I loved everything about this hotel. Staff was amazing! so helpful and kind. The breakfast had everything you can imagine. The room was stocked full of thoughtful toiletries, mini fridge, and hair dryer. You will need to ask for an iron and ironing board. So many TV channels to watch in all languages. There is a park right next door, an open air market on Saturday and monday right across the street. There is a great Tabacci bar next door and the staff is so sweet. They have outdoor seating there too. The trolley and subway are a stones throw. Uber eats is welcome to deliver here with wine and beer too. It was absolutely lovely! cant wait to go again.

Hotel Mozart is OK. The staff is friendly, and like to help. But the breakfast is really bad… Eggs is overcooked, the coffee is cold. (3 days in a row)
I would recommend you to find another place to eat breakfast, because hotel and location is nice.

There are no normal glasses, if printed one-time, it is taken away, and in return do not put anything. Breakfasts are tasteless. Good location.

The room is good, the bed is good and also the breakfast but I'd like some more vegan options like plant based milk.

Perfect location and a nice breakfast. But tiny old rooms. The thiker second blanked was very dirty and full of hair.

Nice hotel close to many amenities including trams, metro, restaurants and bars. Lots to see and do in the area and you’re never to far to get to all those touristy places… yes it could do with an upgrade, but it’s clean, the staff are friendly and you’ll enjoy it I’m sure.

Good hotel in good position. It's near the metro station Gerusalemme. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the service very nice.

Wall lamp was burned (was already like that as we chevked in) and not fixed after I asked

Curtains can not be closed, are for decoration
Dirty stains in carpetfloor, disgusting
American bar? Maybe in the eighties, now a disgrace
Breakfast staff (except 1 lady) never a goodmorning, how are u etc etc. Oh yes they come to you when you are Italian.
Worst thing of all:
— at the check out was never once asked if we enjoyed our stay, just pay and leave!
Oh btw what is the bell boy/ doorman for?
Since elevators are too slow and narrow, we had to carry our own luggage up and down the stairs.
All together I can state that these things above do not make your hotel 4 stars.
I hope there will be some response from the hotel.

Conveniently located (one step from the Metro), the hotel offers an excellent compromise between quality and cost. It was a very nice hotel.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The slippers and cleanliness, the delicious breakfast and the affordable location from all the sights of the city. Internet works.

Room was nice. Wifi would work off and on from the room. Breakfast was awesome. AC wouldn't turn on so it was too hot to sleep. Gotta love Italy… Would stay again if AC was working.

Quite nice Hotel, next to Metro, so you can reach the centre real fast.

We came to milan for the design week. We had a triple room for 5 nights. Due to the time of our visit, the price tag was very high and completely unjustified. The breakfast has some variety but it tastes really bad. The scrambled eggs taste like soap. The bacon was entirely white. The salami was bad … and so on. The room was average. But the bathroom had a shower so tiny that you can’t bend down. The bathroom is very old fashioned and needs urgent refurbishment. The rooms are not sound proof at all. Was waking up every time someone passed in the hall or went in their room. Or even plugged an electrical outlet in the adjacent wall. Finally, we asked for late check out, and they allowed us until 2pm after negotiating. But at 1 they call to tell us we have 10 min to vacate the room because of some mistake on their system…

Nice and clean rooms I found linen of good workmanship. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast with a good supply of products.
Only thing little insulated rooms you hear every "thing" and much noise coming from outside at all times.

A bit expensive and small but strategically located. It is near train and tram stations. There is a playground infront so our kid enjoyed it alot. Lots of convenience stores, bars and restaurants near by. We are also lucky that there was a street market full of bargains, fruits and local produce the time we were there.

So overall it's quite good hotel, but there are some things that can be better. Beds are large and comfortable, but bathroom is bit too small, and shower is "static" so all of your body must get wet. Location is 10/10. Lot of restaurants, shops etc. Very close to the city center — It's like 15-20 minutes by foot. Metro is nearby. Neighbourhood is quiet and staff is very nice. Breakfasts are bit boring, because there is only few dishes.

I booked a room at Hotel Mozart that was fully refundable. My plans changed and when I attempted to cancel my reservation they claimed that the reservation wasn't refundable. Yet I sent them a picture of my confirmation which clearly stated refundable, and I never heard from them again. This place hopefully will go out of business. Too many choices to pick from. I hate non reputable businesses!

Great overall impression. Excellent reception, very professional. Clean and elegant. I still believe that a 4 star would also deserve the opportunity to have lunch only that, in that case, the costs Lieviterebbero. However I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel near Corso Sempione, in a quiet area with Metro stop just a few steps away. Saturday morning market, clothing and groceries of excellent quality.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, beautiful furnitures and big TV screen. Unluckily the rooms are quite noisy you can hear everything from the street below and your bedroom's neighbor as good as if there was no wall. The breakfast provides plenty of choice but is located in the underground level of the hotel… If you think about coming by car just keep in mind that hotel parking has a very limited capability and in the morning 9 on 10 cars parked within 500m from the hotel had some 28euro parking penalty to pay for the night stay.

3rd time here. Clean, Good service, friendly staff & Nice breakfast. The place to be if you wanna stay 2 or 3 days.

Hotel well serviced and clean although, in my opinion, the rooms should be renewed especially given the price required. The breakfast is well stocked and the staff is helpful.

