The worst hotel I have ever lived in and I have done a lot in Italy. No soundproofing in the rooms (you share the whole life of your neighbor…), the bed was so hard that I had a sore back, the pillow was so rigid that I could not bend it. Housekeepers do not spend every day to empty the garbage and make the bed. Horrible experience.

Very dirty Hotel with no comfort, goubutic staff. It is not included breakfast and do not say it, but it is marginal the real problem is the lack of hygiene. Not to mention the lack of hot water I took a shower with cold water…

Great hotel. Two minutes from Corso Buenos Aires and the metro station. There is also a Bar and a vegan restaurant nearby.

Very good location not far from the city center and the train station in a nice quiet area the reception area probably the best part of the hotel the staff were very helpful and polite and very professional there is a coffee machine and a machine for soft drinks the room it good and clean the furniture very old but the bathroom new big and very clean.

Cheap Hotel, staff are helpful, shame that the services are not adequate. Problems with the heating, the temperature did not rise. Maybe it happened to me and now they have already solved.

I booked a room with a single bed for one night. Overall it was not bad. The worst was the shower, small (i, of average build, I was barely there) and no doors to close it and then with the possibility that the water came out. The cleanliness seemed to me enough but not too much, maybe even because of the building not too new.

An average choice in downtown Milan.

This hotel is not nice at all. The room was cold, they don't have breakfast, they don't have the elevator and those who work there are rude.

Perfect everything. No complaints. It is centrally located on a street parallel to Corso Buenos Aires which is one of the most important. A 10 minute walk from the Duomo and 2 minutes from the Metro stop Lima. Very clean, with heating and very hot water. We were with the cold wave to — 4grados and we weren't cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the 1 floor and well but people usually complain Porq has no elevator. 100% recommended.

Very modest hotel, convenient for a stop over in Milan, the prices really strategic location, Corso Buenos Aires, Central Station (very close), the Porta Venezia, you go on foot and you arrive after 5 minutes.

Bad structure judging by the rude management of the receptionist on duty, a foreign woman really very arrogant and disrespectful.
I booked 9 days ago and the same day I was deducted from the credit card half the amount that I would have to pay as a guarantee of the reservation itself (this was clearly specified and it's fine) but the next day, so 8 days ago, I cancelled the Reservation and until today I have not been credited with the money they have held back.
I asked for explanations both by mail and by phone and the aforementioned woman was really rude reacting to my pluhious as licite questions in a rude tone and after inviting me to ask for explanations to Booking (claiming that they Pay the Commission therefore it is to Booking that I have to address to have clarification and not to them) has hung up the phone without even the greeting. The welcome and courtesy are the basis of a good service dear Madam, especially if you are part of a property kept standing by tourism!

We stayed here one night, I needed a hotel in. Center with. Basic services, convenient to get to the clinic Mangiagalli x a shelter the following morning and it was a good choice! Staff nice price right x. Service offered, 60 Euro one room with bathroom air conditioning and TV breakfast nn planned. Room clean and in. Order and clean even the. Bathroom. Metro stop behind the corner and Qche restaurant and pizzeria in the same street and neighboring.

Simple. Nothing special. Cheap. Staff people are nice.

The quality of the service is acceptable, clean and accountable. The room is quite tiny.

Nice and clean. And most important: cheap considering that the center of Milan is a very expensive area to sleep. Unfortunately there is no breakfast included.

Good hotel, we stayed at room number 5 all clean and tidy. Bathroom fair enough. The receptionist is polited and even tried a few words in spanish.

Great value, and great location, small but comfortable room albeit without any form of soundproofing (you can hear everything that goes out the door and into nearby rooms), rooms are always clean and the bathrooms (private) always lindi, although it lacks a hang up laundry. Overall I recommend it.

For the price it is a good hotel. Nothing spectacular. It is to go to sleep. Good location.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room had an ashtray and stank like cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. You get what you pay for.

Friendly staff and clean discreet. Perhaps they could lower some prices x the service provided.

Great value for money. Better than some of the 3* hotels, I've been to.
