable. We wish we had stayed for our whole trip!

My family of four (2 adults, 1 x 12yr, 1 x 14yr) stayed here in April 2017 for two nights. It was fantastic. My wife and I both work in hospitality ourselves and this is a hotel with a personal twist that is simply delightful. The staff were attentive and polite, the location 5 minutes from the Central Station/Metro and shopping. The quality of decor was stylish, simple, modern, spacious and clean. A fridge in reception with complimentary water, a coffee machine with free coffee, lift to all floors, alarm systems on each room, double glazed windows that kept the noise out if you wanted but could be opened all the way if you preferred. The manager suggested two locations in Milan that we would never have visited and presented his out of hours business card should we run into problems. Quite frankly, this was one of the best shop breaks we have had and a lot of that was due to the hotel. If you are looking for a base from which to visit Milan and its sights then I would recommend this hidden gem. Enjoy.

Got a great room on the top floor. Had to wait some time on the street before we were noticed and let in by the clerk, at 6pm. Reception opening times could also be a bit restrictive. Breakfast not included.

More like a small apartment than a hotel room. Walking distance to the train station. Enclosed dog park across the street. Great value for Milan!