Really close to the Gerussaleme station and also Esselunga market. Clean and neat hotel. Stayed with two childern aged 5 and 10. Breakfast is good enough.

A good 4 star. Friendly and hospitality clean room. Close to the Lille Metro line (M5) and the new city life and fair city. I recommend the reservation.

Good location, in a quiet area and well communicated with city centre by metro The room was a very small for us: two adults with 3 year old kid and the internet was very slow, it took ages for Netflix to load Cleaning was good although service was not anything special We enjoyed the breakfast. Be mindful it is possible to order coffee other than Americano!

Classic Hotel with a very professional staff. It needs a more current facelift, especially in the bathrooms, which have some leakage and smell of pee. Small rooms. The service is excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults + 1 baby. The hotel was decent, location a bit outside of the center but not a problem for us — the metro station literally across from the hotel, count 20/25min to Duomo. There is a huge playground as well which was perfect to let our daughter play before heading to town. The room was ok, big bed, enough room for clothes, clean and quiet. The shower however is not really adapted to wash babies (no bath tub, and the shower is fixed high up to the wall). They had forgotten to put a baby bed for our daughter the first night, however was quickly resolved for the following night. The staff is really nice and always very helpful. Breakfast was ok, if you want fresh orange juice, ask for a “spremuto”. Otherwise plenty of options. We’d come back for a next trip.

Lovely hotel. Easy to get to and great location for getting about as Metro right outside. Breakfast plenty of choice and tasty. Room was small but adequate and was nicly decorated and had a good shower in the bathroom. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!

Clean Hotel, breakfast pesimo. It has a parking dwarf €25 per night, something excessive.
Excellent reception.
And and to Duomo Square around 25 mins about 3 ' 5km.

Location was okay, a short walk from a lovely part of town and pretty much on top of a metro stop but the hotel itself was well below what I would say is good. Burnt lamp shades, sink not fully attached to the wall and carpets stained and coming loose. The rooms were very dark, low wattage incandescent bulbs and lamps with loose wires.

Clean, good location, parking, big bathroom. Blankets on the bed need exchange. Friendly staff and excellent breankast. Not top but just good for the price. Recommendation.

Location was a little far from the town center, but easy enough to get to on the metro. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was nice enough, clean and contained everything you'd expect. I only stayed two nights and unfortunately the cleaner didn't clean my room despite having hung the sign on the door. I can only assume they decided not to bother because there were a few items of clothing on the floor (nothing obstructing access to the bed). I didn't even get clean towels or replenished coffee/tea. This definitely put a damper on an otherwise comfortable stay.

If 0 stars is possible I would. AC is not working and it is the middle of summer! Very hot in our room! Perchè?!

Average Hotel, nothing exceptional. Good breakfast, rooms a little small but complete with all the amenities, nice bathroom. Nearby there is a bit of everything. Well connected with the center, great for the stadium, Metro M5 below the hotel. Recommended.

I have stayed here on two different occasions but both times was for work. Pretty nice place and wide choice between sweet and savory for breakfast. I would recommend removing the carpet from the rooms that own it.

In front of a metro station, with good room, good services, nice and friendly staff, good breakfast. It's a little old, small elevator, but that is not a problem at all. Parking lot available at 25/day. Nice refrigerator in the room too!

Nice, central, comfortable and quiet. Helpful staff and possibility to park inside at a reasonable cost. Nearby two other paid parking and reasonable prices. Very good breakfast.

Very bad, a 4 star 50 ago, smelly carpet small bathroom and little clean, bed with lurideeeeeee blankets; I was in the 422 on the fourth floor and felt a stink of sewer; I was the period 29 04 to 1 05 May with still cold in Milan but the air conditioners are off; Why? Municipal rules::::::: Boòoooo I rate it paid flat to you hotel No to the municipality.

I stayed two nights in this hotel as a base to go to the fair 10 minutes walk from the entrance to the cat honeydew.
Silent, despite the sold-out for a football game, clean. Bathroom and shower comfortable. Bad smell when you enter the room, maybe due to some used detergent, but it disappears keeping open 2 minutes the window.
Good breakfast, I preferred the cakes to the croissants.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Expensive and slow internet connection.

Well placed in Milan with a decent price. Breakfast is perfect.

Location was really good, the room was clean and with a modern bathroom. Overall it was really good, but I was really disappointed for the "double" bed being two single beds together, which makes it somewhat uncomfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.

Hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Paid private parking very close. Designed for 4-5 cars. Up to the Centre on foot 20-30 minutes.

I spent 4 days in Milan. Lead now a long distance relationship and thought to simply meet in the middle. Are pushed on this hotel. At the beginning it was said it would be 3 km from the main train station to the hotel. Well after a long questions and brood we found out the we only 4 (I think) Stazionen had to take the subway to "Lanza" and from there continue by bus (line 57) a few stops. Once there I had to say we were equally well received. The rooms were for the price and 3 * well. Breakfast was standard but fine I love. Pastries! What us persö. Disturbed the chambermaids were. You not noticed the sign in front of our door. Tapping if we wanted to have made the room called od. However, we had every morning fresh towels, SOAP, etc. All best for us women is always the Saturday weekly market located directly in front of the hotel.
